When we addressed these issues with Pat Reynoso, he quit. When I reported him to the Contractor's State Board, Pat Reynoso put a $200,000 lien on my home saying I fired him and material loss. He has no evidence. We have pictures and evidence. But his contract disallows attorney fee compensation. Major loss and headache. Be sure your contract has attorney fee compensation for whoever you hire. Stay clear from this hot mess!
