This was my first facial ever and Sarah was super helpful and suggested which facial worked best for my face. After I left I was literally GLOWING. I have to come back! This location does share a parking lot with Trader Joe's and a few other places so I suggest getting there 10 minutes before your appointment so you don't run late and are able to find parking. So I love a good facial and was excited to try this place out as it was complimentary. First of all the location is in the ever so busy Trader Joe's plaza where it is very difficult to find parking and you're constantly searching for someone leaving. Also, this place is hidden at the very end of the plaza so try looking for parking there first. My appointment was on Saturday at noon which is a busy time. I walked in and the place smelled nice. The receptionist was checking someone out and I waited to be greeted. After he left I was greeted and checked in. I filled out a questionnaire and my esthetician was ready for me. She took me back and I saw 3 chairs in a small area. No private area and the chairs are an example of chair at a dentist or optometry/ophthalmology office. She went over my questionnaire, shined a bright light on my face and gave me her recommendations and of course discussed the charge treatments. The facial is very basic, basically your routine you do at home and I wanted extractions so I did the virgin bundle for $45 as one add on was $30. The bundle in my opinion should be part of the facial already. She started off with steam which was very light and then the next steps. This is a bright environment and not a relaxing one as being in a dim environment with calming music. The entire facial was 30 minutes. The extractions were done by an ultrasonic tool. After the oil I had to ask for SPF to be used which should have been automatic. Also, lip hydration isn't included. The products at the end are promoted and they cost $58 and are heavily perfumed. While it seems like a great concept, it's not a place I would be going again. When I do go a for a facial I want a spa like experience and would pay a little extra. For $25-$35 this place is okay, but the price shouldn't be anymore. Their membership for one facial a month is $55 and for a little more you can find a true spa. read more

It is in a plaza that has a Trader Joe's and a bunch of other shops. So parking is tight. My skin boss was Kylie. She's absolutely so sweet. We went through a little bit of my skin type is. Even though we started 6 mins after my appt was suppose to start, she stayed true to 30 mins as if she started on time. I was expecting it to be pushed back an extra 6 mins to make up for the 6 mins that was lost. I guess that's ok. Every step of the way, Kylie told me what the product was and what it suppose to do. It was nice. Not your typical spot for a facial. Music is pretty loud. Which makes for the skin boss and client to converse a little louder which can be distracting. It can be hard to concentrate and relax if you here people in another chair laughing and giggling loudly. But that's their ambiance they're going for. Definitely nice and tidy. Clean. This was a really fun experience! I came with Yelp Elite and was excited to have a quick service (and inexpensive) facial option. I tend to get facials at spas but they are much more expensive and I only go once a year or so. This is much more affordable, less of an effort and a more hip spot. The upbeat music was great! Val was exceptional. Super friendly, great conversationalist and does a killer neck massage. I loved the inexpensive add ons and low pressure atmosphere. This is more of an open setting overlooking the lake like a standard manicure place (with only a few people at once) which I didn't mind but don't expect a separate room. Everything is bright and fun and they have great music playing as opposed to the more dull and quiet facial places. The employees were fabulous, very friendly and knowledgeable. My "skin boss" Kylie told me what she was doing every step of the way and why. She also made 30 minutes really work in my favor. I admit I was quite skeptical of how much they could do in a short amount of time but I was definitely glowing! First and foremost, I am a wellness girly at heart so finding a place that specifically caters only to facials had my attention form the start! I have never been to a beauty spa that offers an unlimited facials membership before like Clean Your Dirty Face. So seeing that I was stoked to find a place that would allow me to get weekly consistent facials for a decently reasonable price that I pay on a monthly basis (I pay 100 a month, but the membership price has raised since to 110 a month I believe). I would like to note that you can get a single facials as well but the unlimited seems to be the best value. Another note to add is that with the unlimited facial package you get free extractions every facials (valued at 10 dollars) with your package which I think is a lovely add on. The service is amazing and the estheticians consult you before your facial to ask what your skin care goal is and what you hope to get out of the service (i.e. hydration or nourishment focused). The only con I will add is that parking can be quite difficult so make sure to provide ample time (about 5-10 minutes) to park as it is in the same plaza as the Trader Joe's and Shake Shack. read more

The inside is bright white, modern and sleek. To the right is a wall of their products that are used in your facial. Products are packaged in bright colors and cool packaging. They ask you to fill out a questionnaire to let them know what type skin you have, your skin concerns and your usual skin regimen. The focus is on a basic 30 min facial ($50). They have additional add-ins (for added charge) that you can also choose. You are taken to a room that has 3 white chairs with an esthetician for each. My appointment was with Val. She was super sweet! First, she wrapped my hair back and used steam to open my pores. Then she used products to cleanse & exfoliate my face, applied a mask, wiped off with a warm moist towel, applied Goddess toner and ended with a moisturizer. After applying the moisturizer, she performed a 5 point acupressure face massage. That part was super relaxing and worth the price of the facial itself! I like they get right to the point at the same time, educating you each step of the way. After the facial, you are walked back to the front. You are offered to buy any of the products used during your facial. That is helpful if you enjoyed the products, would like to continue to use at home or if you need a skin routine. I have never had a facial done and conveniently this new place came up while browsing Instagram. I got curious and decided to see what was about. I liked that it was a new place and they had good products that were natural. I have a nut allergy and once I told them about it, they were able to use adequate products to fit my allergy, a nice workaround. The place is inside the Trader Joe's plaza and it is gorgeous! The decor, feel, set up and lake view while you get you facial done is a definite plus! Hannah was super nice, welcoming and will explain the process to you and what to expect. I arrived a bit early and filled out the form that would be used by Laura (facial expert). Laura was nice, friendly, attentive, explained the steps as we moved through the facial (it was my first time, so that sure is appreciated) and made sure I was comfortable and enjoying the process. My first facial experience was awesome! I felt pampered, relaxed and with gorgeous skin once we were finished. This was my very first time getting a facial. I haven't had the nerve to do one because of how sensitive my skin is. I have eczema as well. The place is super sleek and clean. The receptionist was so friendly and had everything ready for my check in. Stephanie was my skin goddess for the day. She was very gentle and almost put me to sleep. Although the service was free because it was a Yelp Elite event I did add on a service. I added on the service for black head removal. It was a little painful but the results are great. My nose and chin look amazing! I left relaxed and my face felt smooth like a babies bottom. Stephanie used the sensitive skin options on me. So far no reactions (3 hours later). Honestly, this was an odd duck for me. First, it sits back in a hole of the shopping center behind (but to the waaaay far left) of Trader Joe's. Not a good location for them, and it's not that obvious to find. Parking was ridiculous. If you are familiar with this parking lot, you know that there are too many business, and limited parking spaces. Secondly, the company touts that their facials are rooted in yoga, health, and wellness instead of beauty; so obviously I was expecting a relaxing facial where I would leave feeling refreshed, bright, and energized. It was anything but! The atmosphere had me feeling very impatient rather than relaxed. That said, if you're expecting a traditional spa atmosphere and facial, think again. This small, but brightly lit store front had several people ahead of me checking in and out with one person at the counter. It was a little cramped with limited seating. I waited as facial packages were being explained and sold during check in, and products were being purchased on the way out. Behind the partition that divided the front from the back area, where the "facials" happen, was one open and narrow room with uber high ceilings, and two facial stations. There was no privacy. It was a very cold and bright space, with loud music playing, which as you can imagine, travels in such a large open space. I felt like I was at a night club, not getting a facial, and I could barely hear the soft-spoken women cleaning my face. The music wasn't the only distracting noise. There was an obviously loud older woman who was in the waiting area when I arrived, who complained about her bad experiences at other "spas" when she lived in NY. Did I mention sound travels? This woman literally did not stop talking from the time I arrived, until the time I walked out the door. I wasn't sure why she was there. I thought maybe she was hanging out and they were uncomfortable asking her to leave. As it turned out, she was a customer, and they brought her back for service as I was getting up from the chair to leave. As I lay in the chair getting my face washed, the anxiety continued to build in me, as the club music played on, and the obnoxious woman refused to come up for air, I wanted to scream, "please turn down the music, and will someone ask this woman to be quit or leave!?" I couldn't wait for the entire experience to be over. In the end, after having the basic service, and being upsold on three additional add-ons, my face didn't feel any different than it does after my daily face routine at home. I circled 4 times, called them thrice to no answer, and they didn't have a voicemail set up. Finally after 10 minutes into my appointment they called me asking if I was planning on coming. They had to move a sign & have me park on the sidewalk. The receptionist was very cold & simply instructed me to sign a waiver. The most shocking was the space itself -- it's one room. I get facials regularly around Orlando & while traveling. It's meant to be a relaxing experience. Never have a been asked to stay in my street clothes (which got product on it), sit in a dentist chair next to others, & sit in front of a window for spectators to view. I was so uncomfortable & it was so loud. No music was playing, just the echoing chatter of everyone. The facialist kept leaving to clean her instruments which took up a lot of the facial time because there's only 1 sink far away from the dentist chairs. Unfortunately the facial wasn't good either. It was a quick facial which this place prides in but because of that she just ran through the steps so fast. The instruments kept banging together on my face, it was so aggressive. The products didn't have time to absorb into my skin either, so I had very bad pilling walking out of there. I was so embarrassed to show my red face afterwards. This was my first time coming to Clean Your Dirty Face. I never get facials, but I decided to give it a try. Upon arrival I checked in at the front and filled out the intake form. I liked that the line of questioning was thorough. In the lobby they have all of there products on display. AntiAging, Acne-prone, and brightening. My skin boss was Kylie, and she was without question wonderful. I liked how she was able to give me recommendations on which product to use, based off of our discussion on my day to day skin routine. Kylie is definitely a master of her craft. I was sad that it was only a 30 minute session. I could've stayed another 30 minutes at minimum. Thank you to Yelp and Clean Your Dirty Face for my amazing thirty-minute facial! I decided to add on a shoulder and neck massage (just $10 more). I also purchased a Goddess toner. The entire experience at Clean Your Dirty Face was exceptional from start to finish. They have an excellent appointment system that sends you a confirmatory and reminder text, which is super helpful. The salon is composed of three chairs in one room but they are not facing each other. There are bright yellow colors and upbeat music. My aesthetician did an incredible job and used cleaners, toners, and masks that smelled so amazing. My favorite part of the facial was when she took two chilled glass bottles and massaged my face with them. So refreshing when it is 95 degrees outside. This is a perfect place to take a couple of girlfriends to get facials together on the weekend, or to have a bachelorette or bridal shower. Katie was amazing. They start you off with doing a skin profile which goes over your problematic areas of your face and what you would like them to work on. From there you can write some notes on what you like. Katie was very helpful and walked me through each product and what the product helps with when giving my facial. I was so relaxed the entire time. It's great for men because they don't skip your beard and you get the full face experience. A lot of nice warm hot towels, and my favorite part is the ice spheres they put over your face to soothe your face muscles. Katie even gave me a wonderful face massage that was well needed. The price for a normal 30 min facial is $70, and you can add enhancements. All their products they use are for sale up front. If you're paying with card they don't do Apple Pay so be sure to have a psychical card or the numbers for your card to give to them. I wanted to try this spot out for this reason, along with the discount on your first facial. My tech Laura was amazing, and my skin looked great, but overall, I feel like the more traditional facial experience is for me, as it's more relaxing to me. My husband came with and we both agreed that extractions were minimal and we wish we had more time spent on that especially since it is an add-on. I've had a couple facials before at other places and I've never really enjoyed my experience. But I was intrigued by the 30 minute facial and gave it a shot. The atmosphere at this place is very minimalist and calming. The facial gave me the results I was looking for (reduced look of pore size/pore congestion) and was literally only 30 minutes! Wasn't very welcoming upon entry. Love the vibe though, it was very bright and spacious. Val (I believe is her name) was very nice. I appreciated her listening to my concerns/needs. She let me know everything she was applying to my face. If you want a quick facial (in and out) this is the place. Definitely wasn't the typical spa type experience. She definitely got the job done. What a lovely treat for yourself. You cannot beat the price ($50) for a facial that would cost at least twice as much somewhere else. You can do add ons like extractions, oxygen treatment and more but the basic facial was excellent. Kayli was my esthetician and walked me through each step. What an amazing experience! I was so happy to receive a complementary 30 minute facial (my first facial ever!). As soon as I entered I was greeted by the owner Hannah and immediately and taken care of right away. Laura whisked me away to the back where my facial chair was facing a beautiful lake (what great scenery!). She asked me a few questions about my skin and then examined it for me and placed her recommendations. I added on the lip plumper ($10) and pumpkin peel ($20) because I was in the fall mood and anything pumpkin was a yes for me. The facial went by so fast because I was having the best time chatting it up with Laura! She kept checking in on me to make sure she was not applying too much pressure, the products weren't irritating me and the steam wasn't too hot. Laura was super informative and let me know step by step what she was doing and boy their products smell sooooo good. As soon as the facial was over I booked two more with Laura and will be seeing her every two weeks! I also purchased the dancer face oil (I don't own any face oils and really wanted to try one). I am not fond of oils but this did not leave my face looking extremely greasy but instead healthy and hydrated, highly recommend! Can't wait to see Laura in two weeks!
