Convenient inexpensive. Staff was friendly and attentive. The real issue is that the car does not come out clean. I understand some spots may not be cleaned to perfection, I can live with that. Tried this place out for the first time today and I'm very happy with the level of service I received. Before I tried this place out I checked online to see what the deals were and I knew I wanted to sign up for a monthly unlimited plan. The attendant was very helpful in explaining each package and the terms and conditions. I love that the monthly plan comes with a faster entrance for a hassle free wash. I decided to try this place out, as it was on my way home from church. I normally don't go to car washes- I'm paranoid about damage. On impulse I pulled through and purchased the "wheels" package. After being thoroughly questioned about deals (that I politely said no to), I peeked the liability disclosure sign and should have left right away. It basically dismisses all liability for any damage done to your vehicle. Sure enough, after the wash was through, my car was hardly dry and my antenna COMPLETELY broken off. I'll give the benefit of the doubt for any scratches to my paint. The vacuum I tried to use did not work. Likely will not return. read more

If it weren't for this place being practically right next door to me, my car would never get washed. Ever since Clean Freak moved right next door to me though, I have been taking advantage of their super-cheap membership!! I only pay $17 a month (their most expensive package) and I get unlimited detailed car washes, free vacuums, a little Armor-All wipe, and air fresheners! I wash my car here almost every other day and I have no complaints. read more

This place is awesome! Been going here for a few months now since I got a monthly pass for $14. They give you a wipe to clean your dash and free vacuums. People that work here are pretty friendly too. Sometimes it gets crowded but well worth the wait and puts other car washes to shame. Inexpensive car wash and the staff are okay. The wash itself gets 0 stars, had to clean half of the car with a wash cloth. Your better off hosing it off at home. The vacuums barely suck, so if you have an hour to waste, this is your place, for all others stay away! read more

Andy signed me up for the monthly service for $16 without telling me and he didn't type my email correctly so I couldn't have ever "cancelled" what I needed to "cancel" in the first place. Why did he keep my credit card information in the first place? I made it clear I only wanted one single car wash. I even asked him for the student discount which he said he's never heard of, but I've gotten the student discount twice at that location before. I'm extremely angered because when I called them they were telling me to look at the fine print and I told them all I have is a receipt and he told me to look at the fine print of the receipt but why would I look at the fine print it's not like I signed something? You would think that Andy would have communicated properly or not taken down my credit card information the way he did. And the person on the phone treated me like I was dumb. read more

I'm an auto enthusiast. I enjoy working on and cleaning my cars. Going to Clean Freak means that I'll have to do both afterwards. First off, the wash is terrible for the price. Just about any other car wash in the valley offers full service cleaning for the same price. I have to finish cleaning my vehicles myself after going through this place. I've only gone to this place because it's a few blocks from my home. Never again after my most recent experience. I took my Dodge Durango through the wash a few weeks back. I parked the truck afterwards and my wife drove it the next morning. She got on the freeway and heard a loud noise after a few minutes. The stock trim around the front passenger wheel trim had torn off. I would have thought it an odd incident if not for my experience a week later with my BMW. After going through the wash, I returned home and instantly noticed that the front passenger marker light had been ripped off. A week apart and damage on the same area of two vehicles? It's pretty obvious that the car wash damaged my vehicle. I called and sent emails without response at first. The manager eventually called me back. He argued that the wash couldn't have caused the damage. I sent him an email with photos of the problem and eventually filled out an incident report. A week later, I've had no follow up from either the manager or the company. I'm out a few hundred dollars because I chose to go through this car wash. read more

This place is the In n Out Burger of car washes! The simplicity of it is what makes it awesome and they're able to focus on what they do best. After reading the reviews on yelp I finally decided to take my Dodge Charger, before I had always washed it myself but I decided to give these guys a try. When I pulled up the salesman was super helpful and patient not trying to up sell at all. It felt like that scene in Charlie and the Chocolate factory when they go through the car wash! My car came out show room clean and the tires retained the shiny wet look which I love. I feel like driving my car through mud puddles just to give the guys a challenge next time!! I find these drive thru cleaners just the thing I need. Don't have a fancy car but like to keep it clean ever now and then and this hits the spot. Courteous service, quick and easy and haven't had any issues. Bonus for me is if you follow them on twitter (and with a little luck) you can score a free car wash here and there on Fridays. Something is always broken at this location! Currently, the fast pass layne is completely Shut down. It has been for days. This causes massive delays and traffic that spills out onto the street and creates a dangerous condition. I literally waited 20 minutes for what should've been a three minute experience. When I told the person there, his response was, "I know, I've been saying that to the management for days." I tried to call customer service, both The on site number and the corporate number had mailboxes that were so full that you could not leave a message. I want to cancel my membership! read more

This place is very dishonest. Last month I went to get a car wash. I hardly ever get car washes and wanted the basic $6 wash. A worker named Jesus told me that they were having a deal that you can get free washes for the whole month for only $6. I was hesitant at first but he kept on pushing the deal and I thought well... why not?? A month later I was charged again by them for $16 and I had not gone back to wash my car. They put me on a monthly subscription and I didn't even know it! I called and the supervisor said that Jesus is their top performer and would've told me and he probably did tell me... he was basically accusing me of lying. I said you think I bought this deal so I can sign up for a monthly subscription?!! And the worker Jesus was unprofessional and creepishly flirty which might be why he never told me about the monthly subscription and you would be charged if you don't cancel. In the end they gave me a gift card which is what I didn't want but whatever...all I know is I won't be back as I do not support companies that try to lie or disclose information and get you pay for something you didn't want or weren't told about. read more

For a self service wash, clean freak is top notch. They do a pretty thorough job of quickly and efficiently cleaning cars. Don't get me wrong, this isn't a full service wash, but if you want a quick car wash that is actually going to clean your car, then Clean Freak will generally do the job. My only complaint is they do a terrible job cleaning tires. On occasion I have paid the extra for the tire scrub and felt ripped off. Otherwise, I highly recommend. read more

I wish I could give this place a better rating, but I can't. During the grand opening weekend they had free car washes, and I went by since it was too cold to wash my car by hand. They have free vacuums outside, and the tunnel-style automated car wash. Although it did a good job at cleaning the car (even the wheels), the brush materials are too rough or they press too hard, and the result was swirl marks and hairline scratches on many areas of my car. I would only recommend this place if you have a light colored car, and preferably a non-metallic paint job. Once swirl marks and scratches are there, they are permanent. I wish I had left my car dirty until it warmed up enough to wash it by hand, but it's too late for me. read more

When I got the basic wash the guy helping customers asked,"you don't want to get the monthly one?" When we said no, he wasn't friendly or helpful. We usually get a cloth to dry the car at other car washes, they're complimentary. At Clean Freak we got none and the wash didn't do a goo job of drying my car. I went to the vending machine to my tu and buy a towel but a man was sitting right in front of the vending machine charging his phone and eating. I still approached and said, good morning. The first time no answer the second time he did answer and he said, you need dash shine? I then responded, no I need a cloth to dry my car, to what he responded they're supposed to give you that here. Then I said, ok I'll go ask the attendant. The man said, no I'll go tell him. So I was like, ok I was under the impression he worked there. He didn't in fact work there and the attendant was upset asking if he was with me because he was "high and trying to steal " I was so uncomfortable and unhappy with the experience overall. read more

This is a very good concept, I only wish someone would clean my back window on the inside for me (I have very bad knees) but other than that back window, I love it, I don't have the dirtiest car in Arizona any more. Do not go here. I went in for a basic car wash and the employee asked me to sign up for unlimited washes for $12 I said no then he continued to say he would only charge me $2. I agreed then a few days later am charged $12. Over drafted my account, called in for a refund and was then advised it's a continuing charge?! I was never told this and was refused a refund. Sometimes I'm stupid in car washes. I don't know what happens: Brake? No? Neutral? What? Over? Good? Despite this, the attendant today made me feel like I was brilliant and was so pleasant about everything that I thought "hey! Maybe I am good at this!" until I had to figure out when the blow dry was over and time to drive... Later that day when I parallel parked with six inches in front and six inches behind me (my superpower) I realized I might need carwash therapy. Or more visits to Clean Freak.
