Be careful. They are not very clear about their charges. I paid for a facial online and when I sat for my facial i said i wanted what i paid for. I didnt put in my sheet i wanted any add ons either. However, when i was done with my 30 minute facial and went to the front to pay my tip (which my aesthetician did a good job for), they never told me they were charging me an additional whole facial $45 plus the tip. Sadly the manager even though apologized for their misunderstanding, didnt give me the refund for the second charge. read more

I came in for the $35 first timers facial. The facial itself was okay, my skin looked and felt the same afterwards and didn't accomplish what I'd asked for. I definitely feel I could have achieved the same results at home. It was very relaxing, though, so I really enjoyed the experience of it! What threw me off, however, was the checkout process. I intended to tip 15% based off the $35 service, but was told gratuity is based off the full price service for $70, not the $35 I had paid. I have never seen any establishment do this. I then said I would tip 15% of the $35 and the cashier repeated to me in a pressuring tone "it's a $70 service, though." This policy of gratuity being based off the full price of the service is not mentioned anywhere online or prior to checkout, and put me on the spot. Transparency matters, especially for first time clients. I really don't appreciate being pushed into tipping higher and it gives off a really bad vibe. read more

Val was my esthetician, and she was friendly with a calming voice. This was my 1st facial, and I was a little nervous about having an allergic reaction to new products. However, based on their products being natural and their method of testing their ingredients on 100,000 facials, I felt I could give this a try. Plus, the ingredients are vegan and fragrance free. Their facials are rooted in yoga, health, and wellness. The 30-minute facial includes a face massage to help with blood circulation, lymphatic drainage, and relaxation. This location is small but was a pleasant experience with good music and an inviting color scheme. There are 3 types of facials... glow for radiant skin, fresh to brighten dark spots and detox for a deep clean. You can alai opt for some enhancements like extractions, pumpkin peel, hydra boost to stimulate collagen, an acne blast, a neck massage, and a deep exfoliation. I did opt for some enhancements and went with the extraction and a pumpkin peel. I enjoyed this experience and the facial massage felt so relaxing. After the facial, I was provided with some product recommendations. Their products are pricy. The dancer oil at $58 and the flash facial $72 were recommended, but I needed to think about spending that much on new products. I would return for another facial, and after I finish off some products I already have, I could give some of their products a try. I came here for the yelp event for a free 30 min facial. Let me tell you, I had an amazing experience. The facial is 30 mins but it felt like an hour. All the products smelled good and the view was beautiful of the lake, the multiple messages during the facial was hands down the best I have ever had. My only complaint is the chairs are in an open concept which is nice to see the lake, but can be noisy if someone else is doing something else while you are getting your facial. As part of our girls' day, my two friends and I booked facials here. I was supposed to attend a Yelp Elite event here a while back, but COVID had other plans so I didn't get to go. Check in was easy. Girl at the front was pleasant and the whole process took under 5 min with a quick intake and a few upgrade options. No pushy sales pitch or anything. The place is clean and small with a nice vibe and pleasant music. My aestheticians name was Val. Val had beautiful skin. She took a look at my face, determined that my skin was a bit dry, not a combination as I have thought. I decided to do an add-on package with the virgin bundle because I have blackheads on my nose which to be honest with you I don't see much of a difference, post extraction minus the pain and slight redness. My skin does feel very dewy. The extraction hurt as we expected, the pumpkin peel I was warned with my sensitive skin might cause a little irritation it tingles , but it wasn't bad and the oxygen boost felt nice. It's a self care summer! I booked an appointment online and headed straight there after work. It's nestled in the same plaza as Trader Joe's and other shops so the parking is extremely limited. CYDF is tucked into the very left corner of the plaza and can definitely be missed. Cashier seemed to be in training but the owner/manager was there to make sure my questions could be answered. Facial specialist was so nice and insightful. I had a handful of restrictions and she double checked all the ingredients on each serum/spray/spread to make sure it was going to be compatible with my skin. I added on an oxygen facial and was skeptical at first but I got home that night and my skin was clearer. The oxygen and the ice rolling were my favorite! I just finished a 30-minute facial and feel so much better! Clean your dirty face is in the Trader Joes plaza, along with many businesses, so the parking lot can be a bit busy. I got here about 15 minutes before my appointment time, and I was actually seated right away after filling out the initial consultation form. My aesthetician was very knowledgeable and explained each step of the facial treatment. Inside was very spacious and relaxing. There wasn't a private room, but it was very quiet and the background music was tranquil. There are a number of enhancements you can choose from as well. I love facials, so after receiving a voucher (thank you Yelp ELITE!), I decided to give it a try. I additionally paid for nanosculpt and a neck massage add-on myself. Parking can be rough. I was there at 11:30 on a Sunday and there were very spare spots. When I left, cars were lined up trying to find a spot. I'd definitely leave early if you go later in the day. Check in was very easy and the space was very clean! Laura (I believe was her name) did an excellent job! She analyzed my skin and walked through every step. She also gave me a heads up when she'd be applying something cold to my face, asked if pressure was ok, and made sure I was happy and comfortable. The facial had my skin feeling very moisturized and plump afterward! I was pretty satisfied. What I was caught off guard on was the pricing structure (you have to pay to make it an hour-long facial, but you can still add on stuff they I guess they'll speed through?) and how it's not intimate but rather similar to a hair salon where there's stations. If I would have known this, I wouldn't have gotten the neck massage because it felt pointless doing it through layers of clothes. For the price of adding the extra time, you could probably go to a private esthetician. The music was 2000s-pop and the colors are bright with a window wide open (pretty view though) so if a private, lowlight facial on a bed is what you want, this is not for you. I had trouble relaxing. I'd definitely say this is a great place for a quick 30-min facial if you feel like your skin is feeling down for sure! This was the perfect way to spend a Sunday! We came early because we know that parking lot and it is very crowded. We didn't really see it at first but knew we were going to do some shopping after at Trader Joe's so we parked closer to Trader Joe's. We were early so we walked around the little shopping center. It is a cute little shopping center with lots of shops. This location is all the way in the corner to the left. If you do not look for it, you might not see it. When we walked in, there were some products on the side and a cute little front reception area with two chairs. The receptionist was so sweet, I wish I remembered her name. She gave us some intake forms that asked a few questions about allergies and skin issues. Our appointments were at 11 and we were there around 1045. I was called pretty much right on time. The back area is cute, there are three chairs and old timey barber shop chairs. They have music playing with today's hits. The one chair has a beautiful view of the lake, but I did not get that chair. There were some hooks to hang your purses and such. She went over the form and asked about my skin. She then looked at my skin and recommended the brightening treatment with lemon. That was find by me. The facial itself was only 30 minutes. It includes washing your face, scrub with facial massage, toner, face mask with ice cube roller massage and then oil with another facial massage. The massage is literally the best part! It feels so good, it gets the blood circulating. I had the lemon brightening treatments so everything she used has lemon in it. It smelled so good and so fresh. Our checkout process was really easy and don't forget to tip your facilaist. We also were going to be very good and not buy anything, but it escaped us, and we ended up taking advantage of their sale and purchased a toner and the scrub. My only complaint is that there is not much sense of privacy. It is not what I am used to when I get a facial. I could hear people coming and going, walking right past me, I also had a "Chatty Cathy" in the chair around the corner, that talked the entire time. I heard her whole conversation as if I was in the conversation. And honestly, I think her facial person wanted her to relax, I did not hear her voice, just the customers voice. When you get a facial, you want to relax, and it was very hard for me to relax. I honestly felt exposed and really did not like the non-privacy. All in all, this is a cute place for a facial! I have never gotten a facial before and WOW! I loved this facial. When I first walked in, I was greeted warmly and taken early to the back by Sarah. Sarah was great and she looked at my skin and gave me suggestions regarding my redness and dry skin. I also ordered an oxygen facial on top of the Yelp one and I really liked that. I think that she spent a good amount of time on my face and made sure that the products soaked in. At the end, I wasn't pushed to buy any products and they were not pushy at all for me to sign up for a package or future facial. I am a facial newbie but I had such an amazing experience at CYDF! Upon entering I was greeting and checked in, and as I was quite early I had some time to check out their products. At my designated appointment time I was greeted by my skin expert Sarah who was so kind and knowledgeable. She advised me my skin was on the drier side and we agreed the Glow facial was the best option for me. The chair was rather comfortable and leaned back enough that I wasn't sat awkwardly. I do admit similar to other reviewers it does feel a bit dentist-y but no complaints here. We started with a steamer and the followed by a few products including a cleanser and facial scrub. She ended the facial with an oil and advised it was more hydrating than a traditional moisturizer and recommended I incorporate it daily into my regular routine. My favorite part of the facial was the ice rollers and the eye mask. The eye mask was an up charge but I felt it was worth it, although I admit I'm a sucker for them anyway. Since it is in the Trader Joe's plaza, parking is a pain but plan to arrive early enough for that. Although it's not quite convenient for me, I opted out of monthly membership, but I will be back for another facial!! So I love a good facial and was excited to try this place out as it was complimentary. First of all the location is in the ever so busy Trader Joe's plaza where it is very difficult to find parking and you're constantly searching for someone leaving. Also, this place is hidden at the very end of the plaza so try looking for parking there first. My appointment was on Saturday at noon which is a busy time. I walked in and the place smelled nice. The receptionist was checking someone out and I waited to be greeted. After he left I was greeted and checked in. I filled out a questionnaire and my esthetician was ready for me. She took me back and I saw 3 chairs in a small area. No private area and the chairs are an example of chair at a dentist or optometry/ophthalmology office. She went over my questionnaire, shined a bright light on my face and gave me her recommendations and of course discussed the charge treatments. The facial is very basic, basically your routine you do at home and I wanted extractions so I did the virgin bundle for $45 as one add on was $30. The bundle in my opinion should be part of the facial already. She started off with steam which was very light and then the next steps. This is a bright environment and not a relaxing one as being in a dim environment with calming music. The entire facial was 30 minutes. The extractions were done by an ultrasonic tool. After the oil I had to ask for SPF to be used which should have been automatic. Also, lip hydration isn't included. The products at the end are promoted and they cost $58 and are heavily perfumed. While it seems like a great concept, it's not a place I would be going again. When I do go a for a facial I want a spa like experience and would pay a little extra. For $25-$35 this place is okay, but the price shouldn't be anymore. Their membership for one facial a month is $55 and for a little more you can find a true spa. read more

Even though we started 6 mins after my appt was suppose to start, she stayed true to 30 mins as if she started on time. I was expecting it to be pushed back an extra 6 mins to make up for the 6 mins that was lost. I guess that's ok. Every step of the way, Kylie told me what the product was and what it suppose to do. It was nice. Not your typical spot for a facial. Music is pretty loud. Which makes for the skin boss and client to converse a little louder which can be distracting. It can be hard to concentrate and relax if you here people in another chair laughing and giggling loudly. But that's their ambiance they're going for. Definitely nice and tidy. Clean. This was a really fun experience! I came with Yelp Elite and was excited to have a quick service (and inexpensive) facial option. I tend to get facials at spas but they are much more expensive and I only go once a year or so. This is much more affordable, less of an effort and a more hip spot. The upbeat music was great! Val was exceptional. Super friendly, great conversationalist and does a killer neck massage. I loved the inexpensive add ons and low pressure atmosphere. This is more of an open setting overlooking the lake like a standard manicure place (with only a few people at once) which I didn't mind but don't expect a separate room. I received an email for my appointment and reminder texts. Upon entering, I was greeted with a warm welcome and Taylor Swift's new album playing throughout. The vibe is trendy and relaxed. The inside is bright white, modern and sleek. To the right is a wall of their products that are used in your facial. Products are packaged in bright colors and cool packaging. They ask you to fill out a questionnaire to let them know what type skin you have, your skin concerns and your usual skin regimen. The focus is on a basic 30 min facial ($50). They have additional add-ins (for added charge) that you can also choose. You are taken to a room that has 3 white chairs with an esthetician for each. My appointment was with Val. She was super sweet! First, she wrapped my hair back and used steam to open my pores. Then she used products to cleanse & exfoliate my face, applied a mask, wiped off with a warm moist towel, applied Goddess toner and ended with a moisturizer. After applying the moisturizer, she performed a 5 point acupressure face massage. That part was super relaxing and worth the price of the facial itself! First and foremost, I am a wellness girly at heart so finding a place that specifically caters only to facials had my attention form the start! I have never been to a beauty spa that offers an unlimited facials membership before like Clean Your Dirty Face. So seeing that I was stoked to find a place that would allow me to get weekly consistent facials for a decently reasonable price that I pay on a monthly basis (I pay 100 a month, but the membership price has raised since to 110 a month I believe). I would like to note that you can get a single facials as well but the unlimited seems to be the best value. Another note to add is that with the unlimited facial package you get free extractions every facials (valued at 10 dollars) with your package which I think is a lovely add on. The service is amazing and the estheticians consult you before your facial to ask what your skin care goal is and what you hope to get out of the service (i.e. hydration or nourishment focused). The only con I will add is that parking can be quite difficult so make sure to provide ample time (about 5-10 minutes) to park as it is in the same plaza as the Trader Joe's and Shake Shack. read more

I liked that it was a new place and they had good products that were natural. Honestly, this was an odd duck for me. First, it sits back in a hole of the shopping center behind (but to the waaaay far left) of Trader Joe's. Not a good location for them, and it's not that obvious to find. Parking was ridiculous. If you are familiar with this parking lot, you know that there are too many business, and limited parking spaces. Secondly, the company touts that their facials are rooted in yoga, health, and wellness instead of beauty; so obviously I was expecting a relaxing facial where I would leave feeling refreshed, bright, and energized. It was anything but! The atmosphere had me feeling very impatient rather than relaxed. That said, if you're expecting a traditional spa atmosphere and facial, think again. This small, but brightly lit store front had several people ahead of me checking in and out with one person at the counter. It was a little cramped with limited seating. I waited as facial packages were being explained and sold during check in, and products were being purchased on the way out. Behind the partition that divided the front from the back area, where the "facials" happen, was one open and narrow room with uber high ceilings, and two facial stations. There was no privacy. It was a very cold and bright space, with loud music playing, which as you can imagine, travels in such a large open space. I felt like I was at a night club, not getting a facial, and I could barely hear the soft-spoken women cleaning my face. The music wasn't the only distracting noise. There was an obviously loud older woman who was in the waiting area when I arrived, who complained about her bad experiences at other "spas" when she lived in NY. Did I mention sound travels? This woman literally did not stop talking from the time I arrived, until the time I walked out the door. I wasn't sure why she was there. I thought maybe she was hanging out and they were uncomfortable asking her to leave. As it turned out, she was a customer, and they brought her back for service as I was getting up from the chair to leave. As I lay in the chair getting my face washed, the anxiety continued to build in me, as the club music played on, and the obnoxious woman refused to come up for air, I wanted to scream, "please turn down the music, and will someone ask this woman to be quit or leave!?" I couldn't wait for the entire experience to be over. In the end, after having the basic service, and being upsold on three additional add-ons, my face didn't feel any different than it does after my daily face routine at home. Having a skin care routine and getting facials often has been a trend for sometime now but I've always found it to be so expensive. Clean Your Dirty Face really changed that for me! I experienced my first ever facial here and it was amazing! Sarah was so friendly and gentle with everything. She did a great job educating me on what she was using and how I can use some of the products at home. The best part about it was that it was a 30 minute facial so it didn't take up much of my busy day plus it left my skin glow. After my facial I was sold and convinced I need more so I purchased a membership. Yep! That's right, they offer a $99 monthly membership with unlimited facials. I've already been back for a second one since my first appointment. It's so worth it! read more

A unique facial experience for someone who is looking for a quick facial, but still cares for their skin!! I was unsure what I was walking into, but was very intrigued by the situation! There are 2 esthetician chairs that have a loaded schedule every 30 min! You fill out a form and are able to add any enhancements although the 30 min slot is still allotted! Don't expect to be very relaxed with calming music and a change of clothes! The beats were going and you were just taken care of in the chair! Overall it was a cool experience that also has a membership option! If I was in a pinch to grab a facial. I will surely be back! Enjoy the fun! read more

3 1/2 stars :) Parking was pretty limited and hard to find. I didn't realize they were located in the back left corner across from Trader Joe's until I walked around trying to find it lol There were a few people in the front talking so it was a little bit crowded as there was only one waiting seat and limited spacing. I checked in with the front desk and she gave me a form to fill. Felt very generic and boring? No music, no vibes. I filled out my form and Sarah came out to meet me. She was so sweet and she actually conversed with me, so I felt appreciated and cared for from her. We even connected as students from the same alumni! She took the time to tell me what products she was using, and how it helped my skin and she even had her coworker help me record some videos for my Tik Tok! We finished and she recommended some products but it felt kinda pressured. All in all, I don't think the vibe is for me. It is a quick in and out facial bar and they also offer a first time facial of $25 but it wasn't anything I couldn't do myself at home. (Other than the face massage which felt soooo good!) I was very fortunate to be able to be try a facial through Yelp Elite and I'm so thankful I got the opportunity! This was my first facial and I absolutely loved it! My skin is so refreshed and amazingly soft! From the moment I walked through the door, the entire staff was extremely kind and welcoming. I felt as if I understood everything going on because of how well it was explained throughout the entire process. I worked with was Val, and she was so wonderful and professional. I love that this was only a short 30 minute experience as well. It didn't feel too long, but was a nice time to be able to relax. You could make your appointment online, and they had multiple different times available throughout the entire week! The services were priced very fairly as well. I'm looking forward to coming back again, and would highly recommend others to give it a try! Just make sure you get there early as parking can be a bit tricky in that plaza. read more

This was my first time coming to Clean Your Dirty Face. I never get facials, but I decided to give it a try. Upon arrival I checked in at the front and filled out the intake form. I liked that the line of questioning was thorough. In the lobby they have all of there products on display. AntiAging, Acne-prone, and brightening. My skin boss was Kylie, and she was without question wonderful. I liked how she was able to give me recommendations on which product to use, based off of our discussion on my day to day skin routine. Kylie is definitely a master of her craft. I was sad that it was only a 30 minute session. I could've stayed another 30 minutes at minimum. I think the best part of the session was the ice rollers. loved the view of the lake when I sat down in the chair. I sort of instantly went into a zen mode. I don't see the purpose of this facial spot. It's located in the Trader Joe's parking lot, so there is never parking available. I circled 4 times, called them thrice to no answer, and they didn't have a voicemail set up. Finally after 10 minutes into my appointment they called me asking if I was planning on coming. They had to move a sign & have me park on the sidewalk. The receptionist was very cold & simply instructed me to sign a waiver. The most shocking was the space itself -- it's one room. I get facials regularly around Orlando & while traveling. It's meant to be a relaxing experience. Never have a been asked to stay in my street clothes (which got product on it), sit in a dentist chair next to others, & sit in front of a window for spectators to view. I was so uncomfortable & it was so loud. No music was playing, just the echoing chatter of everyone. The facialist kept leaving to clean her instruments which took up a lot of the facial time because there's only 1 sink far away from the dentist chairs. Unfortunately the facial wasn't good either. It was a quick facial which this place prides in but because of that she just ran through the steps so fast. The instruments kept banging together on my face, it was so aggressive. The products didn't have time to absorb into my skin either, so I had very bad pilling walking out of there. I was so embarrassed to show my red face afterwards. I told them of my skin issues which they clearly disregarded because they use the same products on everyone apparently. It took 2 weeks for my breakouts to heal after this session. read more
