When I arrived to pick up my order it was a well oiled machine and they had an efficient order pick up area. It was well organize and I was able to look around the beautiful store and grab some gifts for the neighbors while shopping. The Chateaubriand (ordered two) and lobster mac and cheese (ordered one) were absolutely delicious. The serving size was spot on for our party of five medium-portion eaters. When our food came out there were two minor issues. They accidentally put the peppers on my pita, which I can't handle, and they forgot my husband's 2nd kabob. When I took my pita back, Joselin immediately told me they would make another and then told me I could take the first one home for my family. When they brought the new pita out, they also brought me another huge helping of fries to go with it! When my husband asked for his second kabob, she offered to make a whole new meal for him! He declined, as it truly wasn't necessary, although a very kind offer. When they brought his kabob out to the table, they gave us a coupon for a free meal! Joselin is definitely a keeper! In a world where customer service values seem to be declining, she is a shining example of what good customer service should be! She was always smiling, so kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience, despite the minor issues. It just goes to show that how you handle a customer's problem makes a much bigger impact than the problem itself. We were blown away and will most certainly be back!
