RAY IS THE MAN!!!!!!!! This morning around 8:00 am I called to get a quote. Jerry was out of town so he passed my information off to Ray. I explained what rooms I needed done, my living room had pet stains which made the smell unbearable. I spoke with Ray explained my situation and he was able to make it out THE SAME DAY Around 1:00pm. I have no knowledge whatsoever about carpets, but Ray changed all that! Not only was he very kind and friendly but he also gave me tips on how to remove various kind of stains (coffee pet stains grease) in case I have a spill in the future. When he got here he got right to work finishing all three of the rooms in about an hour and a half! There were also extra stains on the carpet I did not tell him about, and he was kind enough to try to remove those! Once he finished he explained what he did and we went into each room, and walked around to make sure I was happy with the cleaning! He did not once make me feel stupid or naive but instead gave me a lot more knowledge about carpets and what I can do to keep them clean. After we had an awesome talk about tribute bands ! I really really loved how he didn't just come clean the carpets and leave, but he explained to me things I can do so that I can't save a few extra dollars! There's no question this is the company you need to call if you need carpets cleaned and you HAVE to ask for RAY his work is amazing and knowledge such a great bonus!!! you will not regret it!!! My friend recommended Clean Pro since I had been trying to find a good company and the companies advertised on the radio didn't have very good reviews here on Yelp. Our parents are coming to visit and the carpet hasn't been cleaned since 2006. Jerry and the Clean Pro crew came out this morning, and this afternoon, the carpet is spotless and fresh smelling. I had completely forgotten what color the carpet even was. They were able to clean 1600 square feet including a couple of high traffic areas with stains for an extremely reasonable price. Jerry and Larry were professional, friendly, and courteous and did an absolutely wonderful job. I will definitely be calling them next time (and this time we won't wait for 9 years out of fear of finding the right company). I highly recommend this AWESOME crew!!! read more

Jerry, the owner, was very friendly and seemed pretty honest. He told me up front what to expect out of the service (I have dogs and they have done their fair share of peeing on the carpet). Jerry did a fantastic job! He got nearly all of the stains out (there were a ton) and he kept his pricing right around his estimate. When he arrived he said that the estimate he had given me on the phone may be higher (by only five or ten bucks) b/c I had so many stains. The only recommendation I would have is to be on-time. He was 30 minutes late and he did call to tell me he would be late (a few minutes after our designated time), but punctuality is always a plus. Then again, at least he DIDN'T give me a two hour window and make me sit around waiting for him; I hate when people do that! read more

We manage a number of bank owned homes and rental properties and we use him for all of our jobs. He has very high standards, and he always does a great job. Professional, economical, and family friendly. Clean Pro is just always punctual, and they are very sensitive to what your needs are. I've always been able to say what stains I have and point them out, and they're able to tell me if they think they can get them out or not, and then they just go forward from there. My experience with Jerry was truly amazing from start to finish. I was in charge of finding someone to clean the carpets at my job. I had called and scheduled a few estimates from a couple different companies. Jerry was super nice and had a lot of knowledge on what he could do to bring the carpet back to life. We recently had our carpets cleaned by Clean Pro Carpet Care. We had the carpets cleaned by another carpet service last year. That carpet service could not get some spots out of the carpet that were left by the previous owner. Jerry and Chris showed up on time and got right to work. I showed them the spots and I was amazed that those spot came out. The Roto power tool really gets the grit and grime out of the carpet. I will never have another service clean our carpets.
