Order: buckle $99…read more Pros: If you're looking for any western or cowboy/girl items, this is the place to go. The buckle is nice just overpriced as I was able to order from Amazon for half the price. Cons: unable to return items. I went in to purchase as my order from a different store was coming in later than expected due to a delay with delivery. However, my item ended up coming despite the delayed delivery message I received. I went back to return the belt buckle I no longer needed only to be told that they don't do refunds. I looked at my receipt and there was nothing on the back or front that would indicate that. The guy did show Me the sign but it is hanging up behind the register area and you cant really see it from the register unless you walk around as it is hanging on a wall that is not directly in front of the register. Seems a little sinister to not have the sign posted directly by the register to ensure a person is knowledgable about store policy. That said, I am not a fan of stores who refuse to accept their items back. Wont be coming back!

Based on the name, I thought it was a outdoor adventure store with camping/hiking gear but is not. Was looking for some kids stuff, but didn't see any. Maybe it was hidden. Fun to visit as there are lots of options.

Called Rodney and asked when are you going to start the hat and where's my receipt? He said I don't know when and never answered the question about the receipt. Which kind of makes it obvious that he was never going to make the hat or refund my money ever! So, I said 2 weeks? 3 weeks? 2 months? 6 months? He said I don't know when. I don't want to make any promises. I then said well give me around about time and he said I can't do that. So I said, Rodney, what am I suppose to do??? Just let my 500 dollars float for years and you never give me a date? He never started the hat. He still hasn't started the hat. He never emailed me a transaction receipt with the particulars of how the hat was to be made. I told Rodney that since he had not started the hat that am cancelling the hat and would like a refund. He refused. Now I am disputing it with my credit card company. Call any legitimate hat maker and they all say the same thing. They say, if we haven't started your hat and you cancel the hat, then we will refund all of your money. I f however we have started the hat there will be no refund. Plain and simple and the way it should be, Rodney is a liar and a thief and he is a disgusting human being! I will be leaving this review on every venue that I can. I am 65 and I already bought 1 hat from him and this is how he acts and treats people. Just flat out dishonest!!!!!!!!!!! So this was like opening a closet door and suddenly you're in Narnia…read more The walls are lined with row after row of everything apparel Wyze you could possibly want and they have unusual items. This is nothing like going to a local feed store or shoe store to find hats and shoes and jeans. They have so much more, the boot selection is even better than what I've seen in Nevada casinos and large western shops. In other states. I was extremely impressed with the accessories for hats, necklaces earrings clothing options are also impressive. The staff was very nice. Nobody swarmed us or bugged us to make a sale. They were very hands-off until you asked a question. Then they were polite and helpful. The prices were better than expected. Everything is so expensive anymore. It's a little scary to look at Price tags. I was able to get two hat, bands, a new hat, a brand new Levi sleeveless shirt for my husband's birthday All for 100 bucks incredibly good price considering what we got. I've heard from a few friends that the other locations are equally well stocked. Definitely will be going back here. The only place that has more stuff than this is the triple agent In Salem, Oregon so that's really saying something if you know you know.

The front of the store has the conventional "cowboy" boots and hats, ranging in price from "oh, that seems reasonable" to "WOW! I never realized that these were so expensive!". The back of the store has a huge selection of fashionable work footwear, and the middle of the store has many racks of apparel. Boots are arranged by size (just as shoes in a shoe store are), but the signage was easy for me to overlook. After spending a lot of time generally feeling lost, the only on-duty employee came over and provided a HUGE amount of help. She spent a lot of time bringing me boots of various styles and price ranges, various insoles to try them with, and explained to me that they could stretch three different areas of the boots if a liked pair needed a bit of adjustment. I ultimately selected a really nice pair that carried a high price tag, but this truly seems like a one-time investment, so I didn't mind this. I'm really impressed with Boot Barn, and highly recommend it if you're looking for Western wear or Western work shoes or boots. Don't let the toppled wooden horse in the parking lot dissuade you.
