I was really frustrated how my home warranty company (RoofRx) and other roofing companies were trying to make money out out of me. Raj was very honest and gave me a very reasonable quote for the roof leak repair and other issues I had on my roof. Not to mention, when he came for the inspection, he moved some tiles to prevent the leak before he and his team can come and make the permanent fix, and that did the magic! My roof stopped leaking right after that. Throughout their work on my roof, I found Raj very honest, proactive, courteous, fast, neat, hard- working and he always had a clear communication on what he is working on and how. I am very pleased with Clear View Services. They responded to my inquiry same day. Raj came out the next day and did a thorough examination of my gutters, tile roof and flashing. He clearly explained the recommended repairs including photos and I received a detailed written estimate that same evening. Raj cleaned the gutters and down spouts, replaced/repaired broken roof tiles, repaired and resealed some flashing issues, and a few other things. It took awhile to get an initial quote (they are really busy), but from the point of receiving the quote to the completion of the project the process was great. Raj has great customer service skills, and was clear in his communications throughout the process. I needed several cement tiles replaced, and a few areas repaired to prevent water damage. In the course of doing the job, Raj and the company owner decided they needed to secure all of the rake tiles on my roof for safety purposes - and they did this work for no extra charge beyond the original quote. I called Clear View about a leak in my porch roof based on Yelp ratings and reviews. Raj came to scope it out and I was immediately impressed by his demeanor and straight talk. He climbed up on the roof and inspected the area above the leak. He offered to get me a quote in a short time (which he did) but as he was leaving, he noticed the house down the street from me. He said 'I worked on that roof' and he proceeded to tell me about the family and the job he did for them. Then he said he knew they recently moved to another home in the area and they called Raj again to fix a roof issue at their new house. A repeat customer is a good sign! Raj and his crew came a few days later to do the work after I accepted their quote. They were polite, friendly, and professional. They did this small repair and said they would be back to check on/complete the job. The next day, they noticed the leaking was still occurring so they extended the fix area on the roof. They showed me what the problem was and described in detailed how they were fixing the problem. They also suggested a small improvement to the nearby gutter, which they did without additional charge. We just had a morning of heavy rains and the fix has proven to be effective - no leaking! The roof looks great after the repair since they took the effort to match up new tar shingles with the existing 25 year old roof. I thought I was going to need some roofing replaced but he explained to me that the roof was suppose to look like it did (flashing which I was unaware of). Then he did a thorough inspection of my roof to make sure the rest of it looked ok. Saved me a ton of money by not doing unnecessary work. I also had him clean my gutters where he found it was not draining properly to the street. He instructed me on how to have the city take care of it for free.
