My wife got the quote on the phone, and we had Justin and Lionel come out to do my carpets. Phone quote is what they charge so he was thorough in questioning, trying very hard to get a good picture of our place(sorry I don't know who it was that gave the quote). The two cleaners showed up directly in the timeframe they said they would, giving me about a half hour notification that they were on their way. Both guys were pleasant, did a quick walk through of the place and let me know if there were any spots they couldn't get up(one, from when we first moved in and the stain had changed the color of the carpet permanently). They were in and out in just a couple hours, and when my condo manager came through for inspections two days later she complimented the place for how great everything looked. These guys got up everything. We had mostly black spots and walking stains since we keep shoes outside, and they made it look like the carpets had just been put in. *** LAST UPDATE *** Changed to 5 stars for great customer service. They've restored my faith completely and took ownership of their original scheduling error. When I rescheduled the appointment, they were prompt, courteous, and did a terrific job. I'd also added carpet cleaning to my order since the carpet needed it and best of all, the carpet felt dry within 4 hours! (But don't move the furniture back for at least 24 hours.) So many companies say up to 6 hours then it's still wet the next day ... ewww. Not this one. They did a really great job! *** 1st UPDATE *** Almost immediately after my review went live, I received a call from Stephen (the owner) who was apologetic and offered to reschedule & do the job free of charge. He said somehow my appointment was in the system for today but my job hadn't been assigned to a crew, and somehow when I called and left messages for the tech those calls did not go through. He said he's never missed an appointment and seemed genuinely sorry. Unfortunately for me, I don't have a free day anywhere in the near future to reschedule before my guests arrive next week, so I'll have to try again later. I do appreciate the call and the effort, though, and since weird glitches happen, I've changed my review from 1 star to 3. I'll update it again if I do get the job done later. (My original post was 1 star because they completely missed my appointment and didn't respond to multiple messages I'd left on their voicemail system following their instructions for people with appointments that day. Quick and efficient!! Lionel and Nick showed up on time and went straight to work. They walked us through the whole process beforehand so we knew what to expect. Our living and dining room carpet is old and had a variation of stains. After they were done, the stains were pretty much all gone. We also had pet stains that could not be removed by our own efforts but after Lionel and Nick were finished, the stains were considerably lighter than they were before. I recently had these guys clean my carpets in the townhouse I recently moved out of and let me just just what an amazing job that they did. We have a puppy that tracked in dirt from our backyard and that sometimes used the bathroom as well there was constant use of shoes in the house. The carpets were so dirty I didn't even think it was possible for it come out, but they worked there magic and the carpets looked better then when we first moved in.
