We love Cleaner One! They have been cleaning our couch, tile and carpets for a few years now. They can clean up pretty much anything from coffee stains to dog urine. Yes, I know I need new carpet. It has been one year since my carpets have been cleaned. I have two dogs and the older one is losing it in more ways than one. He is little, so I don't notice things until it's too late. So the time came to call a cleaning service. I first checked Groupon. Lots of great deals! But so many poor reviews. And I have stairs. That's a game changer apparently. Just as I hate to vacuum then, I guess they hate to clean them. So no Groupon would cover stairs in the coupon. So I decided to look elsewhere. I found Cleaner One. Scheduled my appt. First off, my mistake was I thought they were coming the next day. So as I am in my jammies getting my coffee, the doorbell rings. It's Cleaner One, and I am not prepared. But I open the door and Sean is there knowing I'm not ready. He graciously says that he can come back another day, or he can give me time to prepare. I kicked ass for 20 minutes, and he was ready to work. He also cleaned the tile in my entry and two area rugs that I thought were goners. Everything looks fantastic!!! And he also gave me some extra product for pet urine control. It took him about 2 hours total. My place looks better than when I moved in the first time. Paul is highly knowledgeable about carpet and stone work and simply put: he knows what he's talking about. Paul recently repaired some damaged carpet in my house and the price was much less than I expected. Shawn is always professional on time and quick. I bought a house with a brown marble bathroom. The marble in the shower was quite damaged and had turned white in some areas from use of improper harsh cleaner and soap residue. The owner, Paul, surveyed the damage and gave me a few options. He explained in detail exactly what each option included. His technician did an OUTSTANDING job of restoring the brown marble at a very reasonable price. His technician was on time, professional, neat and courteous. We couldn't be more pleased! We have just installed new, unsealed, dull 18x18 travertine adjacent to 13-year-old travertine. Nothing matched and we were dubious that the transition would ever look right. The older tiles were dingy and the grout was very dirty. The owner, Paul, and his crew cleaned, buffed, sealed, filled holes, etc., until our new and old tiles look like they are both brand new. Our floors look like the Venetian in Las Vegas. They arrived when they said they would, were exceptionally focused and professional. Sean did an amazing job cleaning the tiles and grout in my entry way, kitchen, family room and 2 bathrooms. Granted the job took a bit longer than anticipated, the reason being Sean was actually on his hands and knees scrubbing the floor where his equipment couldn't reach to remove residue from using years. and years of floor polish that I should not have used. Today I had my walk in shower cleaned. It is all limestone and was looking pretty bad- scummy and full of etch marks from my using the wrong cleaners. I called Cleaner One for a bid and knew right away that they were going to do the job. If for no other reason it would be for their knowledge, their professionalism, their promptness, their concern-- I can go on and on but one thing is for sure- They did not let me down. My shower looks like a glass mirror. It looks sooo beautiful. I cannot say enough nice things about Alex and Shawn.
