The installation failed inspection twice because they insisted on installing other devices instead of the required expansion tank. Flow Pro later returned to correct the issue, and the installation passed final inspection on the third attempt. The job was ultimately completed, but I had to repeatedly follow up with Flow Pro to get the permit and inspection issues resolved. What should have taken 7 to 10 days took 9 weeks.

With much apprehension on our part knowing our home was about to be dissected, Elliot and John arrived to start work. They were prompt, respectful, & empathetic to our dilemna. They were the only plumber to come out and say there is nothing wrong with my pipes. No bellying, or sand in the pipes. They blamed my issues on a water softener that hasn't worked or been used in 20 years, and the type of toilet paper we used. Not baby wipes, toilet paper!
