I have a basic membership with this car wash chain, and usually come through a few times a month. Today I went to this location and had a good experience. They don't have as many vacuums as some of the other locations I've been to, but there was always one available. I like this drive through car wash compared to others in the area because the bar is higher on the drive through track, making it less likely for the tire to slip off. The man who checked me in was very nice and the vacuums worked well! There were also complementary towels to dry off the remaining water on the vehicle. read more

Quick Quack is always great! We have a monthly unlimited car wash package . We can go as many times as we want for one price. We have the lowest cost, which works well for our budget. Staff are always courteous and helpful. We also benefit from their free vacuums on premises, which save time and work great! They also use and reclaim the water they use, such a great feature. Percentage to have heard over the years are around 65% less water usage/ and or waste compared to hand washing. I think that sounds like a benefit for all of us. Vacuums are great, went in and specified I solely wanted the single one time car wash and that I wasn't interested in the membership which kept being pushed on me. One time should be enough, no reason for me to have to decline multiple times for my point to get across. read more

Super helpful employees, Tacoma always gets a good Wash (I have the standard least expensive monthly membership). However today, I had an issue: drove up to get a wash, and the attendant motioned me to go directly behind a GMC full sized truck. Everything went well until the person in the GMC never put truck in drive when done. I had to hit my brakes where the roller rolled under my back tires while I was honking at the person driving the truck ahead of me to move. Luckily there was no one behind me. Because of this, I will not place my truck directly behind the vehicle in front of me, instead ensure there is on car length between my truck and the vehicle in front of me. read more

Went to go wash my Jeep today, the lady Stephanie that worked there was so sweet and even helped me wipe down my car while I was there and checked in to make sure the basket of towels was filled and if I needed anything as she checked in on all the customers, she almost had me on a membership maybe next time thanks Stephanie! I came by today real muddy from off roaring and almost thought i wouldn't be allowed in but Erin went the extra mile to pressure wash all the excess mud off for me before I went through the wash she then cleaned off all the mud off the floor into the drain. After she was done with me she went around making sure everyone had towels to clean down their vehicles and when she got to my vacuums she suggested i go through another time to make sure my truck ended up squeaky clean. 10/10 customer service today this is why I only go to Quick Quack! read more

It's hard to accept this brand new business that has a poorly designed ridiculous system that first does not even wash the back of the car and leaves it wet in all areas. I subscribed to their highest wash and when I stop to full dry my entire car after the $20 wash it is spit stained and as I pull out there is a giant puddle of sudsy liquid under it. Tires are dirty with greasy tire spray all over the wheel wells and even on the outside fender paint. They renew your subscription payment about ten days early so get out quick ! Also there is the guy that guides you into the car wash ( his only job ) who is supposed to spray off front and back of car and he cannot manage that. Just the dumbest situation. They just don't care. read more

There's a reason they have low ratings, their blowers are absolutely outrageous! not for drying though, just remodeling your car, and not in a good way! and my car was still super wet, as soon as i pulled up i was already getting bombarded with all the memberships, and then i proceeded to tell the women i just wanted one wash and i usually use self serv, long story short, she didn't even charge me for the right car wash AND my car was dented, part of my trim got ripped off too which i have never ever had a problem with. Really happy i kept telling the women i didn't want a damn membership smh! Went to make sure the rest of my car was fine and i noticed there's a ton of scratches and paint completely scratched off, absolutely ridiculous! stay far away! read more

I selected the 'good' wash. My mirrors got completely turned around and I had to pop them back into place. The car wash didn't even wash my car it somehow looked more dirty after it was done. Predatory business. Went to get a single wash and their employees pushed for us to get a membership and would not take no for an answer. After a few months of wasted money I tried to cancel and their website has no way to cancel and they make you come in at least ten days before to cancel before they charge you again. September 2021... We received a coupon in the mail for a free car wash. We already have a membership at another car wash, but this one is slightly closer. We didn't see that it had an expiration date of 2 days ago, but again it was just for 1 free wash. When we arrived, we were told that the coupon was expired. We asked the manager if they would honor it or if there was a newer coupon we could use. Nope. They pointed us to the exit. So we will just keep our membership to Francis then. That 3 cent car wash would have earned you a monthly membership. ROI February 2022... So I decided to give this car wash a second chance. I was borrowing someone else's vehicle and just wanted to wash it before I returned it. I pull up and the employee comes out and asks "What monthly membership would you like to sign up for today?" I just wanted a 1 time wash, so I said no. Here's the next few questions. "Are you sure, it's only $15 to sign up today." No. "Think about it, it's only $5 more than the wash you are getting" No. "Oh this isn't your car, when I sign you up we can just transfer it to your car" No. Then they said their iPad didn't work so they went in and I waited a few minutes. She came back out... "Are you sure you just want the wash and not the membership?" Yes. "Which wash do you want?" I pointed at the top one and handed her my car card. "Oh ok so you do want the monthly membership now, great I can sign that up for you" NO. JUST WANT THE WASH. PLEASE. Finally I get my car wash. After that experience I've loved my rating to 1 star. read more
