Whoever he is had a very strong accent, I can't distinguish where from but he was so rude and I can't believe any business would ever talk to a customer like that. If you're a female, avoid. Initially, Abraham seemed polite with a formal greeting. However, he began to yell if you ask a question, especially when he tries to rip you off, and is quite hostile. So, if you prefer going to a controlling old man who will try to rip you off and charge you more, visit him. Don't be fooled, he's the reason why the saying "respect is earned" exists. It takes a certain type of coward to disrespect a customer while willingly and knowingly trying to get more money than quoted. read more

I went in and asked for advice. They are the experts, right? I have a 2016 Honda CR-V and I asked do I need a smog check? My registration said I had a recall and needed an emissions report. I was confused and really needed their guidance. He agreed and thought maybe it was a computer error but he continued the smog check. I kept asking if he was sure, numerous times, and had he ever done a smog check on a 2 year old car? Meanwhile I was on the phone with Honda and they said no you don't need a smog check. I told him to stop and that I didn't need one. He didn't listen and was moving as fast as he could to get it done. He was only interested in the sale and didn't care about the customer. I was frustrated and felt intimidated. I paid and left. I called about 15 minutes later and said I would like a refund, he yelled like a madman and hung up on me. He was rude and had terrible customer service. Do not go there. Very disrespectful to women and was a total con artist. read more

I am a little shocked by Edith K.'s review, since my experience with Ebrahim today was quite the opposite. He was courteous, polite, ran the test quickly, and in the end, explained different ways I can renew my DMV registration. Then he apologized for not offering me water, and quickly ran to the fridge and came back with a bottle. It was a pleasant experience. I would return again next year for my smog test. read more

I procrastinated on getting a smog so last minute i was looking for a place that was star certified. I chose clean cloud smog out of all the others on here. I am glad i did!! Ebrahim was super great. I had brought my lunch since i was on my lunch break and he provided me a chair, table, fresh cold water and a napkin. It was exceptional. My car was fine and passed with no problem. Lovely experience, was taken right away, the gentleman gave me a seat and a bottle of water, explained the process and sent me on my way. Last year, my car failed the smog test several times and I was concerned that would happen again (I don't drive on freeways much). Definitely the best smog service I've ever experienced. The place is completely clean. Ebrahim is really fast, efficient and extremely helpful. He saw my tire pressure warning light was on, checked the tires, filled them to the correct pressure and showed me how to check them. He offered my son and I cold water.
