He then asked me to remove the mention of a refund from my review because other people might try to take advantage, and to please take down the photos because it's hard to run a small business. Though he acknowledged "I know it's too much to ask," it's totally inappropriate. I told him that it's unethical and against Yelp's terms of service to ask a customer to remove factual information from a review, and that it's not my responsibility to manage his company's reputation or what other people might do based on an honest review. Our experience was an 11 out of 10! They did an amazing job on our house and we couldn't be happier. The difference is in the details. The previously neglected areas of our house was left sparkling. We've had our house cleaned around eight (8) different times (before CleaningDash cleaned our house today), and we have been unhappy every single time. We have a large house (for Chicago) and every cleaning company seems to have disclaimers about how to prep one's house ahead of the cleaning. CleaningDash did have similar disclaimers, but at the end of the cleaning the disclaimers did not matter. Our house is now cleaner than it has ever been. At one point in the past, we even paid for two (2) cleaners to double-team our house, and their work product was disappointing compared to CleaningDash. Our cleaning service worked tirelessly to make sure our house was as clean as possible. CleaningDash's cleaning service was so far beyond every other cleaning service we have hired in the past, I know we won't be able to go to another cleaning service after this exception experience- it would be a waste of our time, and a waste of our energy. We are so happy with the service we received from CleaningDash, I don't even know what to say other than we will be a repeat customer, and I will share the company's information with other people in hopes of driving more business to CleaningDash! I have used CleaningDash twice now and both times they have done a very good and thorough job. I have been very pleased with their service and I plan to continue to use CleaningDash for my 2BR/1BA apartment. There was an issue where the cleaner scheduled had to cancel because of a personal emergency, but CleaningDash worked with me to get someone in as soon as possible and gave me a $25 refund for the inconvenience. Their prices are comparable to the area and other cleaning services. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest them to those looking for a cleaning service. I was torn between 4 and 5 stars. Overpriced and a bad experience in Rogers Park. (see updated info below) I couldn't believe the service I received given all the great reviews they had on here! While the customer service was great via quick email responses, the cleaning was just plain BAD! Had to call them back a second time for a free 're-clean', and even then I had to go finish properly cleaning the unit. After their second clean I found dirt on the backsplashes, top of the refrigerator, microwave, etc. No attention to detail and for the price the cleaner even told me "I finished 45 minutes early" when I had paid for the "Basic Plus" package. And to top it off, the person who called me to clean the unit bothered me several times with "I can't find parking", asking me where to park! When paying this sort of price for a job where they should be used to working in the city and walking/Ubering to a job!! I shouldn't have to spend my valuable time on the phone dealing with that! ***UPDATE: Andrew from CleaningDash reached out and was very apologetic for the experience I had. I found CleaningDash on Yelp yesterday, and they were able to come out today for a Basic Plus cleaning. Our apartment is absolutely spotless! They have been extremely responsive over text - seriously, responding in less than two minutes! We are in an apartment building, and they locked both latches when they left - which I know is probably standard, but I appreciated that they really considered every detail even after they left the apartment. My bed is in an awkward corner so I told them not to worry about it, but I still came home to a freshly made bed and the clothes I had around it neatly folded. I'm so happy with their service and prices I'm even thinking of gifting cleanings to my friends for Christmas. Thank you CleaningDash!!!! read more

I'm going to preface with we've been searching for years for a cleaning service which meets our quality standards as we're very picky. We've scheduled approximately 7-8 companies (all have had 4-5 star ratings) over the last two years with no success with finding the ideal company when evaluating price, quality work, reliability who is also a good communicator. FINALLY, we met our match! CleaningDash met and exceeded all of our standards. She showed up promptly at the time we scheduled the cleaning. She was very detailed and thorough with her cleaning which we LOVED. Prior to leaving, she insisted we check every little area around the condo and provide feedback to her. Immediately after the cleaning, CleaningDash text'd me to inquire about the quality. I informed them that their employee who they sent to clean, went above and beyond what we expected. I also requested to lock us in for a bi-weekly cleaning and kindly asked to send the same employee every time as she was absolutely amazing. I'd recommend CleaningDash to anyone. They quality is A-1 and actually a bit cheaper than most of the competition out there. read more

Completely unreliable service! I scheduled a cleaning two full weeks in advance. I receive a text at 8pm the night before, confirming my appointments time the next day. The next morning, I received a cancellation email - they didn't even bother to call! If I hadn't checked my email, I would've been waiting around for this lousy company. UPDATE: CleaningDash reached out and worked with me to remediate the issue quickly. They communicate well over text and email. They truly value good customer service and work hard to provide quality. The cleaner was on time or early too. Tatyana was very good. looking forward to booking again. _______________________________ I'm shopping around for cleaning services so i can across CleaningDash. I like the website and it was easy to book a service. Fortunately, I was also able to book a service the same day. I received a text with an ETA of the cleaner who was also on time. The cleaner took her time but the quality of work just okay. It felt like more of a surface level cleaning and what was accessible which is fine in some cases. i kept asking her if she needed any supplies or if she had questions, to just ask me. She didn't ask anything which i hope she would have. Items missed to name a few: there was still dust/hair behind the doors, near the fridge and stove, shower watermarks was not completely scrubbed, nor was the kitchen sink. When she said she was done, i pointed out a few of these item so she did try to clean it after but there were some she said she can't do. At this point, she said she didn't have a broom, but she could have just asked, I had 2 in the closet which i handed to her to for final touches. this made me think her floor cleaning was subpar cuz she didnt ask for a broom in the 1st place and she swiftered what was in view. I'm not opposed to using CleaningDash in the future but not for a while and i just have to curb my expectations. read more

I had CleaningDash come for the first time this morning. I scheduled online last week - making an appointment was very easy and pricing was transparent - and got a reminder text yesterday and an hour before Dina arrived this morning. She did a great job on my house - even though my vacuum stopped working halfway through her visit! I received a text from management immediately after her visit asking how everything was (great) and whether there was anything they could have done better (no). This company is responsive and does great work at a fair price. I'm booking my next appointment today! read more

UPDATE: While I'm leaving the review the same because the cleaning didn't change, Andrew (the owner) reached out to me apologizing that the service wasn't what was promised and offered a free re-clean. I appreciate good customer service and they get 5 STARS for that. ------ Unfortunately I had a less than great experience using cleaningdash today. I was in desperate need of a house cleaning and the service I have used in the past was booked up, so I went with cleaning dash due to their great reviews. I wasn't home when our cleaner came, so I wasn't there to see how long she was there or what she did, but it was not worth the price. When I got home the house definitely looked cleaner and smelled clean which I was happy about, but as I started noticing the details I realized how surface level the cleaning was. When she cleaned our showers she didn't remove any of the shampoo/conditioner or rack hanging over the shower head - there was still old shampoo on the walls. There were also still water marks/stains on all the faucets. The floors weren't cleaned in the bathrooms. It looks like she kind of vacuumed the rest of the house but not behind any of the doors when they were open (where lint/hair goes). In the kitchen she wiped around everything on the counters not moving anything that was there. To be honest the list goes on. This was supposed to be the basic+ cleaning and I would say it was the superbasic- cleaning instead. Is my house cleaner than it was this morning? Yes. Did they do anything other than the bare minimum, no. I will not be using them again. read more

I recently moved to a new apartment and ordered this cleaning. I was very pleased with the prompt response from their service! I left my application and after 20 minutes I already agreed with Andrew all the nuances that were important to me. It was important for me that the cleaning ladies were very attentive to my belongings, because a lot of my belongings were on the floor and were not laid out on the shelves in the new apartment. There were a lot of memorable and dear things for me that I worried about and thought that they might be damaged or fall after cleaning. Not! everything was done by the cleaning lady superb! My rug, which is covered in wool from my cat, was perfectly cleaned! the cleaning lady arranged things on the floor neatly and carefully against the wall, and neatly organized the rest of the unfolded things on my sofas. I am more than satisfied with CleaningDash. I started with the deep clean, which I highly recommend. Absolutely nothing was missed. I came home to my house being cleaner than when I moved in. We have a 3 bed 2 bath condo and we got the first time discount which was great! I scheduled the cleaning for 9 AM on a Tuesday and no one was home. The cleaner had no issues getting in and arrived right on time. The entire process from the time I scheduled till once I got home I got updates via text along the way keeping me updated which was awesome. I read prior reviews which is why I picked this company but I never imagined the results would be as great as they were. This is the cleanest our condo has ever been.
