[[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was quiet, perfect for dinner and conversation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was delicious!! I had the chicken vindaloo nice and spicy and my date had the Kashmiri chicken. Both were excellent. The garlic naan was perfectly prepared and the server was gracious, helpful, and good natured.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is remarkable, the owners are so sweet & they even ended up giving us rice pudding on the house.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]10/10 service, food, & experience!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] we will definitely be coming back soon & would definitely recommend!!!!

I enjoyed Clay Oven's service and overall ambiance! The food was good, not incredible, but I'd go back. My friend and I got the Chicken Tikka Masala and it was tasty. We both got mild spice and it wasn't spicy at all. The rice was good too. We also got the naan basket with plain naan, garlic naan, and onion kulcha. The plain naan was my favorite, the onion kulcha was tasty too, and garlic naan is always good! Almost forgot - we also got the vegetable samosa which was a litttttle spicy for me but tasty!

Service and food was just mediocre. Not crowded and nice date vibe until the staff in the kitchen started screaming at each other.

Big gaps between rounds made me feel like I wasted a lot of time for the AYCE price. (-1) Their appetizers and "from the wok" section was not impressive. We tried their calamari and their onion rings and both were over-fried. We also tried their garlic noodles and their crab fried rice. The garlic noodles were super watery. My partner did enjoy the crab fried rice and could taste the crab. For the main entrees, we ordered shrimp, snow crabs, and clams, all perfectly cooked! Plump and flavorful. The sauce was pretty thick and garlicky-- 10/10 sauce lol it was almost creamy? Their service was fine. The staff were pretty attentive and they were always asking if we needed anything outside of rounds. (-1) You do have to finish every single piece of seafood in your round before you can request more, and it takes a long time for the next round to arrive. I felt like I waited 10 minutes between each round. If you're the kind of person that likes to maximize your eating time, you might find this super frustrating. This was really my only issue but wouldn't stop me from visiting again and considering à la carte only vs AYCE.

The driver had already arrived and had been waiting the whole time. Nobody contacted us. They simply canceled the entire order after it had already been confirmed. Really disappointing service. I won't be ordering from here again.

The person who answered the phone was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They happily answered all of my (probably silly!) questions and even asked whether we preferred to sit indoors or outdoors. The day before our reservation, I received a confirmation message, which was a thoughtful touch. When we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and what stood out most was how sincere it felt. These weren't just professional smiles--they made us feel like truly welcomed guests. Our server, Stefania (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly!), was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, funny, attentive, and made our evening even more enjoyable. She asked whether we'd like to watch the game, whether we preferred a table in the shade, and even offered to bring a heater later in the evening if it became chilly. It was clear that everyone genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience. The food was outstanding. Our group had very different tastes, yet every single person found something they loved, and everyone left happy. Every dish was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. Overall, Bahche exceeded our expectations in every way. We left feeling appreciated rather than just served, and that makes all the difference. Would I come back? Without a second thought. Would I recommend Bahche to my friends? I already have! Thank you to the entire team for making our celebration so special. We can't wait to return!

Of all the places we tried on this 2026 trip, this was the best hands down! Our favorite was the corn chowder packed with seafood . To us it had the flavor of a fancy lobster bisque and the bread that comes with it was crispy on the outside and so fluffy on the inside. We also had the taco Tuesday special. The tortillas were okay but everything packed in them were delicious. Lastly we had a crab slider. It had a blue crab hand roll flavor and quality to it. It was our second favorite dish. Oh and the kids Mac and cheese was gooey and more than enough. The service was very kind and helpful when ordering. The location is large and spacious. Once inside, the vibe was very friendly, spacious, and welcoming. They also sell lobsters and other seafood on the side, and I've heard they have very good prices. We ordered the Naked Lobster Roll, a 1.5 lb lobster plate, corn chowder soup, and a Coke in a glass bottle. The "naked" lobster roll means it comes with minimal seasoning, letting the lobster flavor shine through. It was very clean and simple, but my husband didn't enjoy it as much as the lobster roll we had in Half Moon Bay. His favorite part of the meal was actually the house-made potato chips! The lobster plate was a fun experience -- cracking and eating the lobster ourselves made it enjoyable. Overall, we really liked this place. The service was quick and efficient; they brought the food to our table, and we could choose any seat we wanted. A cute little spot near the airport with a relaxed atmosphere. I'd definitely come back again.

The restaurant was a little more than half full when we had dinner there on a Friday night and the ambiance is lively but not loud. We ordered a variety of dishes and everything was delicious, with very generous portion sizes that left us so full (with leftovers to spare). The ceviches were bright, limey, and tart in the best way, the chicken wings were crispy and juicy, the papa rellena was especially interesting (almost like an inside-out, deep-fried baked potato) with olives and raisins that were a pleasant surprise, and the lomo saltado was as comforting and dependable as it usually is. To top it all off, they even offer Peruvian beers, which was the perfect way to wash everything down. I came again for dinner with my family and everything was consistently good as usual. We even got to try a couple new things we haven't tried before. We ordered our three favorite rolls to start than for entrees got the filet pho, big gao fried rice and house fried rice Pho Roll 5/5 stuffed with flavorful ribeye, crispy shallots on top add a nice crunch and the fish sauce dip is the perfect perfect compliment and not overly fishy at all Imperial Roll 5/5 always served hot and when you wrap the lettuce, Thai basil and mint (all served with) around the roll it creates the best bite Fresh Shrimp Roll 5/5 something simple just executed so well. The shrimp is plump and juicy with all of the fresh veggies and rice noodles. The peanut sauce is savory snd sweet Filet Mignon Pho 4.5/5 just nitpicking, the beef could've been a little more tender. But that was the only thing I could pick out. The broth was deep and umami. The accompaniments turned it into a flavor bomb. The noodles had the right amount of chew and were so satisfying Big GAO Fried Rice 4.5/5 big portioned served with a big piece of bone marrow. When all mixed with the steak and rice it creates a perfect bit. I do wish the salad it came with was dressed but the raw veggies serve as a good palate cleanser between bites House fried rice 5/5 first time getting this and was genuinely surprised how good it was. Another fairly simple dish just executed perfectly. The Chinese sausage was sweet and reminded me of a Filipino longanisa. The shrimp and egg were both cooked well too and the seasoning of the rice was savory and flavorful The service was quick as usual and we were lucky to get there when the place wasn't packed yet. Parking is not easy around the area, but there are parking lots close by. Food: 3/5 We order 4 dishes: - Imperial rolls $16 3.5/5 (5 small egg rolls with 2 piece of lettuce, herbs, and dipping sauce) decent, but expensive. - Garlic noodles 3.5/5 pretty standard, not amazing - Banh Khot $21 2.5/5 (2 piece of lettuce, herbs, and sauce) pretty sad tbh. Taste was ok, but 1 shrimp and thin batter is disappointing. - Shaking Beef with rice $40 4/5. This was the best dish of the night. The marinaded beef was tender and a good balance of flavors. *On a side note, they don't give you enough lettuce for the Imperial rolls and Banh Khot. If you want more, that'll be $4.50 for a late of lettuce. Also, they don't have any sauce or condiments on the table like they do at traditional Viet restaurants. Service: 3/5 I only have it a 3, and not lower, because the guy that was helping the waiter did a great job. The waiter we had seemed like he was high or on something. Every interaction was awkward. He was not engaging, didn't smile, and took way too long when we asked for chilli paste. He literally forgot about it immediately after we asked. I kept giving him the look, but it didn't register. The Latin guy helping him should have been the waiter and our waiter should have been helping him. Atmospher: 2/5 We sat upstairs. Decent restaurant design. Was really LOUD where we sat. There was an obnoxious group sitting behind us. Overall: 3/5 This was our second time here. First time wasn't great either, but they just opened at the time, and we figure we'd give them another shot. With tip, the bill was about $120. For a Vietnamese restaurant to charge that much and not deliver on what's supposed to be an elevated experience is disappointing. The restaurant is gimmicky, fall short on the dishes that aren't readily available on the peninsula, and the service did not meet expectations.

Always love the option to join the online waitlist ahead of time when reservations aren't available. Favorite dishes of the night were: -Gnocchi Fritto appetizer: Never had fried gnocchi before, had a great puffy texture. Truffle taste in the truffle cream sauce wasn't very strong. -Zucchine e Maiz lasagna: Pesto was a great sauce choice and paired well with the zucchini and corn. -Squid Ink Seafood Pasta (special): Generous seafood portions and the dish was flavorful. -Complimentary focaccia: Fluffy and yummy with olive oil. Other dishes: The Italian Sausage lasagna was fine. I personally love crispy lasagna edges, but some people found it too crisp and too dry. The salad (Insalata di Rucola) wasn't mind blowing, but I'm glad we ordered a veg to cut through the richness and heaviness of three carb-heavy entrees. The restaurant itself is smaller than expected, so I would avoid coming here with large parties. It also felt really hot and stuffy inside, which I anticipate getting worse as summer progresses. The interior is cutely decorated. Service was initially attentive. We did have to flag down our waitress multiple times to order and get the check.
