Service at the table was mediocre, our waitress took our drink order and on the way over, the waitress was spilling the drinks over the floor on the way to our table. After our waitress took our order, my gf did not get the mayo on the side as she had asked, and after we received our food, our waitress never came around to check on us, didn't refill our drinks or anything. The place was very loud, louder than visiting waffle house. I was trying to have a conversation with my gf sitting just across the table from one another, and we were having to literally yell at one another just to hear what each other were saying. My gf did state that the sandwich she ordered was a big sandwich, and was more than she could finish. Once we were ready to go, our waitress still hadn't been around to check on us. So I had to flag down someone else, to get us some to go boxes, and our check. Low and behold, when I was ready to checkout, the waitress appears out of nowhere, after all this time, I'm guessing because she thought she was going to get a good tip. I'm sorry, waitstaff only get a great tip from me, once and if they perform a great job duty, and this was not the case in this matter. Maybe, better luck next time, maybe Papas needs to hire better waitstaff worth hiring and keeping.

The restaurant's ambiance is its standout feature. Upon entering, you're transported to an outdoor bistro, with clever interior design mimicking a patio along a quaint street. Unfortunately, the food failed to match the charming atmosphere. My husband's pancakes and sausage lacked flavor, even with syrup. My steak and eggs, despite visible seasoning, were disappointingly bland. My daughter's chicken and waffles suffered from soggy waffles and underwhelming chicken tenders, seemingly breaded with just flour and egg. The toast on my plate was also soggy. Coffee enthusiasts who enjoy a strong, bitter brew might appreciate their offering, but it was too intense for my taste. This experience was a stark contrast to my visit three years ago, which I remember fondly for its flavorful dishes. Given the current state of the food, we're unlikely to return. I was pleasantly surprised by my visits to Clem's on a Sunday morning. It doesn't look like much from outside, but once inside, it is super cute and unique. The service was great. The waiter seemed sincere and kind and took great care of me. The food was excellent as well. I always ask for my bacon to be soft instead of crispy, and they delivered. It was soft and tasty. I was skeptical about the potatoes, but they were tasty as well. All around it was a great visit, and I definitely plan to come again. read more

This is a family-owned restaurant run by Mrs. Carolyn Deek and her husband Elias Deek. They provide live music from Wednesday through Saturday with great service and a staff that has been with them for years. I am a said fan of Clementine Restaurant lunch specials. My favorite is the meatloaf and their large Mediterranean salad. The Sunday morning breakfast is not bad at all either and must be highly recommended. The good thing is she said her meal was delicious even though she didn't get exactly what she wanted. She also very much enjoyed the coffee. When it came to my mine and my husbands meal the sausage on his plate looked pale as if it was left on the grilled for one minute each side so we asked if it could be slightly more cooked and we're super grateful that the waiter took it back and brought crisper sausage linked on our plate.
