So good. I didn't finish it and had the leftovers for dinner.

Went to the Wyckoff Delicatessen as I was working up that area. I got a roast beef and cheese sandwich. I was very impressed with the place especially the gentleman wearing a dressed shirt, pants and tie underneath his apron. Reminded me of how things were in the past, not that I'm old or anything but how I pictured how things were back when like the Wendy's guy. The sandwich was quite heavy and very good. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Will go up here again if I'm in the area. Wanted to get the soup but I was heading to a meeting and didn't want it to stay in the car as it was very hot that day.

Been here 3 times now and the last time I went I ordered one of their ham and bacon subs but the ham tasted like metal and there was no bacon. I had to trash everything because that metal smell was so overwhelming, which was really disappointing bc I basically paid 12 bucks for nothing. But I decided to give it another try today with some breaded chicken, mozzarella, and veggies and it was great! Pretty pricey compared to other delis, but their ingredients seem fresh and service is great with very friendly workers.

Wyckoff Deli is an institution for a reason; great sandwiches and soups (especially their cream of chicken, and chili). Their protocols during the pandemic are great! It's so clean and efficient, ensuring the safety of their customers and employees.

    perfect bacon, egg and cheese.

This is the best chicken cutlet sandwhich in Bergen county. The way the chiefs make it is just so fire.

Best tuna you'll ever have. Best soups you'll ever have. Very much worth the trip. A Wyckoff institution.

Stopped by Wyckoff Deli for the first time and I was seriously impressed -- not just by the food, but by Allen.

Don't hesitate to get there and try their hot bar. They even have fresh squeezed OJ. The service is great. Friendly people in a friendly establishment. When I first moved to town, everybody bragged about the Market Basket, so one day I finally gave in…read moreand did some shopping there. Here's the honest truth of it: completely overpriced. And look -- some of the stuff is genuinely good, and at the end of the day I truly don't mind paying a premium if the quality is TOP NOTCH. But that's the problem. It isn't. Two experiences stand out. The first was when I was entertaining family for Christmas Eve. If you've been there, you know those colossal shrimp they sell for $43 a pound. I placed my order a few days ahead, and when I came to pick it up, I paid a colossal price -- but I did not get colossal shrimp. It seems that around the holidays they'll quietly hand you a smaller size for the same money. That's not a deal, that's a switch. The second was the seafood department again. I wanted to try their lobster cakes, brought them home, and was hit with a whiff of a strong fishy smell the moment I opened them. The taste? Let's just say their favorite ingredient is salt, and plenty of it. So if you're into paying premium prices for subpar food but getting the bragging rights of saying "oh, I shop at the Market Basket," this is the place for you. Just be ready -- you might need a second mortgage to fill up a cart.

I ordered a sesame bagel with TH/E/CH. I got the same for my wife but on a Kaiser roll. Then, I ordered 30 bagels, different varieties. All in all, this is a good shop, loyal following and the bagels have a solid chew and decent flavor. Check them out. Parking is a bit tight with it being next to a busy road so be careful.

But no separate line for bagels; so it wasn't efficient. I waited in line for about 15 mins, at one point I was waiting outside on a cold day. I asked for 2 plain and 1 raisin. The guy gave me an extra plain so it was a total of 4. I also ordered a 16 oz. Coffee (their house brew) it came out to $6.25. Not bad. Ifor some reason 2 bagels had grill marks on them, I'm assuming they were placed on a rack while still hot and it left marks on it. Strange. It wasn't about the bagels for me but the coffee was really good! Rivals the well known commercial coffee houses. The bagels were on the sweet side; they were big and crusty but the sweetness turned me off. After trying out Bagel Nosh, I would only return for the coffee not the bagels. The long line is not worth it; but maybe the sandwiches are good? Maybe I'll come back and try something else. But as far as bagels, I'd go somewhere else. This is my honest review.
