WHAT..... Of course I had to stop. They have an amazing monthly special to keep your ride clean, and as part of your package you get free, yes free vacuum, and these are the really nice vacuums. This is one of the coolest drive thru car wash. You drive up to the alley and shift into neutral, foot off of the brake and away you go. The brushes, water and rubbery thing do there magic and you drive out with a clean cool ride.

Ironically, the damage was extremely minimal, something I wouldn't have bothered fixing but I wanted to know if they would accept responsibility. Now I know. I have three vehicles that I wash at this car wash. Yesterday 10/29/2022 I was there and all the bays were empty and they were all dirty (mud and drywall) there was a guy working there I was wondering why he wasn't cleaning out the Debree. I had to clean the bay out myself before washing my car. I also noticed that I spent a lot more washing my car. I realized that they had reduced the time from 30 seconds to 20 seconds per quarter. Which is a 33 1/3 increase in cost. It cost me 10 dollars to wash off my car normally is 6 dollars. After 19 years I will need to find another car wash to clean my vehicles.

I asked for the manager who had the young man clean my tires but said the wheel wells were the "machines" job. What does that mean? He would not even look at my floor mats. I asked for the owners name/number. After texting the owner, he asked me if I would remove my poor review of his business if he refunded my money. (This was never about money). I said yes, if he would have a conversation with his employees about the importance of quality work and customer service. He said he would. I removed my poor review on good faith that he would return my money. After multiple excuses, my money was never returned. He told me he was going to call me to discuss this issue. I never received a call. In summary, I feel this business has customer service cultural issue stemming from the owner all the way down to the employees. I decided to use the restroom and got locked inside because the door knob was broken. Someone tried to help me but managed to get out in my own. The car wash was okay. Ran my card to pay expecting to add a tip. That is not an option. They ran my card a second time to get change so I could tip. The only reason for the three stars is the young man who wiped down the inside did a pretty thorough job. I won't be back.
