I've had 4 MRIs here. I've never had a bad experience and everyone I've dealt with has been outstandingly friendly and competent.

My three year old needed an xray done so our ordering provider sent us here since we live right up…read morethe street. I called the same day the order was sent and they already had it in the system. Great! I was told x-rays are not scheduled and are done on a walk in basis. Anyone with small children knows that this is not ideal because it is difficult to wait with your child for long periods of time in a waiting room not set up for them. I looked online before we went so I knew there would be no kids area or reading materials. We decided to go mid morning when I figured it would be less busy. There was only one person in the waiting room when we got there and we were told by the receptionist that we would be up next for xray and that it wouldn't be too long because the last client before us just finished up. Great! We then sat down and waited. And waited and waited and waited. Over 40 minutes we sat in the room and waited. I was just about to go back up to see when we could expect to be called when someone finally came out for us. We were lead back to a room with two techs and they began trying to position my kiddo for the imaging to be done. One of the techs either doesn't like children or doesn't work with them often because she had a horrible bedside manner. She sounded irritated the whole time and was huffing and puffing when my son didn't understand the instructions she was giving him. It's not like we were taking a long time to figure this out, either. This was in the first 1-2 minutes we were in the room and she was already acting like we were just a huge inconvinence. He's freaking three, he's not going to respond to verbal instructions the same way an adult does. Overall, I left feeling pretty poorly about our interactions and experience. If you work at a business that serves children as part of their demographic, you should be expected to be cordial when working with them. In the future we will go elsewhere, even if it means we have to travel further.

Typically if I need an X-ray I could go right upstairs from my primary doctor's office. As a result…read moreof Covid, that facility closed down so I had to drive out to Tannesbourne to have my ankle X-rayed. I've been having intermittent pain and weakness and both my doctor and I want to figure out what is going on. The Center for Medical Imaging was easy to find. Plenty of parking out front. Very large waiting room with seats spaced far apart. Everyone working there was friendly, efficient and professional. Since the order was called in prior, I just had to sign in and within 5 minutes, the technician came out to get me. The process went quickly, she took at least five X-Rays from different angles, and I was on my way. Results were in My Chart within 24 hours.

I come here fairly often for infusions. This is easily the nicest location. It has amazing chairs…read morethat recline almost horizontally. The warm blankets are huge and the nursing and ancillary staff is the best. They also have a superb snack and drinks selection.

Some years have passed and because of my prior insurance i moved care but i have now moved back to OHSU and man oh man, am i glad. This location has changed so much and has so much more added. It's awesome! My cardiologist is still here - which is incredible because he is thee specialist for my specific cancer. Within the past month (1/1/21), i have had a ECHO - sadly, the guy i had wasn't very pleasant but i believe he got the job done. I've had many ECHO's done and usually the staff has been friendly and warm. He, was not one - he needed to place a dye in me to be able to see my results, yet i advised for him to use whichever arm was best for him and he barely looked at one and said "I'll try this one and if this one doesn't work, ill just use the other." I'd rather not be poked more than i have to be. Same day, i had an Ultrasound to look at my bladder/kidneys and she was super kind and made me feel at ease. There are two floors At the entrance - there are wheelchairs, if needed. Theres a vending machine at the entrance for some snacks. Chairs that are spread out, screen upstairs to let you know if your Doctor is on time or running a bit behind. Check in employees have been friendly and as thorough as possible with the repetitive script they need to say to each patient. I'm glad there is a location that's on my side of town that I'm able to go to every once in awhile instead of having to make the drive to downtown Portland.

So, let me say first everyone was really nice and I appreciate all their efforts during this crappy…read more Covid 19 situation. But. I saw my new Providence Dr. , well her PA, two weeks ago when I was four weeks in to whatever this thing is I have ( lets call it GI distress) and they prescribed Prilosec and said it was heartburn. They also told me to call back if it got worse. Week and a half on Prilosec and bland foods. ( no coffeeeeeeee). It got worse. I spent a whole day calling the dr, to be told to go to urgent care bc they could do ultrasound, IV fluids, bloodwork. That was at 5pm on Thursday. I had to work until 7. Urgent care closes at 6:30 to new patients. I am all out of sick leave/PTO so I waited until Friday am. I had already been suffering this long, right??¯\_(ツ)_/¯ They do let you reserve a time in the middle of the night before they open at 7. I had a rough nite. Set my time at 8:44. They send you text updates about wait times. You have to arrive 10 min ahead where they screen you at the " gate" for Covid. Because I have seasonal allergies aka runny nose they had a nurse call me outside and ask all the usual questions they ask in the exam room. Good for Covid precautions bad for HIPAA . I was too far from my car to go back and forth which I think they expect you to do so you have privacy. I sat out front to talk to the nurse on my cell. What if you have no cell? Also, what if you have no car? After that, I got in fast. My copay is $30. The Dr. was nice. She gave me a special yellow paper to go to the ER ( another review) where after a two hour wait ( with several other people with special yellow papers and three other Janets!) they gave me IV fluids, did bloodwork, and I had an ultrasound. I spent 6 hours in the ER. Maybe urgent care isnt doing those things anymore? But it was a long day. I wound up with antibiotics and few answers. Sigh. Providence is not bad, but this day was not good.

On November 4th 2025 I went into the Tanasbourne Urgent Care Clinic with complaints of a fever…read morewhich had been on going for 3 days. I was assigned to Dr Mehdi. Dr Mehdi immediately was dismissive of my complaints, came into the room conducted a physical exam which consisted of listening to my heart & breathing through my sweatshirt and feeling the lymph nodes in my neck. He did not look in my ears or throat. He proclaimed that I had a cold and wanted to send me home. He also denied the order of the flu test saying "we haven't seen any flu". I asked to see another physician for a more thorough exam to which I was denied. They sent in a nurse manager who explained that I cannot see another doctor and Dr Mehdi said I needed to go elsewhere. I spoke to her for 30 minutes and begged her to run my flu test and to see another physician. They eventually ran my flu test but denied me a more thorough exam. Dr Mehdi also denied a CBC (blood test) and said I'd have to order that on my own elsewhere. I immediately went to seek care from another medical facility which I was provided adequate care and was diagnosed with STREP group A & prescribed antibiotics within 20 minutes of the exam which included looking at my ears nose and throat. Be warned. Dr Medhi is an incredibly arrogant and pompous physician. He is more concerned with being correct than doing his job. What type of physician denies a flu test? Look no further than the reviews here. I wasn't the first patient he missed the diagnosis of.

I had a really good first appointment with Dr Manoso at O+F Specialists…read more I was a initially bit nervous going in but by the time I had x-rays and a talk with the MA, I was more relaxed. Dr Manoso showed me the X-rays and explained my injury. Thankfully it appears as it may heal w/o surgery. After an exam he said this would take some time to heal and to be patient. I was given the OK to walk and do some light aerobic on the elliptical but at less than my pre injury 60 minutes time. I am glad I was directed to see Dr Manoso when scheduling and confident he will be my guide through the healing and resuming the sports I love!

This is a very bad impression for all doctors who work here. I almost wanted to leave and never come back, but an other staff intervened and came and solved the issue. She said maybe my kid was a bit close to that staff's station and they have SECRET info lol Professional staff mirror the doctors they work for and are the first thing a clinic can be noticed for (first impression). I'm giving this one star only for this staff, not for the doctor.
