my labubu i won from them
    Karla B.

Came here twice in two days. Once with my mom after eating at boiling point and once with my partner! I had a great time both times! The women that work there are extremely kind and friendly! I won a labubu from them when they had their grand opening special because I got 300 likes on my tiktok account! I love the toys and stuffed animals they had. I recommend anyone wanting to go and win some cute prizes!!!

the cutest arcade claw machine place to go to. they do have a lot of different choices for coins and how many to get for a certain price which is worth it. they have the cutest plushies as well, below are the ones i got and I definitely want to go back!

    Goodies. Happy.

    Mini worth 4 tokens.

An Instagram influencer had brought us here. This claw machine place had just opened. Their token system looked pretty good. If you paid $5 you get 10 Tokens, $10 for 22 Tokens, $ 20 for 46 Tokens ,$30 for 70 Tokens, $40 for 94 Tokens, $50 for 130 Tokens, $60 for 144 Tokens, $80 for 192 Tokens, & $100 for 270 Tokens. It's 2 tokens per machine, mini claws for 4 tokens, and 8 tokens for the Labubu claw machines. Their trade up needs to be same day trade up with plushies only. Open box exciting macaron standing Labubu were 20 plushies or $40. Appreciated that they didn't overprice the Labubu. You can trade up with at 10 and 12 plushies. We saw mostly Sanrio plushies and there was one Disney which was Lotso . Not much of a fan of the trade ups. People came and went quickly here probably because of the rigged machines. It grabbed well but when the claws went up, they immediately opened every single time. A little kid about 5 years old went to ask the cashier for help but all she said was "Try again!" I don't know how much that kid's parent spent but the kid only left with one prize. That's sad. With $100 we won 15 plushies but that's only because the plushies were close to the slots. We probably won't come back. The machines are rigged. They had some cute plushies though like the Bok Choy , broccoli, and the sea horse. Plenty of parking. Located in a quiet area.

We had a funny time here! Won a lot of prizes. The kids loved it. The stuffies are all very cute. They also give you a nice big bag to put all your prizes in. We probably will wait awhile before returning, but we will be back!

Super cute!! Not too pricey and the prizes are actually cute! Staff is very nice. Will be coming back again

In a calm space, the machines seem to be forgiving! Had a fun time. Would definitely come back

The claw is very weak. Even if you grab the toy, it releases itself when retracting. Not worth the try.

$20 got 9 plushies! Try to learn skills from YouTube, that works. I also bought a labubu blind box only 55! It's the cheapest.

Staff alike were very friendly and helpful. We came early evening but do not let my pics fool you- this place gets busy and crowded. It's really light on your wallet too; all you can play for a full hour. (Pay per player) Restrooms available. Parking structure directly across the street. Highly recommended!

Everything is set to free play with a paid admission fee. You can do hourly pay or a set price for all day play. There's probably about 60 different arcade style games ranging in many decades including 70s, 80s, 90s and 2000s favorites. Pinball, Mario Kart, Mortal Kombat, Marvel Vs Capcom (my jam), Super Smash Bros, Basketball Pro, Pac Man, NFL Blitz, Rampage (arcade game of my youth), Donkey Kong, Tron, The Simpsons and so many others. Soft drinks, great lighting, a spacious layout. Neon Retro offers cool holiday deals and specials, hosts fun events, IG giveaways and keeps the fun going all year long. It's still only $15 for unlimited hourly play or $25 for a day pass. No food is served here other than snacks (think chips and candy), but so many places closeby to eat before or after your Neon Retro Arcade fun!! It's not a barcade like EightyTwo or Player One so it's alcohol free. They're all welcoming and very personable. I do know they have a capacity limit and weekend tend to be the busiest until around 4 or 5 pm. Nights and weekends are definitely lower in foot traffic, but still great energy. I don't make it over too often, but highly recommend experiencing once or thrice. They just had a cool 50% off hourly prices for Bonus Level Loyalty Club members, and yes it's free to be a member :) Local street (meter), paid lot and garage parking available. Gender-neutral restrooms. Great for groups or just you.

Which was the confusing part since there's another entrance. The gps sent me to the back of the brewery lol. Once we entered we realized that lol. The spot is decorated with lots of videogame merch which was aesthetic. The menu includes seltzers, lagers, & ipa. We tried the lager & seltzer which were both 10/10. There's also snacks such as chips/popcorn. What's pretty fun are the TV's mounted at tables where you can play some of the games. Smash bros to Mario cart. They also have sega games which was pretty cool to see. The staff was friendly and open to questions. The karaoke, bowling, and snacks are priced as expected in places like these. The staff are fairly helpful when refunding points if there's a problem with a game. Fast forward to mid 20s, this place feels pretty ghetto in comparison. Prices have skyrocketed, random kids acting sketchy in the front late at night, smoking, drinking. If you go in the day, it smells like cigarettes anyway and/or passing the Dance Dance Revolution style games, you get a scent of sweat... pretty gross. The food sucks and is overpriced, most of the services are terrible, the machines break and/or get stuck. The claw machines barely grab or feel rigged and they hardly import actual new games from Japan anymore it seems. It just feels dead, like an era long gone. The bowling is absurdly expensive and the bathrooms are kind of run down. The prize store is also pretty bad too. If you really want to play everything here and go all out, you will spend over $100 easily. This place is just not worth visiting anymore unless you're going on a date to win some stuffed animals and want to walk away with a $200 hole in your wallet.

Avoid this store for tournaments…read more I had a confirmed registration through the Bandai app for their tournament, yet when I arrived 10 minutes early, I was turned away. The store had set an early check-in cutoff that was only announced on their private Discord server, with no notification on the Bandai app where players actually registered. As a result, waitlisted players were let in ahead of those of us with confirmed spots, and we were then told to join a waitlist of 40+ people, despite having already secured our registrations. Several other registered players I knew experienced the same problem. Many of them had driven over 45 minutes with the assumption of a secured spot while arriving before the start time. This is a serious problem. If an event is open to the public and registration is handled through the Bandai app, critical information like check-in deadlines should be communicated through that same platform, not buried in a Discord that not all participants know about or have access to. The way this was handled strongly favors locals and regulars who are already in their circle, which is unfair to outside players who followed the proper registration process. I would not recommend supporting this shop.

The second time we came, it was much friendlier and warm. They shared with us that tournaments for One Piece tournaments happen (at least for now) on Thursdays and Sundays. We are still "shopping" around for an LCS but we will definitely keep them in mind and come to a tournament to check out the community. I like how the shop has an open space feel to it and offer some food and drinks.
