    Unfortunately, 1-star is as low as it goes, so they get that one by default. Can't tell you about the buying process because we never made it that far. Found a car in their online inventory that looked promising, and requested info. Got a text right back telling me it was available. Set up an appt w/ confirmation message the next morning. While on the way to the dealer, sent a message to ensure that the car we inquired about was still available and told them that was the only car that we were interested in. We were told the car was indeed available and it would be pulled out front and ready to test drive. When we arrived, it was not. Surprise, surprise. The salesman looked it up, and then told us that it had just been taken to another lot. He said he would see if he could get it pulled back over, and walked away. He came back with some grimy looking salesman in a gold chain and shook his head to let us know it was gone. We had already made it clear we were not interested in any other vehicles, but grimy with the perm tried to schmooze us anyway. We obviously weren't having it and he called us rude as we walked away, as if baiting someone into a dealership under false pretenses isn't rude. Waste of time and gas. Proceed at your own risk, but know that the 2017 RAV4 SE in Barcelona red with 77k miles is not available and still posted. Update: Not only is it still up, but the dealership is still responding to inquiries for this car as of now, 10 hours later, saying it is available and asking to make an appointment to come see it . The luring of customers under false pretenses is fraudulent and illegal.

    I purchased a used Kia Forte on 8 February 2025, in active duty Army going on 19 years and had just previously returned from an overseas deployment. On my way back from purchasing the car I stopped to let some air out of the tires because the PSI was almost at the max, I noticed the damage to the rims on the passenger side and focused I would address it to the dealership the following Monday since my kids where waiting on me at home. I've reached out to them twice already and keep being told there's nothing they can do, the manager even said that it was considered in the pricing but it was never brought up or shown to me prior to the purchase. This is obvious physical damage that is on the car that the dealership did not disclose.

    Was told car was available and come on by. Arrived and they said it has been sold. Wasted an hour of my day to get there.

Had to call Roadside Assistance to jump it so I could get to O'Reilly's Auto Parts for a new battery before they closed. They said it was the alternator not the battery. Contacted DFW Mobile Repair and Hamm responded immediately with a price quote to fix it. Set up the appointment for mid-afternoon the next day, July 5th (Sunday, on a holiday weekend). Hamm was certainly knowledgeable, and after testing, said it was BOTH the battery and alternator. He replaced the alternator (which he had brought, having had my prior information as to car and model) and then drove to O'Reilly's nearby for a replacement battery which he then installed. In short, Hamm was responsive, capable, courteous and efficient. DFW saved the day (although I lost most of the holiday weekend with the problem!). Pricing wasn't cheap but was competitive I'd say. Give DFW a shot. Their customer service and mechanical work was outstanding. They also have a shop in addition to their mobile repair service. I will certainly consider them for all my future work!     I'm a 67-year-old woman, and this purhcase was my 4th Jeep, although my first from this dealership…read more Service-after-the-sale is AWFUL. Promises are not kept, and management is a JOKE. After researching online for months, I knew exactly what I wanted, as well as how much my trade (2016 pristine RAV XLE with 40,000 miles) was worth. I visited a couple other Jeep dealerships in the Arlington area prior to Clay Cooley. Cooley offered me a fair price for my trade as well as a good deal on the 2023 Jeep Renegade I wanted. One thing I specified from the salesman PRIOR to going into the finance office, was two keys and an owner's manual. I was assured that I would receive both. The sale was easy. I paid the balance between my trade and the new vehicle in cash so that I would not have a note. I called a few days later for the status of my second key. I was told that it was in process. Well, MONTHS, calls, texts, and emails later, I was finally told by a manager that "preowned vehicles usually don't come with a second key, and your salesman shouldn't have told you that." I also, over the course of those weeks, learned that I didn't have a spare. I researched and learned that some Renegades don't come with a spare, BUT he should have told me that. Anyway - I purchased a fullsize spare from a local tire place. Had they told me that Renegades don't always come with a full spare, I may have purchased it from them, but they kept that info from me, and lost a sale. THEY NEVER EVEN OFFERED ME A DISCOUNT to purchase the spare key from them!!! I ordered a spare key fob from eBay and am now looking for a locksmith to program it. Cooley is the worst! Know that I love the Renegade, and will put hardly any miles on it, as I'm retired. It was my dream Jeep, and I plan on having it forever. All I wanted from them was a spare key, which probably wouldn't have cost them a hundred dollars. They not only lost a future customer, but I will spread the word on how AWFUL they are.
