Once he arrived, I explained that I had been going back and forth for months between upgrading to a soundbar with a sub or investing in a full audio system (receiver, towers, sub, etc...). We spent well over 30 minutes talking through the pros and cons of each, along with important things to consider like the size of the house and living room. Ultimately, I decided that I will be upgrading our current soundbar to a newer and nicer one in the near future. He was extremely polite and patient, taking the time to explain terminology and concepts in a way I could easily understand as we installed and set things up (picture and display settings, 1080p vs. 4K capabilities, audio/video/HDMI cables and what they do, device "switches," and how everything works together) as he was installing things so I'll be able to manage it myself down the road. Apparently, they sub-contract out their work and you roll the dice on if you get someone who knows what their doing. They certainly wasted a ton of my time. Ticked off about the service, I put in a request on a number of other TV mounting service websites, and Jesse was the first to get back to me, promptly, and with upfront professionalism to understand my job, get pictures of the areas for his recommendations, and pricing transparency. Every wireless device in the house constantly lost their ip address. After years of spending a lot of money and switching between different internet providers, switches, modem's and equipment I decided to give Brian a try and I am so glad I did. He was able to correct all the previous ip protocol issues that were screwed up. It took no time at all and, after years and years of frustration my problems went away. The owner Tom George is not truthful about the reasons for the delay. For months it was "funding coming and I'll pay you next week." I had an 83" LG G5 OLED that needed wall mounting, plus a Sonos Arc Ultra and two Era 300s I wanted as rear surrounds. The Era 300s were the part I was nervous about since rear speakers usually mean ugly wires running all over the wall. Jeff somehow made them basically invisible. He showed up when he said he would, was clean and careful with everything, and clearly knew what he was doing. The TV is dead level, the surrounds are placed perfectly, and the whole thing just looks finished and professional. If you've got a nice TV or a Sonos setup and you want it done right the first time, just call Jeff. Worth every penny.
