Two days after the installation was finished we had a hard rain and I noticed the downspout was no longer connected to the gutter. I called my local contact who told me to send him a picture and he'd put in a work order. I did that and nothing happened. I sent another picture with all information needed and still got nothing. Finally I called the company directly. I was told the project manager was on another line but would give her an urgent message to call me back. That was two days ago.

I tried to cancel contract 2 wks after signing bc I found they used subcontractors, sent letter for refund...that was b4 discovering they lied about the damaged wood frames. June 18, they arrived at my door, ring camera recorded them, didn't answer. Within minutes received a call from Allison Smith, don't know what she said, couldn't get any sense out of it. Asked question, just went on and on. I believe was Al voice. I hung up. All I can say, Elderly Financial abuse by Allison Smith,and DABELLA CO. paid her $4100 for nothing, no pix, not even an installer to measure. Will be flowing up with appropriate agencies. 0 star rating.

First they crazy-overcharged for a tiny deck that needed a decent waterproofing seal. They said only his most expensive product would do the job. Then they left it half done and very sloppy. I was asked to remove that negative review when they came out to "fix it". Well they did NOT fix it. And once the rains started we accrued significant damage and cost to both the outside and the inside of our home including mold damage and total inside ceiling needing repair now (Pix included). The owner told us yesterday in person that they would fix it. Now today he writes saying that he won't. Sadly this is just really bad business and very costly mistakes on their part that is left for us to pick up their improper work. I warn anyone to look around for other options and businesses before moving ahead with Rougue Valley Roofing. They do not stand behind their work and they do not behave professionally. What a mess.
