Your employee illegally processed my bank card to set up a reoccurring payment plan for car washes. My wife and I went through there with her Lexus. He told me that for 3 dollars more that we could get another wash for this vehicle for the next month. We decided that it sounded like a good deal. In NO WAY did we state that we wanted to rejoin this establishment! I quit this place a few months ago and I was paying a lot less than $39.99 a month! Why the hell would I okay this??! Just refunding me the $39.99 doesn't cut it. For some reason you answered my yelp with a phone number to contact you. Of course that was false. And now I get a response that I will have to rely on some email that you probably won't even see!

I had to use my bottle of Windex in order, removing the bugs from my windshield, the front of my truck's hood, moon roof, roof, and rear window because the Turbo Shine Car Wash's windshield roller didn't descend onto the hood, moon roof, windshield, roof nor rear window scrubbing removing the bugs and grime, i.e., the roller didn't descend in order, washing my entire truck as expected. 2. The side brushes washed the caked-on dirt from the wheels. 3. The truck seriously doesn't look as clean as expected especially, paying $27.00 due to the Turbo Shine Car Wash's rollers didn't descend upon my truck's hood, windshield, moon roof, roof, and rear window. Unfortunately, I waited twenty minutes receiving my paid receipt; however, the Dude was cool who gave me the scented Dolphin for waiting--NICE! Question: Will I return? I think not.

Easy to pull your car in and maneuver as you need to. They have a bank of detail stations so you can vacuum your own car if you need to. There is also a Burger King here. The gas prices were in line with everywhere else nearby. The car was was great! Our car looked brand new when we were done and it is way better than the car wash by our house. We will definitely be back.

The self wash station is very easy and convenient to use and the vacuums are very powerful getting all the dirt and crumbs out from my car. I love using this car wash! It's clean, I can get in and out quickly and it's also fairly inexpensive. I like to load up on tokens for the vacuum or shampooer but I also love that there is an option to use your card as well.
