I have never seen this ever from a catering place. Isn't the point of catering for it to be ready? The shrimp raw, the steak, only seared and not cooked, pasta cooked, but store bought (clearly) and sauce had to be mixed in separately. The tacos not put together and were crackers, not tacos. Pure catastrophe. While the food (when WE cooked it), was okay, nothing to rave over considering the cost, it was not worth the aggravation and tediousness.
