The job was ultimately completed, but I had to repeatedly follow up with Flow Pro to get the permit and inspection issues resolved. What should have taken 7 to 10 days took 9 weeks.

Update: I don't think it's wise for any business to publicly give an "excuse" why they did something that a customer is unhappy about, and rightfully so.
