From the moment we entered, we noticed a level of kindness, compassion, and genuine care that is rarely seen elsewhere. Every staff member treated clients with respect and warmth. The staff member who attended to me, Miss Melanie, was exceptionally professional, patient, and friendly. Even when I made a small mistake, she explained everything clearly and kindly. I told my wife, "Miss Melanie is truly a wonderful person." My wife said, "The lady who helped me was also very kind." A few days earlier, another lady who assisted us looked very much like Miss Melanie's sister -- she, too, was incredibly helpful and caring. After recalling an unpleasant experience at another center, we decided that even though the North Decatur location is about six miles farther from our home, we will continue to come here in the future. Dr Kelly and her the rest of the super cool and awesome crew were super attentive. The office is always so nice and cheery, and cold but bring a sweater haha. Dr Kelly listened to my issues and we basically marked down every variable we could to solve any health problems. I love this team and highly recommend new patients to come here!

Booking online was easy - just picked a test and time, then pay online. They were open at 9AM which was earlier than appointments I could get through Walgreens. Booked an Uber the morning of. Supposedly the locals call this the Ghettos Mall instead of Meadows Mall, but it looked pretty safe in the morning. This location is a trailer out in the parking lot of the mall. My Uber driver was super friendly and was ok going through the drive through line since I was the first appointment of the day and we weren't going to have to wait very long. For these drive throughs, you need a car. I learned my lesson the hard way when I was rejected by Walgreens the day before. We pull in and a woman comes out and asks for my confirmation number. I give it to her and realize I made a mistake - ordered a rapid antigen test instead of a rapid NAAT. She said that wasn't a problem. She would cancel the antigen test and asked me to go online to order the NAAT. Went online to order, pulled the car around so another customer could go through. When I get to the front, I swab and give it to the test technician. 10 minutes later, I have results in a text! Also checked later to make sure I got my refund and I did! All in all, very happy with this location and the friendliness of the staff.

    I came to this location with a patient (RN here), who is an extremely hard stick. Something…read morehappened with my pt's transportation, & she wasn't able to arrive for her appt time. I told this situation to a very nice blonde, slightly foreign accent Phlebotamist, who was so extremely nice enough to help us with check-in and ensuring that the pt will still be seen in a timely manner. Fast forward to pt's arrival (almost 45 min later) the other Phlebotamist, which I learned later whose name is At, was so extremely professional, efficient, highly skilled (got the hard stick pt in 1 try!!) and super personable. Her appt was made for 1:10 and we arrived at 11:00. She was wet and uncomfortable and I wanted to get her in sooner sincerely since we were already here. there is no reception and there is no one that ever answers their customer service line do simply go around voice prompts over and over again . I had to knock on the door just so I could speak with the provider when the lab tech came to the door she rudely said. "could you please not knock on the door. Did you need something ?" I explained the situation she rudely cut me off and said she needed to call 3 other patients that had appointments when it was clear that none of them were in the waiting room. I asked if she could take the timeslot. She said no we have to call them 3 times it's protocol and she can't take the slot. Well we waited 40 mins more. Not only did they not ever recall the names again it was clear they were not here. I asked again why my mom's 1:00 appt couldn't be moved up now after 40 mins? This time she closed the door on me. I'm so ticked off with the lab. No value to the patients, horrible customer service and VERY RUDE staff! At all cost I would even pay more just to not have to come back to this lab ever again and this is my second poor experience. Management should be more professional and proactive because this is not acceptable!

    WOW / What an amazing experience! My appointment was at 1:00…read morePM, but I arrived at 12:35. The check-in process was very easy. After signing in, I waited maybe one or two minutes in the waiting area before being called in. The staff were extremely polite and professional. Honestly, I have never experienced such excellent service before. I had two tests done, and both were completed within five minutes. I stood in the hallway trying to figure out where to go, hoping she would come back, and get me. I guess when she didn't see me, she called my name loudly from the room. I had to figure out who called me, and from which room she was in. When I sat down, she immediately told me to hold my arm out, (stiff) and don't move. I was used to being verified first, but I guess they don't do that anymore. I tried to tell Elizabeth that my other arm was better because the vein was more visible, but she cut me off, and said, "Don't move." As I sat there, I could feel the needle moving around in my arm. I asked her what happened. She said, "You moved. I told you to stay still." She spoke to me in a tone that sounded like she was scolding a child. When I told her that she was hurting my arm with the needle, she pulled it out, and walked out of the room. I could hear her asking for help. When Shakira said she would do it. Shakira came in, verified me, then took my blood. She was polite, hospitable, and quick. That is how it should have been done from the beginning. I don't know why Elizabeth was the way she was with me, but it was unacceptable. I will make sure that if I ever come back to this location, she is not my phlebotomist.
