I've been bait and switched in the past, so I asked if there was a number I can send a photo of the sofa to confirm that I would not be quoted more upon arrival. The woman who answers inquiries gave me a phone number. I messaged multiple times with photos of my couch, and only received an accidental response "butt text" and then nothing again. I called her back to confirm, and she promised that I would not be quoted more than $79.99. When the cleaner arrived, he told me that the sofa was linen (it was actually a cotton blend that looks like linen but I didn't figure that out until later), and that he would have to be careful spraying too much water so it wouldn't damage. He also noted that certain stains on the cushions could not come out, which I totally understood and expected. He proceeds to do a light zig zag motion across the couch for less than 3 minutes and then asks me to come take a look. I just watched him put 15% energy on the couch, while simultaneously texting on his phone, and then ask me if it was good? I was in total shock. Let me be clear...a single zig-zag motion across the whole couch + 3 cushions meant that all the dry space in between was NOT EVEN TOUCHED. Yes, he literally touched 1/3 of the couch with his spray nozzle and then said he was finished. When I brought attention to this, he said he told me that he would have to put light water since the couch was linen. But this wasn't just light water, it was literally only touching smalls parts of the couch and then completely ignoring the rest. As if that solution was supposed to magically spread to the dry/untouched places. I asked him to go over the entire couch again, covering the dry spots he hadn't touched before and to get the back of the sofa which he hadn't even attempted. He was receptive and did so kindly. But not before spraying water all over my kitchen floor, marking the floor up with dirty shoes and then asking me for a towel to clean it up. The only reason I gave this two stars, instead if one, is because the cleaner wasn't rude and there were two spots on the couch where dirty fingerprints had been and he got them out. Also because the woman who answers their inquiries was kind and honest, they did not in fact charge me more. This company is extremely unprofessional and has no integrity. I cannot believe they can get away with charging for this service. I understand that it's only $80, but that's still hard-earned money. Besides the dirty fingerprints (that were surficial and had only just happened at delivery a few days ago) my couch looks exactly the same and costed me $80. I would not recommend anyone spends their money at this place.

Eli, his superintendent was negative a majority of the time, trash talking the owner Ram. Ram had agreed to a design and Eli said it couldn't be done. Eli talked down to me quite often despite me having a construction background. I spotted alot of things not being done right and he assured they'd come out fine and they didn't. And they were at the point that fixing them would've been a big undertaking. One big one was they didn't reinforce the kitchen floor properly, so the tile popped loose, and when their guy came to fixed they were laid improperly. And they continued to pop when walked on. Another result in that floor not being reinforced is there's a hairline crack in the kitchen countertop now. Eli when asked before laying the concrete on the 50's framed floor, said the wood was fine and didn't need any reinforcement. They smooth coated my walls and went through two different subs/crews and the walls are smooth but not flat at all, they're original plaster and were better off before. First crew just sprayed compound all over the walls unevenly and didn't float it. Eli said they'd sand it even, didn't happen. They framed and closed a wall where a slider was. Needed two sheets of drywall, they put one and I pointed it out, Eli said they'd float it. Told him that's not doable and to just out another sheet, they didn't. Now there's a huge gap with caulking between the banquet seat and the wall. Elsa's they framed new and floated aren't flat. The painters line work where walls meet was no good and thin in areas on walls. The crew who did the kitchen backsplash was good, the original tile guy was good. The hardwood flooring guys were very good. The guys who did the slabs for kitchen and fireplace ok, but didn't install the fireplace slabs properly and had to replace the hearth slab, and shorted mortar both times. The electrician was ok, but they didn't install atc fault breakers that delayed final. And they tried to not install smoke alarms, Eli tried arguing they weren't needed and they had been code for a long time. Then tried to tell me they weren't included in the quote to rewire the house. And every small thing was a ridiculous upcharge cause they felt they weren't getting enough money off the job. And Eli repeatedly insulted the size of the job and said they'd float wouldn't have taken it if not a referral. Many bad points with these guys. Workers left food trash on property constantly. They demoed doors from the house and left it open to animals. Same with under the house access. My job was. It close to them, and it was a referral, it if you can't do a proper and good job then don't take it. Say no to the job instead of putting someone through all this. I wouldn't recommend them again.

When we specified a specific wall tile from a reputable seller, Ram bought "similar" tiles from Floor & Decor". The New Look Remodeling tile installers refused to install the cheap tiles and called us because the cheap tiles were warped! The paints his team used started peeling immediately. We have clear images but were not able to post them. We do not intend to ever employ his services in the future!!
