I also noticed that the towels being used looked dirty, which may explain some of the results. From the beginning, I clearly asked how much it would cost to have the car fully cleaned, inside and outside, and I was quoted $45. I understand that $45 is not a detailing price, and I was not expecting professional detailing. However, I did expect a proper basic car wash and interior cleaning. I would have gladly paid more if I had been told that a better-quality service would cost more. What disappointed me even more was the administrator's attitude. Instead of trying to understand my concerns or offer a solution, he became argumentative and defensive. I explained that I was not asking for detailing -- I was simply pointing out areas that had clearly not been cleaned properly. Unfortunately, he seemed more interested in arguing than resolving the issue. As for the person who actually washed my car, I don't want to blame him personally. He may simply be inexperienced and need more training. Overall, I would rate the actual service around 2.5 out of 5. Since Google doesn't allow half-star ratings, I'm leaving 2 stars. The price is fair, but the quality of the cleaning and especially the administrator's customer service need significant improvement.

You leave your car on and put it in neutral while the conveyor moves you through the wash. A few minutes later, my car came out shiny and clean, and another kind employee dried it off for me. They also have complimentary vacuum stations available if needed. Individual washes range from $8-$18, and they offer monthly plans ranging from $25-$55, which seems like an excellent deal if you wash your car regularly. After my car came through the wash, I was directed to the finishing area where an employee was supposed to apply the tire shine. Instead, the employee simply walked away and left. No explanation. How does a business not have someone available to cover when an employee leaves their station? If someone needs a break or their shift ends, that's understandable, but customers shouldn't be left sitting there with an unfinished service because no one is assigned to take over. There is a minimum charge of $7 and a maximum charge of $10, but I don't remember exactly how many minutes you get. You only get a maximum of 15 minutes in the space, so make sure you pull over or park on the street to towel dry your car if you run out of time.
