We have to constantly call them and be on top of them to get test results. There are times when treatments need approval. Appointments are made. We go, and the doctor is not even there. PLEASE READ!! Do not come here, they have the worst customer service, if you get an appointment you will not be seen at set time. They never have answers for you and Dr's are UNPROFESSIONAL. And the Dr's. And nurses talk about your results Infront of other patients. I wished I would have read these reviews before coming here. I came in for some pain around my hip area. Front desk was rude, when I was sense by the Dr, it was a quick exam and she tried to get a ultrasound done on me and came back and said "sorry I don't get paid for over time we're gonna have to reschedule." When I went to the desk to schedule my next appointment I asked how much would it cost to take a ultrasound, the answer was " I don't know I don't work in billing" when I asked when was I gonna get billed they replied with "like I said I don't work in billing" A week later I came in to get the ultrasound and the technician is a older Hispanic man who is very rude, he saw that I had tattoos and accused me of selling and smoking Marijuana. Two weeks later I finally come back to get my results, made my appointment and they made wait for an hour. Another Dr. Came different from the one I had last time, came in with leather jeans with a bunch of zippers randomly placed all ovrr the pants. Looked like S&M. He gave me my results then said that my "heart rate was dangerously high" and that it they needed to do an ekg. I was scared so I waited for another hour to have this procedure done. After I was waiting in a room I could here the Dr talking about my results very loud in the hallways WITH OTHER PATIENTS THERE, also I could here them talk about other patients. The Dr then came into the room, said I was fine and just left. I don't Understand how I went from soemthing serious to just being brushed off as nothing. After I realized they had never even checked my heart so how would the Dr know my heart was out of the ordinary. He lied to have a useless procedure performed on me just so they can get extra cash from me. I came here today about an hour after switching over to this clinic. I came in for a possible ear infection which by the way still hurts so if it gets worse I'd like to blame their receptionist that didn't let me see the doctor. I walked in around 10:40am I left at 1:30pm and not once did I walk into a room to meet with the doctor. I missed school in hopes of feeling better by then end of the day today but it looks like I'll be missing school tomorrow as well. Maybe tomorrow's receptionist won't have such crappy attitude. I was in the waiting area for those 2 hours. I was given a paper to fill out which was really just asking for my name, phone number, address, and email. IT WAS THAT BASIC! There were a few people ahead of me and the receptionist/nurse person kept walking around but I never saw her doing anything productive. Most of the time she was texting on her phone. When she finally called me up she checked if I was eligible to see the doctor and she said no. She was like you have to call to verify and I was like okay I will so I stepped out and called again. I called and everything was fine I should have been able to see the doctor. I walked back in and told her that I was told that she should call so they could verify with her. This lady had the audacity to give me attitude and to basically argue with me while she was on that phone call. Telling me that I was wrong when I knew damn well that I had done everything I possibly could so I could be seen by the doctor. The insurance people were giving her the name of the doctor she works for and she was still doubting them saying that she couldn't let me in because my name didn't show up in the system under this clinic. She finally hung up on the insurance people and got up in frustration telling me that even if I had switched over to this clinic it wouldn't be effective until March which as I've said before wasn't true because I called twice and was told I could be helped. If you can, avoid this place at all costs. I had an appointment at 10am. Didn't get seen until 1pm. And to finish it off the "doctor" helping me was in a hurry because it was her time to go. Super unprofessional. If you guys couldn't help me that day then just let me know so I don't have to waste my time. If you're thinking about coming here, please reconsider. It's an awful location. To top it off they keep sending me text messages about Botox specials. I didn't give them my personal phone number so they can spam me with unnecessary text messages. Very unprofessional environment and in the mist of a pandemic the receptionist/nurse(lady in front desk with Spanish accent) was not wearing a mask or practicing social distancing. This clinic caters to older clientele and should be concerned about the safety of their clients, they come into contact with elderly patients and put them at risk for illness. Masks should be worn at all times in a medical office, very unacceptable. read more

I understand that it is typical to have long waits at medical appointments but this place gives you that feeling of being another number at their job. Baby had a fever. Called Health Net and they referred me here. 1:40 pm- Showed up, was told baby could not be seen because her plan was not accepted there. I suggested I change the plan on the spot, by phone & receptionist said "well dr is going to lunch but will be back at 2:30. Err, ok. Red flag. :( 2:10 pm- maintenance woman comes over to tell me to arrange the chair back the way it was (i had turned it to face me so my baby can sit next to me) Pretty rude. 2:45 pm- a woman walks in to clinic & soon starts complaining loudly "why was I told to come in for my 3pm appointment if the dr is going to be out to lunch! That's dumb! I might as well have not come"!.. Receptionist goes to back office and comes back to say they will see her soon. Err ok! 3:10 pm- I'm asked to fill out the paperwork and as I am at the counter, nurse walks to receptionst asking for help- apparently the lady complaining came in for xray results and they are nowhere to be found! Big red flag! 3:30 pm- go in to room. Vitals checked ect. Nurse leaves door open, I can see the dr in her office. 3:45 pm- Nurse goes to dr for help, again, they still cannot find the one ladies results! Dr is useless, she looks on her computer, still cannot locate anything. They tell lady her results are not in. 3:55 pm- Dr goes back in office and call comes in at her desk. She talks to her friend for about 10 minutes about the people that have died recently!?? As I am sitting accross from her office. I step out and to go look for nurse so she can ask dr to hang up her personal call and take care of patients, including myself because by this time it's 4:05pm. 4:20 pm- dr. checks baby; she has ear & throat infection. Goes out to write prescription then wants the tech to swab her throat. I go in tech lab & she is with nurse checking computer for ladies missing results! I went to this clinic because I am under so much stress because of work related issues and I neededat least two days out off work but according to the doctor I needed a blood,Stoll and urine test and a electrocardiogram to determine if I was stressed or not she send me to the cashier and they wantedme to pay over 500.00 dls first. Wtf I told the lady I just need a note for work because I'm under so much stress!!! They called the doctor and she say I can not give u a note if you don't do the tests so I can determineif u are stressed. So I've recently changed my insurance towards this doctor's office, I've already been here twice. Once to check my knee injury which they right away had x-days done for me, which my last doctor did not do. This second time I've come with back problems due to my kidney, and they did a urine test right away. They're really good with that. But sometimes the wait is just unbearable. I had to wait max 1 hour to get my X-rays done even though I had an appointment. But overall I like their service. read more

I had a bulge the size of a golf ball above my belly button. I met with Claudia and the medical staff and they informed me it was a hernia. They were able to do all my lab work on-site and within days I had my hernia removed at their surgical center. Dr. Shibboleth was so skillful with the surgery that I was able to walk later in the same day and my pain was so minimal that I did not need to use any of the pain medication he prescribed me. Claudia, my contact there was very friendly and very efficient with getting my through all phases of my surgery. Claudia was also very good with her follow-up after my recover. This place deserves no stars. I clearly told them I did not know Spanish and they still continued to give me forms to sign that were in Spanish. They also still continued to converse with my in Spanish knowing that I did not understand what they were saying. The lady was demanding money very rudely in Spanish (co payment I assume) from across the room. She didn't even tell me what I was paying for. A different nurse had to come and tell me in a very rude manner. My appointment was at 1:30 and it's almost been a whole hour and still no update on when I would be seen. This is an average clinic. Most people that come to this clinic are Hispanic, thus it explains why management won't consider invest more in making it look like a clinic and not a second hand infirmary, the Lobby looks like it had been renovated, yet the furniture looks like something that was bought from a yard sale. So far the experience I had at one other of their clinics have not been good especially the waiting. Other than that doctors stick with what they know, no complains there. but appearance goes along way. And maybe we as Hispanics should demand a whole better service. read more
