I called multiple times a day, across multiple days, during business hours, and left voicemail after voicemail--not a single call back. Radio silence. So I went to their website, made an account, and booked an appointment. Got a confirmation. Thought maybe this was just a small, busy team. No one ever showed up. No call, no text, no email. Nothing. Just a no-show with zero communication. Now, the date I scheduled doesn't even show up in their system. Like it never happened. They have all these glowing reviews online, but honestly? Either those are fake, or they're from the few lucky people who managed to actually get through. Because what's the point of a business that literally cannot be contacted and doesn't show up for confirmed appointments? Sunrise Pathology is a joke. Completely disorganized, unresponsive, and incapable of delivering even the most basic service they advertise. Don't waste your time or money on this mess of a company.

When you click through locations, and choose the one in NV, you can then click through to pay the balance or set up a payment plan. I set up a payment plan. I have it all recorded. IT confirmed the amounts to be paid over 4 months with a confirmation number. The recording also says you can look up the payments online. There is no place beyond checking your bank to see If payments were taken. There is absolutely no online way of paying which makes it near difficult if you work 6 am - 6 pm or in an environment where you cannot use a cell or do any personal business. It's another place in vegas they make it impossible to be a responsible adult - it's 2025 and no online bill pay. If you think you found a bill pay online it is most likely in a different state as there were many similar names. Despite it being "affiliated" with Quest, you cannot make payments via Quest as there is no bill in Quest to select and pay. Despite proof of setting up a payment plan, evidently, the ongoing payments did not go through. I have it recorded confirmed the dates of each month and amount and - yet it didn't pull the money beyond the first month. Yet, that is my fault. Another faulty system never checked because it's easier to chase people for money and fees.

Instead of providing professional customer service, she spoke disrespectfully about patients once she thought they were out of earshot, even making comments about people in the lobby. To make matters worse, we were skipped in line without any explanation. When I questioned it, the situation was not handled professionally. Another staff member Nicole later joined in on the inappropriate behavior rather than addressing it appropriately. And the rest of the staff members were just goofing off in the bad. In a medical setting, professionalism, discretion, and respect for patients are essential. Patients deserve to feel safe and treated with dignity, not mocked or dismissed. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the conduct of their staff.

My child with autism was recently discharged from the speech therapy solely because she reached an age cutoff. (she is only 15), despite her clear and ongoing need for speech and communication support. Speech therapy is a long-term necessity for autistic children, not something they "outgrow" at specific age. The age should never be a factor in determining whether an autistic teenager receives speech therapy! All autistic children/teenagers are at different levels when it comes to speech. The fact that even the owner of the company was not able to help is incredibly disheartening. Dropping a child from therapy due to age rather than her actual progress is unacceptable and unethical! The therapist just handed me a piece of paper with a list of places to call that offer social group settings for my child which I did has not been successful. Most of these places that I contacted have long wait lists for speech therapy. So now my child is stuck, I am going through a lot of hassle and stress, and Speakeasy is a big Disappointment! It's not nice or professional to assume and cut off people when they are trying to communicate an issue with staff. This place has a high turnover rate and has problems internally. One of the person doing the schedule does it on how they feel not what is readily available. Her supervisor is best friends with her and will cover and sweep everything under the rug. The regional manager Michael Smith is rude and treats you like a number and not a person. You would think with a name of speak easy it would be easy to communicate but that is not the case.
