The text instructed me to have a seat inside and wait for my turn. Inside there were seats lining the walls. This is a busy location. Pre-covid, it used to be filled. Not the case today (a few weeks ago). I had the fasting appointment so I wanted an early appointment. Since I had already scheduled a doctor's appointment, it was a win-win, so I had two appointments in one morning. I saw my name on the tv so I knew it was soon. It was 7:30, my appointment. Everything was verified. I also had my doctor's work order- this helps out a lot. The lady who drew my blood was nice. She checked to see if I was doing alright. I was done at 8 am. By that time, there were more people waiting for their appointments. Thank You for using useful technology Quest- I think it makes a huge difference. Bring your doctor's work order. Set the appointment online. Use your cell's text message for confirming and signing in. Be on time for your appointment.

Having said that, I've now gone to this Quest twice and had the best experiences I'm capable of having because my phlebotomist Colton is THE best! I have to ask for a reclining chair to avoid passing out and I'm often judged or belittled by nurses etc., but Colton was so warm both times and took me seriously. He is so gentle and quick that I barely feel the poke and he talked with me to keep my mind off of it. He was also very patient and made sure I was feeling ok before he had me stand up. Most folks don't understand how life-changing it can be to find a good phlebotomist - but now I'm able to do blood work so I can stay healthy and take care of myself. The rest of the staff are fast, efficient, and kind. I highly recommend this location and am eternally grateful to my dude Colton for making important bloodwork doable for me. Thank you!

This was a very easy lab experience through Quest. It's very simple to book an appointment online…read morethrough their website. I found a pretty good selection of times even only booking one day ahead. You get a link via text message and can easily check in online once you arrive. There are also kiosks in the waiting area where you can check yourself in. Bear in mind there are no staff to check in with. Once checked in, you sit in the waiting room and follow your progress on a large screen showing checked in appointments and anyone waiting as a walk in. I was taken right at my booked time. Once in one of the back rooms the staff process your insurance and confirm which tests you need. The staff member was very friendly, and the blood draw was basically painless. Overall I was very happy with my Quest experience!

From the moment we walked in the owner Pomai treated us like family and was so kind! My spouse is a very very hard stick. Unfortunately, the owner wasn't able to get her veins at our appointment (no fault of her own). BUT because she knew how important the test and timing was and saw how difficult it was for my spouse to get around... She immediately called one of her other nurses and organized for a redraw the next day AT OUR HOUSE. Free of charge! Absolutely amazing service. She cared so much about getting the blood work done correctly and on time AND she had the empathy to not want to have my spouse come to their lab again the next day. I checked in via the mobile text message, approximately 15 minutes prior to my appointment. When I walked into Labcorp, I let the team member know that I checked in via the mobile method. They took all of my information. My appointment was on time! This location is off of Charleston, near the I15. There are plenty of parking spots available and seating inside this Labcorp! It didn't seem like I waited a long time. (The very familiar Sesame Street characters were on the TV. Intertwined with health related announcements.) The female clerk was very nice. I gave her my paperwork and my insurance card. She verified my info. It was easy. As long as I don't look, I'm good. Later on, I double checked my info too. Easy-peasy. She said people try to squeeze in before their actual appointment or they didn't realize that they made the appt for a different location, but get mad at them when they don't honor it. C'mon people, seriously, it's not their fault that you made a mistake.
