This pie is no joke. The sourdough crust really makes this thing hit different. Just stuck with cheese for my first go so I know what the base tastes like before going into toppings. Great sauce perfect amount of cheese to sauce ratio. This will be on the regular for my trips back home to Seattle

Wish I had the chance to try this one more time. Friend that I had the pepperoni with came back and ordered the white pie and told me it was to die for... buuuut that's him and I'm me. When I originally had this it was the pepperoni pie. Took around 20 minutes to come out which is great, but it was overly salty and felt like it needed more cheese. Crust was nice and crispy, but that's all I can say.

Delicious pizza, quite filling despite the thin crust. Once slice fills me up. Orders are filled quickly. Large space indoors (sometimes they have concerts) and some seating outdoors. Don't go on a night where they are having a concert because they will charge you a $20 cover and only allow you to purchase one slice of pizza per person, even if you don't want to see the show and just want to sit outside/get it to go.

What a cool, welcoming vibe. I came here for takeout while there was a live band (The Brittany Davis quartet). It was lovely, I def want to come back for more live music. Pizza was also yummy. I got the toddler and pepperoni paint job, the toddler was softer which I liked. Staff was also nice. Parking's not bad.

Oh, I like this place. I visited Clock-Out Lounge for a themed trivia night and had a blast! The bar had Washington crafts on tap, the staff were chill and the food was de-lish! What more could you want in a setting? The place is pretty spacious with plenty of high-top tables and chairs set up, facing the stage. They have plenty of shows here, including themed trivia nights. With trivia nights, I liked that Breezy Town Pizza, the sister restaurant of Windy City Pie partook in the theme, serving themed pies and slices. The bar also had a specialty cocktail for trivia. Just remember that whole pies take about 20 or so minutes to make, so order ahead of time! I ordered a slice of the meatball pizza, one of the themed pizzas from The Office trivia night and it was better than I anticipated! I was never huge on deep dish pizza until I tried Breezy Town and Windy City Pie, as the crust somehow has that perfect crunchy crust on the edges but is perfectly soft on the inside. How do they do it?! But I like this scene a lot. Located in Beacon Hill, it's a laidback and casual bar that a true Washingtonian would appreciate. Yes, flannels are to be spotted and IPAs galore. Love.

Checked out the clock-put lounge for TUSH aka "church" last night and was blown away. Super cute bar with slammin' pizza that felt elevated beyond bar food. Not to mention TUSH provided the best and weirdest drag I've ever seen. Can't wait to return. Only regret is not getting here sooner for a seat!

Tucked down the alley by the gum wall, it's a great option for wood fired pizzas. The space is fairly small and very low-lit, but thriving with energy. Our service was fantastic, drinks were good, but besides the pizza the food was pretty hit or miss. We had a table of 4 and we kept the table full the entire time. We started off with a salad, spicy mac n cheese, cheese sticks, and Brie and cheese. Salad was light and refreshing. The cheese sticks were pretty normal, but also good. The spicy mac n cheese to me had zero spice. Just some mac in a cast iron pan. The apple and Brie had a nice presentation but the smallest amount of Brie possible(my picture was too blurry to post). The Broccolini I am not sure how it was defined as broccolini because the 5 pieces that came on the plate were huge. While packed with flavors of lemon and Parmesan they had a very tree like feel and were a bit on the harder side. The El Diablo pizza, to be straight forward was by far the best part of the stop. The crust could have been a little more well done, but that's just me splitting hairs. I ate more of that than anyone else. Probably could have finished it myself if I hadn't stopped for a lobster roll beforehand. Either way, great service, good drinks and legit pizzas!

If that line is intimidating or wet (think rain!) then duck inside to Pizza and Pasta Bar for a delicious meal. While there we met the owners Bruno and Goli who were helping out behind the counter. They are the nicest people ever! So friendly and accommodating and always smiling. Their pride in their restaurant really shows in their care of the food and customers. I had the infamous meatball sandwich and my wife had the chicken carbonara. They gave us each a slice of their pizza for free as they had a bit extra from one that just came out of the oven. The food was prepared in front of you which is always interesting to watch and the charming brick pizza oven was directly in front of us so we could watch that process as well. Pretty cool. There are a wide variety of pizzas and pastas, desserts and drinks (alcohol too!) available on the menu. We ate at at the bar and had a wonderful conversation with the owners as they bustled about in the open cooking area. I enjoyed my meatball sandwich which had great crunchy crusty bread that held in the contents of melted cheese, red sauce and meatballs. A great choice to get when there. My wife liked her chicken carbonara and as the portion was pretty large, we were able to take some home for later. Extra yummy for me (ha ha)! The complimentary pizza slices were a hit for us as well. Napoli style with thin crust and flavorful toppings. We found out that Goli created the restaurant's design with the face of a woman that looks a lot like Venus in "The Birth of Venus" painting by Botticelli in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence Italy (just sayin'). Except that this logo has hair made of pasta! Good enough to eat! Give this place a try. You'll leave with a big smile on your faces!

No. Are the sauces local or made in house? No, we warm them up. Ok. How about the mozzarella bread? Yes, we make it to order. Ok. Let me describe this: two pieces of bread, no seasoning, no butter - just open face with shredded mozzarella from a container then placed inside the stone oven on the wall. In a medium nonstick pan, large tong full of wet noodles, one ladle of white sauce, toss them together. Boiled chicken pieces, BOILED chicken tossed into the pan. No seasoning or shredded cheese, or Italian seasoning. Served in a plastic to go container that cost 1.85 extra bc it was to go since they wouldn't allow us to sit w outside food. Although it was empty and we weren't taking anyone else's table. The place is clean. And bright. I also paid for the container for my bread. The food was bland and boiled chicken just made it worse.

The oysters were the main draw for me, and they were totally worth the visit. Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. Overall, Old Stove Brewing is the perfect combo of good location, good food, and good beer. Definitely recommend a visit when in the Pike Place area!

A lot of places are closed already but this reliable pizza place was open. SWEET!! I walked in and lady working the counter was super nice and helpful. I got a slice of Italian supreme, which has everything. Now looking back though I wish I had gotten one of their Turkish dishes as I would have liked to try their lahmacun and read another Yelpers review and this place is supposed to have the best Turkish lahmacun in the US. Oh well, I guess I will be back! The woman heated up my slice and after a few minutes, it was ready. I took my slice and went to sit outside near Pioneer Square so I could be outside and people watch. Pizza was tasty and solid, but the crust was too dry. I have a feeling the slice wasnt the most fresh, so thats why the crust was a bit dry. But, if you know me, I do jot like soggy pizza (I mean - who does??), so a bit drier isn't too big an issue. The rest of the slice was good. Slice of pizza and a diet coke came to close to $9. Gosh things are so expensive now. They do have a special of 2 slices for $8.99 but I couldnt eat two slices. Id definitely come back here again when back in this area. Thanks for feeding me and if you need a late night spot, this is your place!

Unfortunately, the experience is consistently dampened by one of weekend bartenders. As others have mentioned, it's that taller bartender (Alex?) who repeatedly comes across as arrogant and dismissive to us; a less than desirable character trait for a bartender. It's such a pity because that is the sole reason we now lead our groups to spend their money and patronize other establishments instead. Recently we did give Diller another try, but sadly it's the same story and thus this feedback. Hospitality makes a HUGE difference. Bartending isn't just about making a good drink and expecting tips. As someone who tended bar all over Seattle for 23 years, I know how much energy and attitude shape a guest's night. When the service feels cold and passive-aggressively rude, it's hard to feel good about the experience. It's disappointing, because this place has so much potential. Hopefully management considers bringing in weekend staff whose personalities reflect the warmth and atmosphere the space deserves, there are plenty of more qualified bartenders in Seattle that would gladly fill their spot.
