Who doesn't love throwing all their hard earned coins into a literal machine designed to take said coins? I know I do! Come ready to lose big but win in the bubble tea department. Taro, milk tea, strawberry smoothie were all solid drinks to quench our thirst during raucous rounds of not winning stuffies to the claws.

Parking can get tricky during rush hour. Store was very clean and tools of seating. Customer service was lacking. Didn't feel welcome just rushed and the store was not busy. We got Hong Kong Coffee with boba, Thai coffee with coconut milk and Brown sugar with cheese foam. All three were watery, syrupy sweet and tasted pretty much the same. Except for the coffee one which tasted like a light coconut water with a hint of coffee. The claw room in the back has tons of machines to play from, most take 2-3 rockets to play. The claw inside the machines worked like your standard claw...so neat of luck. What I found shady was the store guy walking around and opening the machines to reposition the plushies perfectly flat making the chances of winning nearly impossible for the kiddos. So for me this is not a do over.

Cute & Colorful! Adorable spot for Boba Tea and More! Limited seating but look how cute this place is! The Claw Room has lots of claw machines to choose from. Claw Machine coins are purchased in the game room.

New boba place in Alpharetta! Great location (windward pkwy) right next to Chipotle. They have a huge room with crane (claw) machines! Most of them are pokemon based and some. Really nice seating area inside to hangout with friends. They serve milk teas, fruit based teas, milk shakes, slushies (frozen drinks) and few desserts. The drink comes in two sizes (regular or large). You get to choose the 'tea base' for fruit teas (options: black, jasmine green & oolong tea). They also have diary substitutes for milk based teas at additional cost. We tried the matcha latte and the lychee tea. The drinks were refreshing. Service was good and fast . Nice plan to hangout with friends. Decent prices! Go check them out.

I got the passion fruit tea it was really good and the boba was nice and chewy. The people were nice and friendly with good customer service and my drink was done really fast. The drink was $6.54 after tax. The cup that in came in is nice, sturdy and reusable. The parking lot provides free parking to other locations in the strip also. If you're in the area looking for a good boba drink give it a taste!

It's a really cute boba shop. You can get some cute instagram pics here. They have different kinds of milk if you're lactose. I ordered the taro slushy w boba and they forgot to put boba in there. They were really fast to correct it and add it in. But honestly it's taste like every other boba place so nothing special. The claw machines is in the back room. They have a lot of different options of stuffed animals and keychains. Each of them runs from 1-3 coins. We spent over $50 for 5 stuffed animals so I think it's worth it. They also sell them too with pretty decent prices. I would come back if I live near by.

My 4 year old was able to win 2 of the 3 prizes on her own. Granted, this took about 15 tries.

Claw machines are ridiculously rigged. If you want to teach your kids why claw machines are a scam - that's the place to go, lol.

While we were waiting two more customers came into the shop--they ordered two smoothies and two food items. They received both of their food items and both of their smoothies before we received our smoothies. At this point four more customers had walked into the shop and while they were ordering one of our smoothies was ready, about 15 minutes or so after we originally ordered. As this next group of people's orders started to come up I walked up to the counter to let them know that we were still waiting on our second item to which I was met with a snarky "yeah..I know". This girl literally could not have been more bothered that I was requesting the item I paid for 25 minutes and 6 other people ago. I was quite literally speechless. Mind you the shop was completely empty when we walked in. There were three employees just standing around and I tipped five dollars ahead of time on a $13 order. It had already been almost 25 minutes and I've not said anything and could not have been met with a more rude response. After the other six customers had come and gone with all of their items, my "smoothie" finally came up and there's no way it was what I ordered. It wasn't even a smoothie. It was a watered down version of I don't even know what. I can't for the life of me understand what happened. When we walked in, they weren't busy. They weren't prepping. They weren't on the phone. Literally nothing. There were three employees to make two smoothies. I tipped extremely generously upfront and didn't complain. Was met with extreme sass, still didn't complain and wasn't even given what I ordered. Entitled much?

The staff was friendly, patient, and happy to walk me through the menu, which is great if you're new to açaí bowls or have dietary preferences or allergies. There is a parking deck located in the plaza but it has very limited spots and was full on a Tuesday afternoon. I ordered an extra tahini sauce and it was 1$ for that. I also tried the beet juice and really enjoyed it! All in all it was 20+ dollars for the wrap and a cold pressed juice. The juices at kale me crazy are good, however today I wanted a matcha and decided to come here bcse they use maple syrup and not refined sugar. I told them and they attempted to add more matcha but that didn't change anything. I ended up throwing it away. Pure Matcha should be mixed with water and then added to the milk and has a distinct taste. I understand Kale me crazy is known as a juice bar but everything on the menu should be quality otherwise just don't do it. It's a shame that company's are doing everything to cut cost at the expense of the consumers.

She called three times and left messages with no response until a few days before leaving a nasty message that if she didn't pay they were going to cancel the reservation. We got there and as usual it was super cute inside. The people that worked there were all friendly and nice. I was really looking forward to the tea. I forget the name but it's there most popular according to their menu. In 2021 it was a dark red and delicious!! This time it was a medium pink. It tasted very watered down. The sandwiches-smoked salmon with cream cheese on bread. I wonder how many people actually eat that? We tossed it. The pimento cheese was good but served on a nutty brown bread-not the bread for pimento cheese. The curried chicken salad, not good at all. We didn't eat it. The egg salad had zero flavor. It was like plain eggs and mayo. Not even a tad a salt. The same with the cucumber sandwiches. Zero flavor. It just tasted like cream cheese. The lemon curd and jam for the scones was delicious. The scone, fairly average at best. The desserts, we didn't eat them. I'm very sad I'm leaving this review. I wonder if the owner is different or if they are having financial troubles and cutting costs. My niece wanted to take me there as a thank you for helping her and I steered her away due to the price and experience not being in line. The person who answered stated they couldn't book the reservation themselves but assured him someone would call back shortly to confirm. Unfortunately, no one ever called back. After that, no one answered the phone for the rest of Tuesday, Wednesday, or most of Thursday. When he finally reached someone right before closing on Thursday, he was told they were completely booked. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing due to the lack of communication and follow-up. We understand places get busy, but not returning calls and then suddenly being fully booked after initially confirming availability is poor customer service. Their reservation system also clearly needs improvement. An online reservation model would make much more sense because the current phone-based process is not working effectively. Although I've enjoyed tea here on a couple of different occasions, the experience is not astonishing enough to return after this reservation experience.
