Katie guided me through the entire process with such warmth, professionalism, and care. She was incredibly easy to work with, always communicative, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt confident and supported every step of the way. I was especially nervous going into my first appointment. I didn't have the traditional group of friends with me, and my mom wasn't able to attend that day, so I came alone and felt a little sad about it at first. But Katie immediately put me at ease. She created such a comfortable, welcoming environment that I quickly forgot my nerves and was able to truly enjoy the experience. Their selection of dresses was fantastic, and incredibly curated. To my surprise and delight, I found the dress during my very first appointment- the fourth gown I tried on! Katie's expertise and intuition were spot-on. What truly sets Clifton Bridal Boutique apart, though, is the level of care they provide. Katie even came in on days the boutique was closed so I could try on my dress when my mom was visiting. That kind of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. Her communication from the initial appointment all the way through final pickup was flawless, and the bridal tailor they recommended was excellent as well. As a bonus, the town of Clifton is absolutely charming with lovely little restaurants nearby. It's perfect for celebrating with lunch after an appointment. I specifically chose this store because they offered contemporary designers, but really Katie provided such a genuine and special experience that really made me feel committed to supporting her store. The dressing room was so spacious and had a large mirror as well. To be honest, my partner was wary of me booking an appointment in Old Town Clifton because it can be a more expensive (even over-priced, at times) spot, but I liked the idea of a smaller shop and it carries the brand (Jenny Yoo) whose designs I like overall. It was my first bridal shopping experience, and Katie made it warm, comfortable, and easy. She was not only encouraging, but organized, kind, and very detail-oriented in picking up on the styles I was leaning towards. As someone who hates shopping for dresses because it feels like I have awkward proportions, it honestly felt more like having another friend in the room. She asked my budget and was very honest about the price ranges and what a price would look like including tax, fees, etc. On my second visit, trying to decide between 2 gowns I had narrowed it down to, she was understanding, quick, and answered questions about fit. Honestly, what really made me trust Katie (and want to write this review!) is that when I tried on a veil and asked about it, she didn't try to upsell me for it, but instead was honest about how veils are easy to shop for everywhere, and while the ones she had in stock are lovely, I could find similar later and didn't have to spend so much on it. I had the best experience I've ever had at a bridal salon of the 11 salons I went to across four different states in 2 years! Katie was incredibly responsive and accommodating before the appointment even started and I had a good feeling right away. When we walked in there was a sign with my name and Katie offered champagne which we accepted and the playlist was perfect and I instantly felt calm and comfortable but also excited at the same time. My Mom and I felt so comfortable and welcomed and Katie went the extra mile throughout the entire appointment and then some. I shopped here with my mom and two maid of honors. Katie, our consultant, curated a wonderful experience and impressed us all! Better than the "Kleinfeld" one, as it is just you, your entourage and Katie in the boutique, making it intimate and personal. The building / layout of the store is adorable. The lighting, especially in the changing room is magical. There was bubbly for all, perfect music (none of us could remember what it was, but it helped keep the perfect vibe whatever it was). I filled out the questionnaire (thorough!) ahead of time; Katie was clearly prepared, remembered and applied all of the information I provided. She had preselected some dresses, but also educated us on the layout of the store and let us browse and pull others. We never felt rushed, even when we ran over in time. The dresses appeared on the website as pretty modern, so I was honestly not sure I would find anything I liked. Boy was I wrong! I loved almost every dress I tried on, and my support crew and I had a tough time. Katie was great in supplying ideas for things like straps, etc. Her timing of knowing when to bring out veils and complete the look was perfect - I said yes to a dress! Full crying moment.
