I have been given the runaround for 3 weeks trying to get a diagnostic on my ford mustang due to a check engine light coming on. This was preventing me from doing a state inspection. I would call in advance and ask when I could come in and was always told someone was available just to show up and be told there were to busy now to have someone see me at all that day. Today, I called in advance AGAIN to have a diagnostic done and while going there my engine started to stall. Once I stalled literally in front of the front doors all of the mechanics left, rudely almost hitting my car doing so and I was told because it was close to closing time no one could make the time to tell me what the issue was so I could inform a tow company or mobile mechanic. It was cold, heartless and extremely unprofessional business. That being said after calling around desperately I was blessed to find a new traveling mechanic serving DFW and surrounding areas named Jay's mobile auto service. He came to me, diagnosed the issue very fast and fixed it within 2 hours. I will now be giving him all of my car business.
