I LOVE these people. Today I had Lionel and Nick taking care of my carpets. This is my second time using them and they are awesome! I've actually already recommended them to so many people because of how easy going they are. I actually wasn't able to be home at all this week but needed my carpets to be cleaned before tomorrow and they quickly booked my appointment and offered to just lock the door on their way out or if I left a key somewhere they would go in and put it back in the same spot when done. Fortunately my roommate was there to let them in. But still, always impressed with the amazing costumer service they provide. As a super complicated costumer (sorry Lionel!) I called them in the morning to subtract one of the rooms I agreed on and then called again to re add it because I changed my mind, I was just a ball of confusion but they dealt with me super patiently and took care of everything. Lionel called me before and after he was done with carpets and updated me on everything, and he was nice enough to turn all the fans on and open all windows so everything would air out until I got home. Requested a bid 2 days ago. No response. Sent follow up message yesterday morning and was told I would be contacted yesterday afternoon. Another day as passed. Seems as though they do not need business badly enough to contact potential customers with estimates on service. If you are in a hurry I would not recommend this company. read more

This review is long over due but these guys are carpet gods. I was in the process of moving and completely forgot to leave this comment. Had it not been for the random scratch paper that I had wrote the techs names down, I would not have given these guys the proper praise that they deserve. Anyway, Lionel was the main tech on board and Francis was his accomplice and these guys turned my trash carpet to something more liveable. I feel bad though because I didn't know my landlord was gonna rip the carpet out anyway.... but regardless these guys are crazy good and will recommend to all. Just had a large couch cleaned in about an hour and half. Lionel was extremely professional and made sure he wasnt in the way of anything I was doing around the house. The couch came out great! I thought the serivice would be louder, our dog didnt seem to mind. They give an awesome military discount! Our experience with Clean Carpet Rx was great, from the scheduling of the appointment with Stephen to the cleaning of our carpet by Lionel. Stephen was very helpful in providing a quote and explaining what to expect. We were a little hesitant about having our entire house cleaned but it turned out to be a very positive experience. Lionel was prompt and texted us when he was on his way. When he got here he asked about the problem areas and when he was done you couldn't tell where they were. He single-handedly vacuumed and cleaned the carpets in our entire house (living room, stairs, 3 bedrooms, and den). He was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was contacted by a agent through yelp after I left negative comment. I appreciate the speedy reply. I booked with them and got my move out carpet cleaning. However, my landlord was very disappointed about carpet cleaning after the inspection. She said there are some uncleaned stains and the cleaning was not thorough enough. Lionel & Frances cleaned our carpet and microfiber sofa today. Our white carpet looks like new and smells citrus-y fresh, and they were able to get stubborn stains out of our sofa as well. I called to arrange for a carpet cleaning after moving out of our old apartment. I found out just a few hours before our appointment that the new owner would be replacing the carpet and it wasn't necessary for us to get them professionally cleaned because of that. So I called to cancel our appointment just hours before and they were so friendly and understanding and didn't make us pay a cancellation fee. I read all the yelp reviews and decided to give these guys a try. They were great. They were originally scheduled to come on one day, but terrible rains delayed the team. Stephen kept me apprised and when they realized they would be very late, offered to reschedule and give me a $50 discount to boot. My carpet had some pretty bad stains, but they did an amazing job of getting most of them out. I was very pleased with their work and attitude. These guys made last minute accommodations for us, carpets looked pretty good, one of stains didn't quite come off out of the 4 bedrooms that were shampoo'd but it's ok, great customer service, were a little late to show up but I understand they were finishing a job on the other side of the island, still will hire them again next year and will recommend them to friends and family. read more

Had my 3 b/r home steam cleaned by Stephen & Cisco, and they did an awesome job! On our initial walk thru of the house, Stephen pointed out some fading from the sun and also some stains that he would most likely be able to get out, but at the very least he would lighten the stains. He also mentioned that the carpet in general was on the older side and should be replaced. Well, lo & behold when they were done, the carpets looked fantastic! I could see no trace of the fading that he originally pointed out, and the stains were removed. Because of the great job that they did, I doubt that the landlord will be changing the carpet, because the carpet looks new.
