I was disappointed in my trip to Clean Juice today. today was very slow and the smoothies were not as as usual. I brought a friend who had never been, and it was not a great first time experience. I know it's expensive to get great smoothie with the highest organic ingredients, and I am willing to pay for that, but when we have to wait 45 minutes and then the smoothies didn't taste like anything we ordered it was disappointing. I ordered from the app at 915am , said it would be ready at 934. We didn't get the smoothies till 10am. It was pure avocado I couldn't get it up the straw. I'm not sure if this guy was new, cause I hadn't seen him before. He was also the only worker in there, so maybe there was a need for another person to help him. read more

I ordered the Creamsicle Smoothie, and it was very diluted. It lacked flavor. It tasted like ice water with a subtle hint of banana. I have tasted superb smoothies in the Central Coast such as Julia's Juice in Grover Beach, Seeds in San Luis Obispo, and Cafe Dolce in Solvang. Not bad but just your regular juices/bowls. The parking lot is a mess and your lucky to find a parking spot. I placed my order online so I could just pick up in store and after 20 mins that I placed my order I walked Into the location and I stood there for about 10-15 without getting helped. The employees were standing around or prepping other orders and I understand it's gets busy but one of the workers just stood around and even looked at me and then proceeded to look away, no "hi did you have a pickup" or "how can I help you" nothing at all. I then tried multiple times to get his attention and when he finally helped me out he pulled out my order had be ready a while ago. Overall it's not bad but compared to other juice/bowl spots like vitality or pressed the portions or ridiculously small for the same price you would pay elsewhere or even more expensive. The parking is a mess and customer service needs to be improved. read more

Originally I went to Mendocino Farms to look for some grub but when I saw how long the line was I optd for something faster. I saw clean juice across the way and thought perhaps I can just do a juice fast for lunch instead and wait to eat dinner later. I saw that they had Acai bowls and decided I should probably eat something more substantial than having a pressed juiced while on shift (as a first responder). I wasn't disappointed! I ordered the nutty bowl, as peanut butter is one of my favorite foods. I also added spirulina as a protein supplement. As I waited around I noticed a jar full of cards and thought maybe they have a give away if you put your number down. As I inspected the jar I saw that it was in fact a prayer jar! It was so beautiful. I got very emotional... Yes, I'm that person! My ears then tuned into the fact that they were playing Christian music. God is good! I really needed the pick me up. Overall this is a Christian establishment that I will be frequenting more often. On top of that it's all organic! Yes, I'm that Jesus loving, God fearing, all organic hippie. read more

After there door wasn't even locked I proceeded in not knowing they were close. The lady was pretty rude and I couldn't understand her and she told me countless times to leave in a rude way. I also ordered online for a pickup and she still said leave. Very rude and I think they need new people working there or be nicer! Smoothie was 95% ice. Green bowl was mostly salad with a minimal topping of cheese and quinoa with two tablespoons of hummus. Not worth the price for the meager, unfilling servings. Don't think I'll be back. Two stars because it is organic- we need more of this! Hopefully they can get their recipes tweaked a bit to nourish their customers better. read more

Nice large juice place, but was not impressed with the beach açaí bowl. Açaí looked and tasted like a smoothie (pink). Sparse pineapple, granola and coconut on top. Presentation was not becoming at all it was $11!! Didn't even eat a half before it melted out. First time there so maybe next will try a Juice! Not sure if I'll come back again. The guy that helped me gave me the wrong info. I asked if the drinks are pasteurized and he said no and that it's pressed juice. He said the juice you order on the menu is pasteurized because the machine you use is hot (did not make sense to me at all). He also told me if I DL the app I will save $5(unless I heard wrong) but my drink cost me $5. I did not get a receipt for my purchase and feel maybe he rang it up wrong. I like juice Co better.
