They have a wide variety of machines, including arcade games and carnival type games. A few very high tech games where you step on the floor with sensors...I don't know what they're called. My only complaint is that a few machines were not operable or faulty. But our credits were still deducted. We had no luck trying to flag a staff member. There were also a few machines hoggers camped out at the popular games. The John Wick game was occupied by a couple for at least 2 hours! Staff can't do much but it affected my overall experience. Overall a fun place to spend a few hours while at the mall.

Pinball, Mario Kart, Mortal Kombat, Marvel Vs Capcom (my jam), Super Smash Bros, Basketball Pro, Pac Man, NFL Blitz, Rampage (arcade game of my youth), Donkey Kong, Tron, The Simpsons and so many others. Soft drinks, great lighting, a spacious layout. Neon Retro offers cool holiday deals and specials, hosts fun events, IG giveaways and keeps the fun going all year long. She was the only staff member who was actively checking up on my group while we were bowling, and she offered to clean the area for us. The bowling is absurdly expensive and the bathrooms are kind of run down. The prize store is also pretty bad too. If you really want to play everything here and go all out, you will spend over $100 easily. This place is just not worth visiting anymore unless you're going on a date to win some stuffed animals and want to walk away with a $200 hole in your wallet.

Avoid this store for tournaments…read more I had a confirmed registration through the Bandai app for their tournament, yet when I arrived 10 minutes early, I was turned away. The store had set an early check-in cutoff that was only announced on their private Discord server, with no notification on the Bandai app where players actually registered. As a result, waitlisted players were let in ahead of those of us with confirmed spots, and we were then told to join a waitlist of 40+ people, despite having already secured our registrations. Several other registered players I knew experienced the same problem. Many of them had driven over 45 minutes with the assumption of a secured spot while arriving before the start time. This is a serious problem. If an event is open to the public and registration is handled through the Bandai app, critical information like check-in deadlines should be communicated through that same platform, not buried in a Discord that not all participants know about or have access to. The way this was handled strongly favors locals and regulars who are already in their circle, which is unfair to outside players who followed the proper registration process. I would not recommend supporting this shop.

The second time we came, it was much friendlier and warm. They shared with us that tournaments for One Piece tournaments happen (at least for now) on Thursdays and Sundays. We are still "shopping" around for an LCS but we will definitely keep them in mind and come to a tournament to check out the community. I like how the shop has an open space feel to it and offer some food and drinks.
