I'm a huge fan of Blue Bowl and feel like nothing compares to theirs, but Alohana is on par with that. It's good if you want to take it to go and let it melt down a little to have that smooth consistency instead of fighitng with it and getting chunks at a time of the base. If I'm paying for a bowl that includes certain ingredients, I expect either to receive them or be offered a solution. The lack of customer service and basic courtesy was really disappointing.
