I went back to the cleaners to ask if they could look at it and was told by Pam at the front desk that she didn't know what to tell me; and shrugged her shoulders. I ask for the manager's (and owner I think) name and number, Terrence, and was told that he does not give out his number but he would call me back. A full week has passed and NO one has yet to call me. I also was asked to Cashapp the payment for the services, which was a bit weird. Most businesses will accept credit cards. I do plan to pickup my comforter today and hope there is no additional damage! But save yourself the frustration and find another dry cleaners.
