Received a failed inspection due to front tires needing to be changed (low tread) although their free inspection print out stated they were fine. Bought new tires and went back within the 15 day window to not repay for another inspection. They tried telling me I was past that date but when asked to have my paperwork returned they said nevermind. Jiffy Lube seriously needs to do better and have your free point inspection with oil changes reflect what really needs to be addressed. Also, just get a whole new state inspection staff!
