Our cleaners were punctual and quick, however there were some issues with the quality. I had requested a deep clean and wall cleaning when scheduling the appointment. I spoke on the phone to a representative to understand the difference between a deep clean and regular clean and they explained that a deep cleaning was much more thorough and took longer. The cost was $300 for my 1 bedroom apartment, which felt a little steep but I felt confident going into it that it would be thoroughly cleaned. The cleaners were in and out in 2 hours, and while the place looked great for a regular cleaning, it definitely didn't feel like a deep cleaning. There was dust on some surfaces, areas looked not vacuumed well, nothing was moved off the counter to clean under it... etc. Additionally, they did not clean the walls as requested. I was disappointed but decided not to say anything and just try a different cleaning company in the future. However, the company reached out to me about 2 days later asking if i was satisfied with the cleaning. I shared my concerns and they offered to send the same cleaners back to clean some of the missed walls at 1 PM that day, not addressing my concern that the place was not deep cleaned. I told them I would be at work 9-5 during the week, and waiting until the weekend for a cleaning would fall outside of their 3 day "happiness guarantee" timeline and therefore wouldn't be an option. After a little back and forth they ultimately refunded me 30% of the charge. read more

Amazing! I am blown away. I used another cleaning service last year and had such a horrible experience, I was a little nervous. Our place needed it badly, though. I booked a Deep Clean for my house. It's the first floor of an older duplex and I haven't felt like it was truly clean since we moved in a year ago. No matter how much I cleaned, the floors, windows, and especially the bathroom tile/tub just always seemed to never actually get quite clean. Enter Danielle. Wow. She and her team arrived at my house with all of their supplies in hand and got right to work. She was communicative throughout the process and they finished super quickly! I left so that I could get my dog out of their way. I returned home to what feels like a different place. From the moment I walked in, it felt and smelled fresh and clean - without any chemical / cleaning product smells. Everything is spotless and they organized any stray belongings along the way. They even found a pair of shoes I thought I had lost! The bathroom completely floored me. I didn't know our tub could actually be white but it is! As an added touch, they even folded the TP into perfect little bows. I could go on and on as I sit here and look around my calm, clean house. I tried calling a couple of cleaners for deep cleaning of the house i just bought. Initially i decided to go with Merry Maids though the quote was high assuming they are professional company. After touring my house they gave me an estimate & charged me for my booking & i was shocked to see the confirmation email that they did not include 1 bathroom out of my 2 & 1/2 baths & when i asked about this i was told they have to charge me more to include the bathroom for cleaning. I felt unprofessional & decided to find an other cleaners who can do a deep cleaning of the house including doors & Windows though i was unsure if i will be able to find the right cleaners as i was looking for very deep cleaning. I am happy i found the right cleaners & i can recommend Clean Zen. The company sent 2 people (wife & Husband) at 8 am in the morning & did an amazing job cleaning my full house including unfinished basement for 9 hrs & i was charged very reasonably. read more

Silvia recently deep-cleaned my apartment, and I could not be happier with the results!! From the outset, this was easy to book and extremely flexible with timing. I went to work and when I returned, the apartment looked better than I have ever seen it before (even when I first moved in!). We had a great experience using clean zen cleaning services. We have a rental town house which needed deep cleaning in between tenants on a short notice. Most services can't handle the last minute changes, the people at clean zen can handle it. The two cleaning ladies got through our 2100 Sq Ft home in under 4 hours. They did a wonderful job putting back the shine back into many of our kitchen appliances. We have tried alot of cleaning services in the area, since I am on the road alot, I needed a cleaning service that was independent and reliable We leave keys for them in the lockbox so they can clean and lock back up when they finish. The cleaning teams always do a great job when they finish, and are excellent at communicating. They text me when they finish cleaning and locking up the place. We were very hesitant to book a cleaning service based on poor experiences in the past (through other service providers) but based on the reviews for Cleanzen, we thought it was worth taking the chance. We were definitely correct - they made it incredibly easy to call up and get a quote based on exactly what we were looking for (house size, windows, fridge, etc.). Silvia reached out to me two days before the scheduled cleaning to make sure the timing was still okay for us, and offered to come later if we preferred. She arrived on time (and had texted me that morning too, to let me know her exact arrival time), and with all of the cleaning supplies. She spent about 5-6 hours in our apartment, and when we arrived home, it was SPOTLESS. I found this company on yelp, I'm so glad I did! Our apartment was in bad shape, we have not properly taken cared of it in months. So we decided to give Clean Zen a chance.: Claudeth was AWESOME. She was here longer then she needed to be, we only paid for the standard cleaning, but she was here way longer, and she showed us the 58 - point checklist she was working with. Claudeth went above and beyond cleaning our apartment, when she finished she showed us around, and made sure we were happy with every room before she left. After the cleaning, we got a follow up call to make sure everything went well, WOW they really care about us. Claudeth was friendly, professional, and the service was incredible. Researched on Yelp/online for a good cleaner because my friend referred me to MaidPro. I wasn't convinced after reading reviews and found that Clean Zen looked really positive and everyone seemed really happy. Right from booking the service online, Clean Zen didn't disappoint. Very easy to book online and set up a recurring schedule. In addition, I get great reminders on email and text, so don't have to worry on when my cleaner is coming. Antonia is wonderful. I had the pleasure of meeting her in person the first time - very friendly and professional. I'm planning to do a monthly service for my 1 BR, 1 BA apartment and she does a wonderful job across the apartment, but especially in the bathroom, which is the most important for me. I usually don't write a review. I've hire a couple cleaning services, from my past experiences most have been less then great. I decided to give clean zen a shot, we found them here on yelp. One of the main concerns was the yellowing of our bath tub. Non of the cleaning services before them were able to get rid of the yellowing stains of our bathtub. The cleaners told me that they had the strongest product for those stains and WOW did it get rid of the stains. I should have taken before and after pictures, I'm happy how it looks now. Not just the bathtub, but our home was properly cleaned. This was a move out for one of our tenants, so I wanted to make sure this home was ready for the next person. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for really good cleaning. read more

I flew into Boston to visit my son. After a long trip across the country I opened his door and I was shocked! Is this kid even related to me? I immediately grabbed my phone and started looking for cleaning crews. I read Cleanzen reviews on yelp and I knew this was the company for me. I booked them at 10:30 PM and the very next morning at 8 AM Antonia's crew came through my door with their mops in hand! I explain to them my son doesn't own a vacuum nor does he own Windex! They said not to worry they have everything they need. I thank them profusely, tipped them and left the apartment to start my day. When I came home several hours later it was like a new apartment!! I chose them based off of their Yelp reviews and they did non disappoint. I initially opted for a deep clean, including fridge. I was not home when they came, I scheduled it for when I was having surgery and was so happy to return to a spotless home. They were so good that I am now getting bi-weekly cleanings. Three things of note: (1)Their online reservation system makes things super easy with their prices posted very clearly as you make the appt. (2) My place is spotless but I can also find things! The few times I have had cleaning in the past I end up looking for where they put things. This has not been the case with Cleanzen team. My fiancé and I just moved to the area, and when we got to our apartment. We noticed it was absolutely filthy. There was dust everywhere, the floor was grimy and dustry. I spoke with Christine on the phone, and I explained to her my situation. She said she could someone the next day. We received a deep cleaning by Ayandra and her team & it was fantastic. Everything in the apartment was adjusted to clean as much of the floor as possible & the hard wood was shining when we got home. She even cleaned my aunt's copper teapot :) After the clean, Jane & I had a quick discussion re: the interior of the oven since they were unable to get the stains out of the glass & I did not notice the rest of the oven had been cleaned. Their customer service really is fantastic, offering a refund for the oven not being cleaned "to my satisfaction". Because of the effort made, I declined the refund but what a nice offer. At the last minute, Clean Zen bailed me out! They were able to send two very nice, strong and willing young women to help me -- on a Sunday morning! They used their green products and scrubbed the previously-uncleanable bathroom floor tiles until they shined; emptied and scrubbed the kitchen cabinets, and washed the previously-grimy kitchen floor. They gathered up all the trash and took it to the dumpster. They also pitched in and fitted a tight slipcover to the living room sofa, and flipped a heavy mattress in the bedroom -- all this in just one hour, which was all the time I had. I have now been using Cleanzen for over a year and could not be happier. Antonia and her crew come by once every two week and always do a fantastic job! A few times I had to change days or adjust the schedule (sometimes at the last min) and they make it super easy and accommodating. Also, I have 2 cats and their is hardly a cat hair in my place on the days they come! (plus the 2 cats are still there, always a plus!) Finally, Antonia has been amazing at finding things I lose (which is a lot, thanks to the cats that turn everything into their toys). I don't know what I would do without her. read more

Just had Joao's team come to the house today and WOW was I impressed! They came early, were super friendly (I am not that chipper at 8am and they were lovely) and had everything taken care of. Immediately went to work, scrubbed the entire house (where there are 2 working parents, 2 dogs and a toddler in the home) and finished within 4 hours! Everything was pristine and smelled wonderful. These guys have really good customer service and they are a really good house cleaning service. I called them last minute, but had to cancel because the movers were not ready, which is totally our fault. They were polite on the phone and did not charge me a cancellation fee. So i decided to give them a chance for our move out cleaning. They send out emails before and after the service to remind you and to follow up with you. The two cleaners that arrived to our house were very thorough and professional. They were a pleasure to work with and I would use them again in the future. read more
