Your employee illegally processed my bank card to set up a reoccurring payment plan for car washes. My wife and I went through there with her Lexus. He told me that for 3 dollars more that we could get another wash for this vehicle for the next month. We decided that it sounded like a good deal. In NO WAY did we state that we wanted to rejoin this establishment! I quit this place a few months ago and I was paying a lot less than $39.99 a month! Why the hell would I okay this??! Just refunding me the $39.99 doesn't cut it. For some reason you answered my yelp with a phone number to contact you. Of course that was false. And now I get a response that I will have to rely on some email that you probably won't even see!

They claim to vacuum yet super simple areas weren't even touched and they didn't wipe the vehicle after it went through the wash well either. It wasn't a cheap car wash plus long wait to just have to go home and clean it myself. They do guarantee satisfaction but if they didn't do a good job the first time, I don't think they would the second time plus I didn't have time to wait for super long for a second time. Not that I needed it because my car still has the new car smell but they asked me what air freshener I wanted to not even put one in.

The basic Full Service Car Wash is only $28, yet includes full hand soap, thorough automated outside wash, vacuuming inside, inside panel wipe downs, and windows cleaned inside and out. A quality job every time. Their headlight renewal treatment is reasonable and lasts for 6 months to a year. It makes the headlights look brand new. Always efficient and quick. Drivers beware! Went there when a bunch of tree sap landed on my car. I got the $37.99 "deluxe" wash. Even though I told him this is a 1 time only wash, the sneaky ass guy went and signed me up for a monthly service. Long story short- I get billed another $37.99 a month later. After going back and forth over 5 emails they refused to refund me. I gave them every chance to refund me and they have not after over a month later. I'm going to let everyone I know to not patronize their business.
