This time only a single coat of sealer was placed instead of two which the contract stipulated. The owner acknowledged the job was half done and promised to come and finish it correctly. Never happened. Multiple emails, texts, calls, no response. I brought this issue to BBB and they were not able to get a response. I then brought the issue to the DC Office of the Attorney General in which I requested a refund of my 50% deposit. They too could not make contact with the owner. I am know consulting with a lawyer to see if legal action makes sense.
