Well, we checked with a lot of places before choosing New Generation Landscaping, and no one compared when it came to customer service. Eric (the owner) came out himself and listened to everything we were asking for and helped guide us to what we needed and what we did not need. We went back and forth with ideas and what needed to be done and the work got underway quickly One day one of the workers did not show up to work and it just happened to be the day that they were laying down a lot of rock. Eric himself loaded wheel barrel after wheel barrel by himself until it was completed. I was very impressed by his drive to run his business and take care of his customers. His team did a lot of work from trimming 10 trees, putting rock behind our pool,running all new sprinkler lines in the back yardand installing a drip system and removing 7 lines on the side yard and putting in a drip system there as well. He also replaced all the Hunter valves and added pressure regulators because we kept blowing heads. They also planted some plants and leveled some planers. Needless to say our yard looks absolutely amazing and we could not be happier. We also hired him as our lawn maintenance guy and they have done a great job maintaining our yard. New home owner here. Posted requesting some help with the front yard. Erick came out said he'd get rid of the crab grass, add a Bluetooth sprinkler system, service the yard front and back. He even brought his daughter to the consultation and I ate it all up. Well you can see iflooked pretty but 3 weeks later crab grass everywhere. My wife and I hired Erick for two landscaping projects and were very impressed with the quality and timeliness of his work and communication. First project was sprinkler replacement and sod installation in our backyard. A week after the sod was install, we experienced a significant heat wave and some of the sod dried up before it could fully root. They were able to get the job done in one day despite my system being old and a challenge to find pieces for. They did the job for the price quoted. My sprinkler system developed a big leak because there were no pressure valves installed to regulate the pressure and it was very high; also all the lines in the back, side and front yard were put on one line instead of separating them into at least two which is what I had asked to be done originally. I contacted Erick at New Generation to take a look at it to fix. He came out and gave me a quote - not only to fix it - BUT to upgrade all the lines AND add to the existing landscaping to make it a "finished" project by installing bender board to define the lines between the mulch and the decomposed granite; adding more mulch in areas where it was needed to give it a more completed look . He trimmed all the plants, moved some for a better appearance / placement, and installed a new timer for my sprinkler system and programmed it for me so I wouldn't have to. He completely transformed my back, side and front lawn into a much more professional looking landscape with a sprinkler system that actually works properly. Erick is really knowledgeable about landscaping and sprinklers - he offers his advice about things and I took that advice and now I have a yard that REALLY looks professionally done with working sprinklers. Erik was working at my neighbors house. as I was walking by I heard her thanking him for a good job. I noted his truck with his logo and took a photo. My neighbor also told me he has great reviews on yelp. I called him because my lawn had growing brown spots and my sprinklers weren't covering it. He diagnosed leaky valves, replaced those and recommended moving and adding a new sprinkler head. He also found a leak in a pipe and repaired that.
