Not only that, but she disguised it as if this was a service offered by my doctor's office (unrelated practice on the same floor). She TOLD me, that she would PULL MY PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION FROM MY CHART without ANY prior consent, in order to set up a consultation with her. Absolutely disgusted, because who KNOWS how many unsuspecting patients she's done this to already. Grateful she chose to give her sales pitch to the wrong one on the morning of 08/06/26. The LABCORP manager was informed and has NOT followed up with me, or offered any resolution or apology. From my understanding, the tech is still actively employed. The location was reported to the US Dept of Health & Human Services & OCR regarding violating HIPAA. This action is not taken lightly.

Booking online was easy - just picked a test and time, then pay online. They were open at 9AM which was earlier than appointments I could get through Walgreens. Booked an Uber the morning of. Supposedly the locals call this the Ghettos Mall instead of Meadows Mall, but it looked pretty safe in the morning. This location is a trailer out in the parking lot of the mall. My Uber driver was super friendly and was ok going through the drive through line since I was the first appointment of the day and we weren't going to have to wait very long. For these drive throughs, you need a car. I learned my lesson the hard way when I was rejected by Walgreens the day before. We pull in and a woman comes out and asks for my confirmation number. I give it to her and realize I made a mistake - ordered a rapid antigen test instead of a rapid NAAT. She said that wasn't a problem. She would cancel the antigen test and asked me to go online to order the NAAT. Went online to order, pulled the car around so another customer could go through. When I get to the front, I swab and give it to the test technician. 10 minutes later, I have results in a text! Also checked later to make sure I got my refund and I did! All in all, very happy with this location and the friendliness of the staff.

As soon as I walk into…read morethe office with my partner who sat down in the "waiting" area, the staff member handed me a form from the other side of the window and asked if she's coming for a checkup as well. She was then asked to leave and wait outside as the premises are allowed for "patients only". There's no signage to affirm that the waiting area is not for visitors, except that the area past the window is reserved for patients, which would have been understandable otherwise. During my checkup, the staff acted crudely towards me and administered IV poorly so it had to be redone, further adding to my woes. No apology or communication from the nurse while doing so, and then slaps a cotton ball with tape on my arm to send me on my way. I appreciate not having to wait and I was out in 10 minutes, but the behaviour of the staff towards myself and my wife is inexcusable. Had I not been referred, I would have chosen a different clinic instead of paying to get stuck like a pig.
