We decided three years ago, to put an in ground pool in. Joe, the owner, actually came to the house, and sat in our kitchen, and explained absolutely everything to us about pools. He wasn't pushy or selling us more than we needed or wanted. He had very good explanations on all the equipment, and all the components that are involved with the maintenance of the pool. As my husband is away, it would be me doing all the work, and I have to say Joe was very kind, and very patient! Staff at the store know their stuff. I buy all my supplies there, and they never hesitate to answer any questions. I learned a lot, and we bought with confidence, and three years on, I am still grateful for the professionalism shown by all those involved with this business. Joe is a man of integrity, and he treats his customers with respect, as well as his staff. Clear Choice Pools is an amazing pool store. Joe installed our pool about 12 years ago and it still looks like the day it was installed. Clear Choice continues to service our pool to this day, providing excellent customer service and turn around time. We had a problem with our pump on a long weekend and Joe personally came to our house (on his day off), to rectify it. We couldn't ask for anything more. They are an extremely busy company during the summer months and I can understand that unless it's an emergency, you may have to wait a bit longer at times for service which is to be expected. The staff are informative and knowledgeable and we are always greeted with a smile. Whenever we get the water tested at the store it is always stocked with supplies and everything we need. Without any hesitation, we would recommend Joe and his pool store to our friends and family. He is a local guy who supports his community. read more

I inherited a pool when I bought a house, and had Clear Choice come out to help me get it ready for the summer. Turned out they installed it 20 years previous, but the last owners of the house had done all the pool maintenance themselves. The pool is absolutely gorgeous. Clear Choice were knowledgeable, friendly and gave us brilliant service. Since then we have purchased a number of enhancements; for example we converted to a salt pool and got an automatic vacuum. They were there the next day, had it installed, up and running. Any questions I have they do not hesitate to help me with. I also bought a hot tub from them. In part because I trust Joe, the owner, could advise me on the best way to do it on my property. I had a pool when I lived in the city and have had several companies over the years maintain it. Worst customer service experience ever. Joe, the owner of this business was happy to make promises and take our deposit. He ignored our phone calls and email messages, and avoided answering them or providing any information. The summer pool season was half over by the time he finally came and installed our pool liner. Once he did, he left the job unfinished and never returned to complete job or install the promised fittings and equipment. Avoid this company at all costs. Clear Choice Pool & Spa Centre is AWESOME!! they just installed an onground pool for us this summer and I can't say enough good about Joe Hashem and his customer service. Joe was hands on during the whole installation and even worked on a Sunday to get the job done. if a hot tub is going to stop working it sure to be the Friday before Christmas. i left a message for clear choice they called me back right away. Mac was amazing he stopped by on his way home ( we were out of the way). brought a new pump just in case. and fixed our issue in 30 minutes. we are so thankful for the quick and great service. we where so afraid of it freezing over the Christmas shut downs. We've been using Clear Choice since they opened. We have consistently had great service for our pool and hot tub. I still remember Joe coming over Christmas Eve Day (December 24) to replace the heating coil on the hot tub when it died after refilling. Don't know what the $$$$ is based on. The prices have always been competitive. read more
