I would not recommend. I had a car diagnosed and repaired here. Once picking it up after the fix; they left a loose door to the cabin air intake laying behind the battery...I'm super glad it didn't fall to any moving parts. They had the car filthy, bird poop and some grease/tar they left on the car after working on it and the sun baked it into the paint. I had electrical work they said would fix issues but they had to jump it for me to leave, and even after driving around awhile to let the alternator kick in, it was dead immediately after parking it... I can't get doors to open, I can't roll up the window.. nothing. Really just sloppy work and no attention to details. I can understand it's hot and you may be busy, but if your not able to give attention to the vehicles... hire more service or take less cars at once; don't just hop your customer. .....lastly it's great for new car buys the lot is nice and shaded, but no shade for the service repaired cars??? Eddie, Eddy however he spells it was very rude, disrespectful, and we even felt a little discriminated against walked in to look at a 58k truck and he wrote us off before even getting into the numbers. Said it was 99k after upgrades. He totally misspoke when he meant to say it had 9,900 in upgrades not a total of 99k!! We have excellent credit and he basically told us that there's no way we would be able to get it. Side note we ultimately got the truck we came in for! After we told Saniah we don't want to work with him, and almost walked out, I asked Saniah to double check the price on it and then they came back with 65k.. I will NEVER recommend Young Chevrolet Dallas in Dallas. April 8th: We go in to sign all the paperwork for a 2022 BLACK Chevy Traverse and trade in our Honda Pilot. We are told it's in transit and will be here the 11th or 12th. April 12th: Still no Traverse. Told the 18th or 19th. April 18th: Its finally in. April 19th: Go in to finish the deal. We are brought out to a White Traverse. Complete different VIN then the black one on our paperwork. Notified the sales rep it's the wrong vehicle. Manager comes out to tl us several days prior, ours was damaged in transit and the white one is the one available. NOBODY bothered to tell us this the several times Jerome talked to them the days prior or the time he went into office in between. The sales rep said to "fix" the situation, they could have it wrapped to the same as the one we wanted. Its cleared by management. Hesitantly, I agreed because we needed something bigger and couldn't be without a vehicle. In the meantime we try to get everything fixed with the bank. Bank still hasn't been paid for by Young Chevy for the Pilot and still has the sale as a completely different vehicle. April 21st: Young Chevy rep calls and schedules a day for the Traverse to be wrapped. April 24th: Young Chevy calls and says it's against their policy to wrap brand new vehicles and can only wrap used vehicles. Seems convenient they waited until after the 3 day return period to make all of this known. Young Chevy still hasn't paid the bank so we are still responsible for both the lein on the pilot and on a Traverse we don't even have. Chevrolet told us its on the dealership to make this right but they obviously dont intend too. Yall sure allow some sketchy, lying dealerships. Someone better fix this. This isn't a cheap $5 bracelet from Walmart that broke. It's a $40,000 piece of equipment that I expect to be exactly as told. Update: Pulled the VIN number and Young Chevy had the black Traverse the day of the 15th because they serviced it that day and the vehicle had no damage. I've had it for less than a month it hasn't even gotten its permanent plates yet and the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT has come on. I went in to take my car to service because the ac wasn't working and they fixed it but gave me back my key fob without a key and gave me 2 extra keys that get stuck on the ignition and door. I got told for 2 months that they were going to fix it and order me a new one for 2 months Kolvin gave me excuses and I went up there to ask about the key fob when it was gonna be ready and they kept telling me excuses until the very last time I went to ask for the last time and got told by the manager that he was fired and that there was nothing they could do anymore all they could do was apologize for not being told my key was going to be removed from my key fob. dont ever stop here. My K1500 chevy truck came to almost a stop. Drove into this outfit. Told advisor truck undrivable, a/c needs replenishment. Told 2 weeks. 3 weeks later message: oxygen sensor faulty. 2 weeks later (multiple phone calls unanswered, worst client care) ready for pickup. bills: 230 for diagnosing a/c, manager said i never voiced undrivable issues, that will be more money for diagnosis. 900 for oxygen sensor replacement, 2000 for routine oil and lube work. Statement written that truck driven for 2 hrs and no issues. Truck stalled on exiting shop. Same as when i drove in. 2 weeks later another 300 for fuel pump work. Manager totally disconnected from client care. Blamed truck for being "too old" . At least 75 phone calls, 3 answered. Never again. Advisor inaccesible for questions. When i questioned the bills was told "you agree to the repairs" of course assumedt oxygen sensor responsible for the stalling. Oxygen sensor replacement is a 2 hour job. Not 700 in labor. I took my Tahoe for a window issue and they told me to bring it in on Tuesday or Wednesday early so I took it in on Tuesday at 7.15am and left it there all day I called to check up on it and they said the service guy will call me back he did not call me back and then I called back and the receptionist said she will send him a email me to call me well he never called me and I called about 4.45 and they transferred me to him finally and I talked to him and asked him what was going on and he said they have not had time to bring the truck in to check and see what was going on with it and I was so mad that the truck was there all day and nothing was done so I fussed him out and told him just pull the truck out and I will pick it up and he did not he got one of the techs to open it to see if they can find out what is wrong with it before I arrive and they they told me they didn't find anything so I got my key and took my truck to another dealer and they told me that they found some broken parts and I called Young back to tell them what the other dealer told me and I keep getting the run around I do not recommend this place for service they are the worst and every time you talk to some one their story is different. read more

Worst body shop ever. Caused damage to my car and did bad work. Sloppy! Bad paint job overspray all over my interior, rattling noises everywhere, cracked my window, left off bolts, Literally parts are falling off my car. It's awful, very disappointed. We took our truck in for hail damage repair. It was there for 105 days just short of 4 months. The 1st time we were told it was ready the workmanship was so bad that the paint job had to be completely repainted due to runs and places missed. The 2nd time they said it was ready we found damage that was caused by the body shop so it had to left again. The employees are not competent nor or they managed correctly. The body shop manage was unprofessional to the point of literally grabbing the keys from my hands and retreating to her office and taking the truck to the locked lot to keep us from further inspection of damages they caused. After no success getting the dealership GM or assistants to help or even attempt to help and Clay Cooley refusing to answer our messages. Our insurance company said we just need to get the truck out of their possession. We gave them the insurance payment and took the truck home only to find out on the way home that the incompetency was even worse than we knew. The backseat bolts were not fastened down along with several other bolts brought to our attention from the rattling heard driving home. The batteries only had enough charge to get it to the house they had been completely drained and had to be replaced, the roof liner had broken fasteners and was loose and shaking, we found a wiring cover plate behind the backseat the we have no idea where it was supposed to be and wasn't, the antenna was shaking because it was barely screwed in, the back windows will not go down with control on door, the driver seat and pedals will not go forward or back or up and down, THEN THE DEF SYSTEM WENT INTO FAILURE MODE giving us only miles before it was crippled and all of these things happened after allowing Young Chevrolet Body Shop attempt to do hail damage repair that took 105 days. I will never buy another vehicle from them and will never use them for service or body work. No one from the owner, GM, Body Shop Manager or employees care about the work they are doing or the customer they were so uncaring of the poor service given to shock you! This "business" is a joke, in my opinion. I spent more than 6 days trying to get a confirmed price so that I could reserve vehicle, on a Camaro that their web site said was available to purchase. Numerous calls to assigned Salesman, complaint to apparent quality control person who said she would advise her director, call to another Salesman to see if he would respond, (he quoted a price more than $3000 higher than web site represented and that first Salesman said the price would be). Finally, first Salesman contacted me and said he would get me a price from his Director so that I could confirm purchase and reserve vehicle, even though it was "in transit" which I had understood and discussed with Salesman from the beginning. Salesman said he would advise me that afternoon. I got no response "at all" that day. Again the next day I contacted the Salesman and asked if his Director had given him a final price. He said that since it was Saturday his Director had been really busy but he would get me a response that day. No response, "at all". The next Monday I again inquired as to whether he had heard anything from his Director. He finally responded that his Director had informed him that he couldn't give a price to reserve the vehicle since the vehicle was "in transit", and he would contact me as soon as the vehicle was received. I advised him that he need not contact me because, after I received his last message, I had contacted JAMES WOOD CHEVROLET in Denton and made arrangements to reserve, and purchase the same vehicle, which was "in transit" through a deal that was made in about ten minutes. I normally wouldn't have wasted this amount of time, with such unprofessionalism and delayed responses but I wanted that particular Camaro that they advertised as being for sale, so I persisted. If you value your time I wouldn't recommend such persistence. I would look elsewhere. read more

My wife and I had an interesting experience where I was belittled and disrespected by the sales manager Todd Coddhaouer. He was very rude and instead of hearing our concerns he laughed in my face, because he didn't think it was important to wear a mask within 6 feet of customers, when I told him that I liked the previous interior of the Silverado better than the new one. My wife was very upset and taken back from how gross his attitude was towards both of us. Definitely created an unsafe environment to buy a brand new truck in. Juan Baltazar found every single discount that I qualified for and sold me the car I wanted at the great advertised price. The finance manager was also an awesome guy. I am posting this review on behalf of my elderly mother. The dealership had had her car in their shop since 5/31/2021, the car has never come out of their shop. They have left my 68 year old mother without her vehicle and have not offered any kind of reasonable resolution. They do not communicate the issues, they have not worked with her warranty company. My mother is not a technology savvy person but she has expressed to me her frustration and not feeling as if they value her. It's unfortunate a company in our community would treat someone so poorly. I've been a customer of Young Chevrolet for years now. I took my truck for service 4 weeks ago and I have not gotten an update on it. I have called multiple times and get transferred and no one ever answers. I leave voicemails and never hear back from anyone. I cannot go in person because I am working out of state. I have tried everything I can to get an update on my truck and cannot get someone on the phone or someone to call me back. After I payed full price for repairs less than 24hrs later my car was having the exact same problem I initially came for. Asked the technician what's the problem with my car & Technician told me "we only fixed half the problem." Had to give them my car back to finish the job that should've already been done. I took my 2017 Honda Accord to them after it was involved in a wreck first of all they keep it for 11 months almost a year . I had to keep calling and going up there to check on it. They didn't return phone calls. By the time I got it back I drove it for 3 weeks the a/c went out. I took it to Firestone to have it checked out. They told me. When whoever replaced my radiator punctured a whole in my a/c line . So I reached out young Chevrolet and told them the problem. I scheduled to take it back up there they looked at it and said they will reach out to the insurance company. It's been a month again still nothing. They called me and told me to reach out to the insurance company cause they haven't heard anything. Remind you it's still supposed to be under warranty cause I just got it out. Of shop and was wondering why the a/c kept going out and in till it ran out. Now the car still has to sit up until I get finished with a small claim incident report. I would refer young Chevrolet to anyone. First time for a very bad experience. It's been to hot for anyone to go through this..please choose a reliable company to fix your car . I called them to follow up numerous times and finally the service girl responded after I told her that I was coming to get my vehicle then opted to say oh we can give you a loaner for two days and your vehicle would be ready on Thursday. Let me be the voice of dissent with Jesus the salesman. This was the first car I have purchased from a dealership before and I was absolutely lied to, taken advantage of and then bullied into taking a vehicle I did not want from Jesus and management of this company. When I was shopping for my car online and looking through the posted list of available cars I found one I liked. It was a cherry red 2021 malibu with LTC rims. Looked really clean. When I arrived at the dealership to check the car out and asked about the vehicle I was told that I couldn't look at it right then because the car I was looking at was in the back getting maintenance done to it. I didn't mind since I really wanted the car and it was brand new and they let me test drive the same vehicle and I liked it so I filled out the paperwork and started the process to purchase my car. When I was filling out the paperwork at no time was I told I was going to be getting anything other than what I asked for from my salesman. Later I found that he got in trouble for misrepresenting the car but that doesn't do me any good now. When I went to go pick up the car not only did I find out that it was NOT cherry red but black, it also did not have the rims that were portrayed and the interior was cloth, not the leather listed on the website. At this point when I was given this subpar car, I told them all the issues that needed to get fixed to make this car match what I had originally been buying. I was basically given a bait and switch. I thought I was buying one car, they claimed it was in the shop and that I was going to get it and after test driving the same model figured yeah I wanted it. Then when they gave me a car it was totally different. At this point I start dealing with the managers and telling them the problems. I told them I did not want the car they were giving me and I had multiple people come in and basically bully me into purchasing a car I did not want. At this point in order for me to drive that car off the lot I had to not care about getting cloth seats vs the leather I wanted and thought I was purchasing, they promised to get me the LTC rims with new tires and I was going to deal with the black color vs the cherry red I wanted. Basically a totally different car than what I showed up for. Later I was asking for pictures of the rims they promised to fix and they showed me they were once again attempting to give me something other than what we had agreed to by pawning off some shitty cheap rims. I told them no and so then they said we will give you $600 and you can get your own rims because I had been waiting for over 2 weeks but then it didn't include the tires I was promised as well. So at this point I have a car I don't want, without the color, rims, or interior I was promised I was purchasing. My last conversation I had with someone at this dealership was with the finance manager. I told him how I was lied to time and again and he told me that's the salesman's job. Are you kidding me? How am I supposed to trust this dealership or anything they say when after being caught in lie after lie I am told "yeah, that's their job to get the sale" At this point I want my money back and them to take this car back but that's likely going to take some legal action. I bought a brand new car 4 months ago with only 5 miles on it. my car has now been in their service center going on 3 weeks now. the first week they didn't give me a loaner ok so week 2 they give me a 2022 chevy silverado and 1 week later I had to have it towed back to the dealership. I was told I could trade in my vehicle but when I got there they told me I was upside down 12k on a 2022 and would require 7k down to get a different car. they do not care about their customers and could care less if they sold you a lemon or not. I but at 2021 Lexus gx460 from them November or last year with only 18,000 miles on it as they advertised went to the dealer looked at it it was raining we took it for a short spin and we end up buying the car on the way going home the tire pressure light came on I thought that I had just picked up a nail on the road to home but I was wrong I checked the tire pressure pressures were fine but the light was still on with the car having less than 19000 miles on it g it has a warranty I took her to the dealer and they told me that the tire pressure sensors did not belong to that car and they ended up charging me over $700.
