I have been going to wash and go car wash for 19 years…read more I've decided to take my business ElseWare. The bays are dirty, you have to clean them before you can wash your car. I have three vehicles that I wash at this car wash. Yesterday 10/29/2022 I was there and all the bays were empty and they were all dirty (mud and drywall) there was a guy working there I was wondering why he wasn't cleaning out the Debree. I had to clean the bay out myself before washing my car. I also noticed that I spent a lot more washing my car. I realized that they had reduced the time from 30 seconds to 20 seconds per quarter. Which is a 33 1/3 increase in cost. It cost me 10 dollars to wash off my car normally is 6 dollars. After 19 years I will need to find another car wash to clean my vehicles.

He then became belligerent and started walking away. On closer inspection, only two of my tires/wheels were cleaned, my wheel wells were filthy and my floor mats (that I paid extra to have cleaned) were still very dirty. I asked for the manager who had the young man clean my tires but said the wheel wells were the "machines" job. What does that mean? He would not even look at my floor mats. I asked for the owners name/number. After texting the owner, he asked me if I would remove my poor review of his business if he refunded my money. (This was never about money). I said yes, if he would have a conversation with his employees about the importance of quality work and customer service. He said he would. I removed my poor review on good faith that he would return my money. After multiple excuses, my money was never returned. He told me he was going to call me to discuss this issue. I never received a call. In summary, I feel this business has customer service cultural issue stemming from the owner all the way down to the employees. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.
