She left a note for the owner to call me so we can discuss the price. This man did not call me and charged me $250 + tax. I told them I wasn't paying that much for dry cleaning a dress and because he didn't call me to discuss the price before assuming I was going to pay that much for it. He offered 10% off but I refused, and he said I should give him 30 minutes to come by the store. I came back after one hour and he still didn't show up. Anyway, I had to pay $137 at the end of the day so I could pick up my dress for my photo shoot. I will never go back there as their service is terrible.

Saber Cleaners & Alterations did an absolutely phenomenal job on both of my dresses…read more Mom's Wedding Dress Firstly, I brought in my mom's wedding dress to completely be altered into a shorter dress that I could wear for my rehearsal dinner. It was such a special project - they cut away the top/neckline and much of the bottom and added boning and made sure the top was secure to become a strapless dress. It was so beautiful and I loved the length and the bottom of the dress. They also took some of the beautiful flowers to cover the sides where we removed some from the top. It was definitely a labor of love and all of my friends and family were so happy :) My Wedding Dress I am pretty short (5'), and needed the dress taken in around the bust and waist. They shortened the front but kept the train long and added a bustle for after the ceremony. It fit like a glove!!!! So so perfect and they took such good care of both of my dresses :) They are both so kind and were amazing throughout this entire process. I brought both of my dresses in after Christmas (Dec 2024) and got married March 15, 2025, so they were SUPER quick with everything. I will continue to use them for all of my alterations and cleaning needs. Thank you SO MUCH!!!!

We just finished up a renovation and my son has severe asthma, so I figured I'd splurge on a deep clean. She quoted me $700, which was about $100 more than I have paid in the past but I wanted to use her since she's a single mom and I prefer to use small women owned businesses. My home is 5600 sq ft and a deep clean typically takes 4-6 hours with two people. She was there about 2 hours when I told her I'd be picking my son up from school. I told her I'd be in and out of the house all afternoon but would put the $700 cash on the counter in the off chance I'd stepped out when she finished. 15 minutes after I left she packed up, took the money, and left. My house was filthy. She cleaned half the house and left. In no way, shape, or form was my house deep cleaned. It wasn't even a standard level of cleaning. The tubs were filled with dust, appliances not cleaned, floor was filthy, trash not taken out. I sent her a text when I got home asking why she didn't clean the other half of the house. A few hours later she texted me back and claimed she left to get drinks and her phone died. I have multiple texts from her admitting to leaving without finishing the clean all while taking the $700. She asked if she could come back to finish the next day after I called her out for taking the money but at that point I wasn't comfortable having her back in my home.
