I saw the ad Groupon for this company and immediately thought it was to good to be true. The deal they were offering for a full detail was nuts yet I gave it a shot. I was expecting a half way job or something I could do myself and thinking they were using Groupon just to get "out" there. I also know how Yelp works and all the good reviews tend to never surface because of their "algorithm". I am a real person and I was so blown away by how my truck came out. My truck needed some work and they did an awesome awesome job. My wife thought I traded in the old one for a new one (that good). I am not sure who worked on my truck but from the ease of booking the appointment down to the nice office lady I met this company seems to really have the business in line. Though it looks like they are new going by my search they seem to have been in business for a while now. They have have valet drivers! A detailing company with Valet drivers?! DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS Joke of a business. Called every day multiple times, only to be ignored and greeted with a full mailbox and no opportunity to leave a message. I found a number from Groupon and Yelp, and thought I was so silly for having called the wrong number so many times, but come to find out this business just sucks! After calling two separate numbers with zero luck, I finally found the website and figured of course the number on the website will work - nope, disconnected. I went to the location since the manager doesn't know how to properly run an "appointment based" business, or telephones in general, and was having the hardest time locating them and ended up going home. This is such a waste - Don't go here, Don't buy their Groupon, and don't waste your time or money. Never been more frustrated with a business I've done so "little" business with. I just had my Volvo "cleansed" by this company yesterday. I will admit it was weird but the customer service was great. They have a drop site and then a worksite which works for me. I was able to leave my car with them and go do some work. I made them aware of what I was more concerned with and they got it done. I will have to say I was surprised from when it started since my appointment did not show. The Owner Kendall showed up and apologized doe the confusion and they did a full detail on my car instead of just the interior to make up for the confusion. My Volvo looks Vol..new. I noticed this company has 3 other reviews that are awesome! I would like to become the 4th one and boy are they awesome. Not only did they pick up my car but when it came back my car looked brand new. They were very professional and on time. I would refer them to anyone and though they are new they seems to have the right gameplan in action. Keep up the great work cleanse. It also looks likes they have a partnership with 7 hills so shame on the review that posted something negative. AMAZING is the only thing I can say about this company! My car came back cleaner than when I got it from the dealer. The owner Kendall was amazing as well. He returned my phone calls immediately and was very courteous. Brad who came to pick up and drop off my car and also did the detailing was GREAT! He was very polite and did a stunning job. Had a complete exterior/interior detailing today. Rav4 came back looking fantastic! I called before making an appointment to get information since this is a new business in town. Owner "Kendall" returned my call promptly and was very professional in answering all my questions. Young male shuttle driver was very courteous and gav eme a ride home in the am, and later in the day, they actually delivered my vehicle back to my house - super convenient and again it looked great inside and out. I had bought a groupon to try this place out. Glad I did! It was for two vehicles and they did a great job from the booking process to the actual detailing everything was smooth. Now I have two cars that look like I had just bought them thanks to Cleanse. I would consider myself picky when it comes to my cars and given what I paid for the groupon and the service I was shocked at what a great job.
