I've been a patient here for 5 years and have not one complaint about my care. All of my friends I refer to Dr. Freeman also have had a great experiences. Keep in mind Dr. Freeman is a private practice, you cannot expect to be seen immediately, certainly worth the wait. He would listen to our medical problem, we weren't rushed in and out in 5 minutes, and he would do his best to actually help. Now its just a business to him with the sorry you have to wait six weeks to get in no matter what the issue is, then you get 5 minutes of time rushing your appointment through so the next patient in line can be seen for their 5 minutes. Plus we can only address one of your medical issues today you will need to schedule a second appointment again with a 6 week wait because time was not allotted for more then 5 minutes. Not to mention don't be late because if you are guess what you won't be seen. I wonder how many dozens of times we have all waited past our appointment times for a Dr. who was running behind for one reason or another. This includes times I have been scheduled with Dr. Rittenberg. Everyone's time is just as valuable as a Doctors. However, it's a little confusing b/c when you enter from the parking garage, it's literally a straight shot into the clinic! You don't have to go to the second floor. I'm so glad there were parking signs that pointed to the parking garage from all different angles and within radius! That was what I was most concerned about when I was heading down for my appt. The parking garage is small but you have to look up at the parking spots and see which ones are labeled 'Optum.' They're compact sized too so be careful since it's next to some concrete pillars between the parking spaces. I went here for Dermatology and not sure what other depts are around. Melissa, Dr. Iyer's MA was so warm! I met Dr. Iyer for the first time and she explains things well, not to mention humorous! She cares and really interacts with you on a friendly basis. I really like her! The exam rooms are clean and really modern!

They make you download a my chart app for tracking. They message me saying prior authorization was approved and to go pick up what I need at a pharmacy. I go in and they say it was never approved and needs to go through a specialty pharmacy. So get ahold of them via messaging app on my chart. They say its ready for pick up again but give me a pharmacy in Indiana. When I request a call on the my chart app from someone I'm told to call the pharmacy. Never got a call and still have many questions. Sounds very lazy to me. Probably wont get what I need because of it.

They have a small office and seems like most of the office business is Green Card Medical exams…read more The staff was polite unlike various other offices in Redmond and Bellevue where the staffers were rude. We were scheduled a week later for our exam after we called. The wait times were long, on the day of appointment we waited about an hour in our car in the parking lot (the office is small and they try to maintain social distancing). The doctor was very polite and curteous and didn't schedule any unnecessary tests. The fees were the lowest in the region at $180 per person for the exam. The office billed our tests to our insurance. Two days later the doctor called back with a vaccination that we could do at the time of picking up paperwork (or at any other pharmacy before that). We did not have to schedule an appointment for picking up our paperwork but the doctor was taking an early lunch that day (the staff kept us waiting for 45 minutes without telling that upfront :( ) But once the doctor was back, it hardly took 5 minutes.
